It has been a great experience having Luan's Curbside Detail team help maintain my vehicles on a regular basis. Bringing in both vehicles in Oct 2024 for an assessment on initial care started off with their Silver Exterior Detail Package. Both of my 2001 and 2019 vehicles look and feel smooth as glass. Staying on a biweekly schedule for exterior washes has kept the road grime and brake dust build up from happening, and from causing deteriating effects. Once established, their communication for reminders and arrivals are great and helpful. Fog or light rain in the forecast, they've reached out to ensure I still want my scheduled service - which I do appreciate, and I still stay with the upkeep. Friendly team members make a difference, and the business helping out locals during the holiday seasons is a great thing to see. Took my 3 vehicles (1 Accord and 2 Odyssey minivans to Curbside Detail and all 3 came out looking so clean and new!!! Loved it! All 3 vehicles received exterior clean, interior clean, and wax. Price paid was fair and so much better because of the hand washing. We will be back!

I really appreciated Mike’s professionalism and speed in getting my car detailed, as well as being able to black out my back window without destroying the glass and defroster wiring, even though the old tint had been baked on for years. He picked up my car and took care of me and also ordered parts that I requested from Toyota and put them in. Here is a sample picture of the before, and after my engine compartment. Amazing service, always! I've never had a bad wash/detail here. Price is VERY reasonable for what you get. I've paid more for less at other places! I have a ceramic coating on my vehicle, so a hand wash is required. Rodeo is one of the best in the area. Owner always has a smile on his face, and the waiting area reminds me of my Grandpa's man-cave from the 80s. Its nice to sit and enjoy the breeze for a few mins while they do what they do. I will admit, people are starting to catch on to how amazing this place is because it's slammed in the middle of the day! My suggestion, be there when they open or plan on dropping your ride and coming back for it later!

The knowledge of the owner Andre and professionalism far exceeds other places I talked with. The shop was emmaculate and spotless. Best of all…. My Tesla Model 3 looked better then when I bought it. Absolutely terrific work. Price is a little higher than other shops, yet the quality of work was well worth the price! My last Tesla went elsewhere, big, big mistake! I really wish I did more research. I liked what he had to offer and I thought the price was reasonable, but after talking to others it was a bit much. It took about 7-8 hours or so. When I went to pick it up the seats were soaking wet still, there were obvious missed things like vacuuming on the sides and cleaning the doors. He did do those on site before I left and even offered a free wash next time. He said to leave the windows cracked so that it wouldn’t smell, which I did. The drive home was very uncomfortable as the seats were still soaking wet. The following day my car smelled awful because of the seats, even with the windows down. I ended up having to buy febreeze and a new air freshener. It took over a week for the smell to fade. I sent him pics of things I noticed the next day, and he did offer to fix them but with gas over $6 a gallon and him being clear across town, and me already spending money to make my car smell clean, I just can’t get back there any time soon. I will say, he did a great job with the engine bay and water spots. Overall, it’s clean, just not quite detailed.

Mike was amazing and very accommodating, we had to turn our water off because a pipe burst during the wash and he came back the next day first thing in the morning to finish the job after the pipe was repaired, he didnt charge me extra or anything he was very understanding about everything and he did an absolutely amazing job. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be calling him whenever I need my cars taken care of and I'll definitely be recommending him to all of my friends and family in the area. Bottom line, he's a great guy who cares about his customers and he does amazing work.

I am a stickler when it comes to automotive detailing and cleaning. I usually do not like people touching my cars as I am typically left unsatisfied. I would not hesitate to take my car back to Gerald. Communications : Gerald is extremely easy to get a hold of. I had so many questions regarding paint corrections, chemicals used and down time of vehicle. His promptness to answering my questions is what I like most. Honesty: He looked at my vehicle before hand to give me an estimate. He told me that I didn't need a few service like iron deposit, two stage cut and polish since the paint was in good condition but I opted for the service anyways. I love that he didn't try to plus sell. I hate it when I hear bs from detailers about little things that I should get. Timing: I usually don't care how long my car takes to get the services done as they aren't daily driven cars but Gerald understood the importance of timing and got my car back to me within the promised time frame. Price: I honestly care more about the quality of the detail vs how much it costs but Gerald is more than fair with the amount that he charges for his service. Trust me guys he's worth it and if you can't afford a certain service he can always provide you an alternative that I'm sure you will be happy with. Quality: Hands down one of the best detailers in the Fresno/Clovis area. I uploaded some photos for reference.

His work seems good but big ego! U would think a professional would know to tape off emblems, Also damaged my rear bumper and buffed off color stripes off m5 emblem on trunk. I had to replace the emblem $60, I told him I didn’t want to restore the headlights because they were fine. That’s when it got worse he was about 1/2 ways done with the car and he said he knows best and he needs to do the headlights if not to come pick up my car. He was so angry that I could not get him to finish the car! He said to my naked eye I don’t know that the headlights need to be restored only he knows that they need to be done. So I said if only u know then it’s not a big deal cuz no one else would see what u see. I’ll try to post pics of the damaged bumper and emblem. So I paid (deposit) $75 for half a car and those two damages....

