I cannot express how grateful I am for Adam at Devil Mountain Auto Detail! He was able to fit in my 2013 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for clear bra removal on the front end of my hood. It was a painful job as the clear bra was original to the car from 2013 which made the removal a very stubborn task... but he did it and he did an amazing and thorough job! He also polished and buffed it to blend in better with the rest of the hood, then sealed it for optimal protection for a year. He even restored my headlights which needed a good cleaning/buffing to get the foggy appearance off and they look brand new again! I came in to replenish the Detailer spray this shop sells because it’s just the best product of its kind. Not only the quality of the products and shop are top notch, but so is the owner and entire staff. Since I’ve been coming here, they’re always eager to help and provide information to make sure that you have what you need. When I was about to leave the store yesterday, the owner noticed me fiddling with a part of my car that could’ve come off at any point because the body shop I had work done at failed to secure it. He immediately came outside and helped. Long story short, he even went out his way and drove me to the auto parts store to get some adhesive and also offered to remove the part and secure it the proper way. I didn’t want to take up any more of his time but I was just so appreciative on what a generous and kind act this was. I am definitely a customer for life!! Thank you The Detail Firm! This is definitely an awesome shop. The people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about what they do, and they do an excellent job. It can definitely be pricey depending on what you want done, but it's definitely worth the money. It's easy to find, though the parking is a bit weird given that it's an industrial area. I took my new 2023 Toyota 4runner to Artdeshine Studios in Concord CA for paint protection film (PPF) on the roof of my vehicle and was left completely heartbroken and devastated. The company damaged my new 4Runner with heavy scratches and dents leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages. I had photos of my 4Runner taken in their shop before the project and even with direct photographic evidence the owners denied scratching and denting my vehicle. They also made the recovery process nearly impossible and extremely difficult. The application of the paint protection film (PPF) was also extremely low quality due to inadequate preparation, improper application techniques all of which which left my vehicle with non-removable bubbles, jagged uneven cuts, and lifted edges. My 4runner was mistreated in every respect including damage to my interior. My horrifying experience with Artdescratch and Dent was extremely stressful, traumatic and expensive in both time and money. What they did to my new 2023 4runner was beyond careless, irresponsible, reckless and completely negligent. If you value your vehicle then I would absolutely stay away from this place. I am not the only client with this type of experience. *update: (1/10/24) Received a text message from the owner pressuring me to take down my negative review because it was impacting his business. Is this really the company you want to work with?

It’s a little expensive if you want the full service which includes carpet and seat shampoo and clean but it’s worth it. They take their time to detail your entire car. They are very friendly too. Much friendlier than some of the customers that I watched come in as I was waiting for my minivan to be finished. There are probably like 30 employees there at one time so they are definitely fast when it comes to getting cars taken care of. Sometimes three or four people could be working on your vehicle at the same time.

Amazing service. I came at 5:30pm and wanted a full car wash and the works with waxing and interior shampooing but it was too late but they allowed me to pay early that day to get the full service the next day. 80% of the time my car was there 4 to 5 people was servicing my car at the end you can telll the car was beautiful. The interior was beautiful the outside was spotless beside the area where the back license plate was it was still dirty in that area. The reason why I am giving them 5 stars because customer service was awesome, interior was flawless and they allowed me to touch up the car myself on the outside. Other places charge $850 what they did at a mere $209. For the price it is the best bang for the buck. Highly recommend

Geronimo's is the only place I will take my car to get detailed. I have a 13 year old car and he and his team put it back to show room shine! I am a stickler when I get my car detailed - meaning I check under the hood, I open the gas cap and I check the windows. Geronimo had it all opened and ready for me to check. They even steamed cleaned the seatbelts! These literally look brand new! The car is smooth and shiny! I am highly impressed with Geronimo and his team to detail cars. He is very accommodating and he always has luxury and high end vehicles they are cleaning. I can see why because of how great they do! Excellent place for a car detailing in the East Bay Walnut Creek.

Called Geronimo on a Friday evening and brought in my car during an emergency since I left my BMW windows open in the rain. Geronimo took the car immediately and agreed to do his best to fix even thought the car normally would've been totaled with insurance. In three days Geronimo got the inside completely dry and also detailed the car for free. All of this done for a final price even lower than the quote. Geronimo does excellent work and I highly suggest him to anyone with any sort of detailing work needed, he saved my car.

I was a customer for 3-4 years, they did a good job and in time back then but these last two times I went they have been of poor quality for what they charge even for the basic washing I left with a broken tubless tire valve stem and the employee in a good manner looked for how to solve the problem until the manager came out with unprofessionalism and told me to leave and fix what they broke with my money and come back so they could finish washing it.

I really like to support family owned business. I’ve given this place too many chances. They seem to disappoint more each time. The work is so sloppy. I went at a time when it was not busy so can’t excuse the laziness. It wasn’t until I left and the sunlight hit the windshield that I noticed streaks and fingerprints. Then once pulled over there was much more. Sadly, It’s a waste of money to come here.

