I’m giving this place 2 stars because if you are looking to get a basic car wash they do the job but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GETTING “DETAIL” service. They will charge you for it but still give a basic car wash. Granted my car is old and I did not expect them to form a Miracle but this basic stuff simply just being ignored is not worth the $$$ they charged me, and it took over 2 hours and they still missed BASIC STUFF. I’ll take this one on the chin for anyone who was ever thinking about going to them for this service, DON’T DO IT!

Today got my car washed here. The auto wash machine rail punctured my rear left tire. It costed me $320 to replace it. Very bad experience. They should have checked their rail. A big nail or something in there caused the issue. Won't come back.

I have come to Colton Hand Car Wash for the past 6 years, and I have never once had a terrible service. I am always happy with the final outcome of my vehicle. The shine lasts for days on end. Even if I summon the rain Gods by getting my car washed, I never see any raindrop residue on my car; the rain just beads off. Everybody is always very nice. I think they have a stamp card, too. I know I have one where if you do 10 car washes, you get their free basic hand car wash. I think that's an awesome idea for customers. You can see your vehicle being vacuumed, you can see it being hand washed, and you could see it being detailed. I have never once had any problems with theft or damage. That, to me, is a RARITY in Car Wash locations. I would say I've never waited more than an hour for my car. Depending on how many cars, my typical wait time is 30-45 minutes. You can go eat/drink at the V-red gas station or cross the street for Mexican food or Pizza on the West, East, and South side of the car wash while you wait or just chill outside or inside their building. If you like exercising, bring your headphones and walk the circle of Meadow Lane, Old Ranch Road, Cooley lane, and Washington road as you wait. Great value for the money. I do the $30 car wash. I highly recommend this location.

Went there at as birthday gift from family to get my car cleaned and detailed, took alittle longer than I'd normally like but the work done was some of the best I've ever had. It looks right out of the factory or better will definitely be making them my go to from now on to get my jeep done.

I brought my 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe to Darryl at Mirror Finish and it turned heads before, which it did, but it definitely turns heads now. Darryl and his associate made it look brand new and then some. The pictures might not do it justice. The pictures in front the parking structure is before and the others are after. It’s not sunny outside today but it’s still shining. If you need someone to take care of your vehicle, get in touch with Darryl, he’ll be the right one for the job. You won’t regret it. I stand by this man’s actions.

I’ve been going to polished image for 15 years and they never let me down. They have what I’m looking for and answer all questions with honesty. I gave them a 4 star because the prices are not to my liking. It’s not their fault it’s mine. Thank you for reading my review

Recently I brought in a set of aluminum method wheels that I wanted polished and the clear coat removed. After 2 days I went to pick them up and the wheels were not polished and the clear coat was not removed. Spots of the clear coat are still visible as seen in the pictures and splotches are still there. The detailer argued with me saying that all the clear coat was removed and refused to refund any money. I paid $100 per wheel, the job done was subpar, and I have to take them to another detailer to have it done the correct way. Also some of the face bolts were not returned when I got the wheels back. I will not be returning to 909 detailing and I suggest anyone who is looking to get wheels polished find another person. 909 detailing lacks the tools and knowledge to polish wheels correctly and professionally.

I recently took my brand new Tesla model three to Defined Wraps. They were able to do the whole vinyl wrap seamlessly with no issues at all. The outcome was perfect and beyond expectations and communication was great especially with Logan. He was Very straightforward and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. They were also able to add in a complementary ceramic coating for my tesla along with headlight paint protection film.

It's pretty bad. I went like a ago, and it was decent, but bru... multiple broken sprayers to find after putting in $6 to $10 a couple of bays in 1 day. Cash exchangers only put out one whole token, then towel dispensers and air freshener dispensers will take a price at like 1.50, so I don't believe it gives your 50 cents back what the? So I tried using my token, and it just shot it straight down into the ground to roll away.. I was there for almost 2 hours with no attendant showing up. So I couldn't even get it fixed if I wanted to. And spot free rinse is just water. Itthe is not spot free at all. Stupid hard water spots. Terrible experience and nothing good.