Took my BMW M6 in to George for a full ceramic coating and I loved the end results. You can tell that he is very into what he does. He treated my car as if it was his and that meant a lot to me considering the value of my vehicle. Horrible job. Paid for the 'Best' wash but it was hardly cleaned, and it still took an hour! The backs of the seats weren't wiped down, my trunk wasn't vacuumed, and there was still hand prints on the glass. I suggest going somewhere else.

I went in on 7/30 to get my company vehicle washed and I did not expect them to clean the vehicle as much as they did. Jose R did an amazing job and even asked to rewash the car because there were still bugs on the car. He cleaned out the whole car and did it in a good amount of time. Absolutely stunning work. Sheng is the fairy godmother of cars. She far exceeded my expectations. The level of care and attention to detail sets her apart. No junk products used. She spent over eight hours, completing the interior of my Subaru Outback. I was so overwhelmed by how awesome it looks inside that I had to tip her an 125. Gary is truly a life saver. I ran through bright yellow paint and got it all over my tires and under part of my car. When I called him, he listened and explained what my options were. He said he would do a test spot remover for free just to make ensure he could successfully remove the paint and not give me false hope. I really appreciated his honesty as I didn’t want to spend money on a service that I wouldn’t be happy with. Gary came by the same day I called and went straight to work. He was very polite and explained what he doing to make sure I understood and was okay with everything. He was able to get off the paint and offered to finish it all in one go, and he did an AMAZING job! I was so relieved I could have cried! It looked almost brand new. He even gave me a free car wash out of courtesy and did some extra touch ups. My money was well spent. I will definitely reach out to Gary again if I ever need detailing done again. I recommend him 100%! Thank you again!

Paid for the $14 option and felt like I paid for a $2 quality spit and wash option. Wash quality was horrible, as you can see in the photos. When I usually wash a car, I rinse down the entire car before applying soap, so dirt can fall off and not scratch the paint, but nope not at this car wash. The girl just sprayed foam on the front and back of the car and didn’t rinse the car before proceeding, so soap was applied on a DRY and dirty car!!! After going through the wash I could still see dirt and the marks from the roller on my windows. Before you say “oh it’s the inside of the window”, it is not, I clean the inside part of my windows every other week. As for the wheels, you can see in the photo that they are still dirty, I did not drive far after, maybe half a mile, but I doubt it will get very dirty right away. All in all, it was a horrible experience.

The staff are outstanding, the prices would fit anyone budget . It’s clean , convenient and obviously affordable. I called them hoping for a little detailing, and I got a beautiful brand new car. 5 stars is not enough for not just the auto service you get, but the customer service, convenience (they are mobile), value, professionalism, the easy to fill out and detailed online request form, pricing transparency— ALL aspects of this business are exceptional. This 2009 M3 has been on road trips, has lived in multiple cities, endured Arizona sun, years of being parked outside, being stuffed full of moving boxes, plants… it has had some adventures and that definitely showed. The paint on the car and especially hood (see before photo) was beyond dull, looked scratched, very depressing. The interior very sun-damaged and neglected. The front of the car was a bug cemetery. I wish I had more than just the one before photo. After having so many bad experiences, extortionate quotes, people promising one thing then aggressively trying to upsell me on something else OR getting told halfway through that my only hope would require huge investments like repainting the car, I went into the experience really expecting the worst. Jesse put up with my drama (no, actually: DRAMA), reassured me the car would look good. I did not believe him at all… until I saw the end result. Jesse is honest, hardworking, dedicated and an auto miracle worker. He delivers above and beyond expectations. He also takes the time to thoroughly explain different options for every budget AND provide after care strategies to keep the car looking great. The level of workmanship, expertise and sheer value you get with Royal Auto is unmatched. I really wish there were more people in the world like these folks who take pride in their profession. You can really trust and count on them. If you’re in this area or even remotely close, do not consider taking your car to anyone else. Thank you so much Jesse (and your team!)

When did they stop using 2 employees on each side of your vehicle to scrub your car with the little scrubbing pads, always felt your vehicle got a better clean. Now, it's just 1 side of your vehicle that gets cleaned. Hope they bring that feature back!!

When we pulled up there were cones place all through the lane to guide vehicles in. However the cones were placed so narrow and close. Causing the 2 cars in front of me to run over the cones. I stopped and had to reverse twice, to try to not hit the cones. When I talked to the attendant he said he had to talk to the manager. Just then the manager showed up. Once more I explain the situation. My surprise the manager looked at the attendance and asked him to validate my story. The manager was disrespectful and rude. He refused to give more space for the vehicles. As I was leaving a van had trouble with the cones. Unfortunately this location just lost this paying customer.

I took my 2019 Toyota Highlander to Executive Auto Detailing for the first time today and the team there did an amazing job making my car feel brand new! Gunner and the team touched up everything from the third row seats, that were folded down, to under the hood. The car feels super smooth. They got the car back to me an hour before the expected time. This was one of the easiest car detailing service in Fresno that I’ve used. Fresno Auto Detailing was able to get the mold out of my seats after a rainy day accident. No hassle and they were able to accommodate my untimely needs. They did charge extra for the mold as it was a hazard; which is understandable. Small auto detailing shop by the airport and small waiting area. Would use them again.

We ran our car through the car wash and a male worker there was looking through our windows and tried opening our doors while we were in the middle of the car wash. Glad I had my husband with me at that moment cause who knows what this male worker was capable of. Make sure to keep your doors locked at all times.