Disappointed. They forgot to reset my side mirror which if they’d done, they would’ve realized it’s still wet. While driving off streaks of water marred my windows creating dry water marks over the poorly cleaned windows. It was obvious the top of my car was poorly / half-assed dried. So regret tipping for the poor service. And by the way—this was early morning on a Tuesday with no cars after me and only one before me, so being quick to deal with lots of cars was not an issue.

My car is a Mustang Charger, and I love my car but at the time, it was looking a little... gross. I met with Taj, who took the time to carefully examine all aspects of my car, front, sides, and back. He then patiently answered all of my many questions, and I took about 25 minutes of his time talking to him, which he was more than happy to oblige. I was very grateful, because this is my first time detailing my car, and I wanted assurance that I would be informed as to all aspects of the process, which I definitely was. I decided to shell out and go with the Gold Package, which I'm happy I did. Taj also gave me some advice as to what else in the menu I may want to consider, and I asked him his opinion on different items. He would give me his honest and professional opinion, and had many opportunities to take advantage of my lack of car experience, but I knew I could trust him fully because of the other reviews that attest to his sterling integrity, which I'm glad I did. For example, I asked him if he thought I should buy hundreds of dollars of extra services for the windows and headlights, and he simply said "No, I don't think your car needs that." That's integrity. I really appreciated that. I also like Taj on a personal level. He's a very patient, easy going, and likeable man. He takes time to focus on you, the customer, and all of the needs of your vehicle. I even had some dings and scratches on my car that Taj went out of his way to touch up a bit with some paint (just to make the little spots less obvious). He did this and only charged me for the paint, and not the labor. He did a really great job with that, too. Please look at Clear Auto Spa's instagram. See the artwork that goes into making an old car look better than new. I can drive my car around with pride, thanks to Taj and his company. The Gold has a lifetime warranty, and when you go to get your car detailed again, it will look brand new every time. I was having problems with my Porsche and my marriage. He brought two buckets and told me to deposit the dirty towels in one bucket and my feelings of inadequacy in another. The staff was nice and willing to serve. I checked out the reviews while I was waiting and noticed a lot of similar complaints. When they announced my car was ready, I inspected it and noticed the same issues if streaking windows and door panels hard water marks from evaporated solution and water streaks at the mirrors and several other panels The interior had not been vacuumed to a satisfactory level, and the rims had only lightly been touch where I could easily wipe a streak of dirt with my figure letting me know this area had not been touched. I walked inside to mention this to the supervisor, and they sent out a crew member to touch up. After she said they were finished, I asked her if they were done, and they said yes, they were done. I spoke to the supervisor again and asked them to come take a look, and without looking, they offered to wash it again, and so I agreed. On the second round, the glass and rims were thoroughly clean, but there were even more streaks on the body panel than after the first round. I hope this review makes it to the supervisor and upper management. I think it is the rags and solution and perhaps cleaning method that is not working. The staff seemed eager, but they just kept wiping the grease around in my opinion this is slightly better than a gas station drive through wash but 4 times the price

I just left the car wash and right off the bat I can tell they’re just rushing and not really cleaning anything. Too many missed spots and services. You’re better off going to a detailer. Yeah it’ll cost more but so much more worth it

My experience with Sean, his wife, and his team were absolutely amazing. I had CS-II Titanium applied to a brand new 2019 Chevy LTZ Z71 Black and Chrome trim pickup truck. This truck is huge. A massive job for Sean and his crew. I ordered it direct from the factory intending to deliver it immediately to Sean for treatment. I soon found a huge scratch in the paint the dealer had to first repair, and then after dropping off at Apollo Auto Spa found out that two doors and a left front fender had apparently been repainted (either by the dealer or the factory itself), causing Sean a considerable amount of extra work. This is a NEW truck direct from the factory !!! Well, Sean and his team hung in there and did an amazing job. I can park right next to a brand new vehicle parked on the dealer lot, and that new truck looks awful compared to mine. I am totally thrilled. Amazing attention to detail. My truck is immaculate. Sean even took the time to show me how to care for my truck, what products to use, and where to purchase those products. I can't say enough good things. I'm now a customer for life. First of all, I really appreciate Abraham went beyond his schedule to work around mine. His shop operates Mon- Fri, and I have work on those days. He was able to accommodate to drop off my vehicle on a Sunday , and picked it up weekdays after hours. Second, he was very patient, and went through details , and I mean every details of what exactly will happen with the agreement that we had. He also threw in few extras at no cost at a surprise. I was looking for a professional shops that can handle the complexity PPF for my NX450h due to the front grill and body style that the car has. I compared about 7 shops in SF bay the that has the highest rating from yelp and they are very comparable with each others in pricing. However, what made me went with Crystal clear is that he was very knowledgeable, directly answer any question that I had ( most of other shops has receptionist), and the reasonable pricing. I was skeptical at first not going to lie due to the diminutive amount of reviews that he has. However I am glad that I trusted Abraham with my choice. Service that I chooses: PPF full front and front windows ceramic tint. I did have a little issue with the tint and he took care of it.

We’re very happy with the service! Car looks like brand new. We had an issue with the tree that left so much sticky stuff on the paint (we were on vacation out of the country and the car wasn’t moved from the spot within that timeframe).