The dispensary for coins are always in operable, the length to use pressure washer and brush is too short. The time limit is to short. Homeless Always hanging around, the ceiling where the cars go in to wash are falling apart! And the vacuums are not long enough to use!! It is not very clean area😡

I had trouble finding it but once you go straight inside the gas shopping center keeping going straight and to your left is the drive through. There is no sign or nothing but you just choose on the touch screen which wash you would like. My dodge was pretty dirty and it cleaned it up. I’m happy with the wash. The only note is that it did not completely dry my car so bring your own microfiber towel. Once you are done with the wash turn right to use the vaccums.

I almost never rate anything 1 star. The only plus is that the price@$18 for the best wash is pretty good for these days (their $20 wash was unavailable/ out of service). As we went through the wash, we commented on how rough the machinery was as it beat on our car. It all looks pretty outdated as well. The brushes were flimsy and sparse in general. We went to use the vacuums. Most were unavailable. Only 6 vacuums were on, but one we used didn't have suction power. As we were about to leave to find better vacuums at another wash, a woman walked up to me and asked about DAMAGE to our car. Her car door was pushed in at the handle. The dent was very deep! I said we didn't see any but felt like our car took a beating. We checked our car again and saw 4 dents and a streak of black rubber. The rubber mark could be stopped off, and my husband pushed out 2 of the dents. But two remained. Her damage was really bad. But our car is white, so if you look at an angle, you could see the damage. One thing I will say is, although the staff was a bit awkward (probably from the woman going off on them), they were very attentive and took photos, our info, etc. They were ready and willing to investigate. We'll see if they follow up. I'll update this review regarding their response.

Made an appointment with Vinnie yesterday to come to my office and wash my car along with some other employees cars. he was really enthusiastic about it and made me feel like i could trust that he would be there. The appointment was set for Friday between 8am and 8:30. I got to work early to meet him. At 8:35 i called him and did not get an answer, I called him again at around 9:20 and he picked up but he couldn't hear me, so i called again from a land line and he still couldn't hear me. I txted him and never got a response. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY, he doesn't keep his word and i don't trust that he would take care of my car given he didn't take care of me or stick to his agreement with me.

Overall I was not satisfied with their service. I didn't get their least expensive wash nor their most expensive either. I took a quick look at it when they signaled me it was done and it seemed satisfactory. After driving away I began to realize that my windows were not as clean as I would have expected and many places on my dashboard were still dirty having not been wiped off at all.

I went in for a full car wash as my car needed the works! The price was $59.99+tax and tip I spent a total of $70!! I figured it would be worth it since my car was really dusty outside. The inside wasn't too bad but I figured the trunk could use the vacuum. Well...sadly I get home and realize: 1- paid for scent- non was applied 👃🚫🪻 2- trunk was STILL dirty, had the same dirt left untouched!! 3- the panels weren't even wiped in the back trunk 4- The passenger back door now has a gunk/scratch on it!! 5- DO NOT sit inside on the couches, they have ants which a few got on me -_-* 🐜 🐜 I don't think I'll be coming back for such an expensive wash that was probably worth way less than what I paid. If you go just get the plain basic and cross your fingers it's even worth that 🤞. As for me, I'll just need to find a better place.

Bad experience. Paid $700 in august to do my carbon fiber restoration. Picked up my car with my fender hitting the door, and bumper falling off. He claimed he worked at a body shop but did not install my parts back on. Waited two months on my wet sand and polish since he left paint drips on my hood and fender but never ended up finishing his job. Overall Bad work.

Guy does an amazing job, i’ve had him detail my car for months now and restore some old carbon fiber parts i’ve had everything looks really good! planning on getting my bumper paint matched by him and getting my headlight lenses cleared aswell. Pretty awesome guy.
