They took my son's car from a total mess to pristine and smelling amazingly clean. William takes great pride in his work. He's honest, extremely detailed and does an absolutely outstanding job. Overall the experience was okay. Very professional interactions all around. Late by 1 hour from when they initially told me they were gonna show up, I honestly might not have scheduled the appointment if I had known that was gonna happen. I pulled the seats out so they could clean everything super well, it was my main focus, and they didn’t even touch under the rear seat. I’ve gotta do that part myself now but I guess that’s fine for the price.

sergio did a decent job on most the windows for hard water spot removal. but left half of my windshield dirty as can be. i called multiple times and no answer to get him to come back out.

Sergio did an amazing job on my car. He did a full interior detail including shampooing my seats and floors. I have a giant dog that drools a lot, and he was able to make my seats look almost brand new again! Was honestly the best value I could find in all Sacramento. He was able to get me in the same day and had very good communication. I will definitely be coming back:)

Very nice car wash, they were fast and my car looks great. This was the first time I had been here. They have lots of greeting cards and things to look at inside if you don't want to wait out in the heat for your car to get done.

OK job! I hadn’t had my car cleaned in quite some time. When I got back into it after the service was complete, I noticed they didn’t wipe the mats, vacuum my trunk, or vacuum underneath my mats/wipe the rear view mirror…so I was confused! I paid for the platinum package but didn’t receive the full service. The interior (dashboard) was super shiny windows were wiped. I’d come back again, but probably get just a wash and do the detailing myself.

Amazing service at a great price! I drive my younger siblings around in both my cars and they are MESSY- there was mud, crumbs, and one of my cars even had hay in it. They both look and smell brand new! He even took the time to collect the toys and such from under the seats and set them aside for us instead of throwing them away. Calls and texts were answered very quickly and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. 10/10 would recommend, I will continue to bring my cars here and tell my family and friends about it!

Fernando did such an amazing job ceramic coating my car. He took the time to perfect his craft. Got my windshield coated, which has been amazing with the rainy season, I definitely recommend it. Very solid place to wash your car, clean and safe. Good amenities including air dry and floor mat holder. However it’s not cheep , last wash cost me almost $18 and I did my best not to waste any time. Would come again but not soon.

Good service and attention to detail. I got the hand wash because my car was filthy and I really wanted the works. They cleaned the inside and out, shined up the tires and rims, glass was like a mirror, and exterior was like new. I bring my dog with me a lot and there was dog hair inside. They were hesitant to do the interior because they couldn’t guarantee they could get everything out but I insisted that they just do their best. They weren’t able to get it all out but the interior was still very clean. Wiped down all the interior surfaces, including the windows so I was happy with it. I paid $50 for this hand wash and interior service. They also have a drive through touch-less wash that uses water pressure and high pressured air to clean the car that ranges from $12-25 with no interior cleaning. I would suggest posting a price point for the hand wash service so other customers would know what to expect. I didn’t have a problem discussing pricing for what I needed so I didn’t mind but it would be nice to know what one would expect to pay. Check these guys out! Nice bunch and they work hard to make sure you’re happy with the result.

Wash only took roughly 15-20 minutes, quite impressed with the results. Way better than any automatic car wash and they even have a room for you to wait outside of the heat or you can just stay in the car if that's your style.

Please be aware that if you purchase a membership, the car wash is not open every day. For example, on 11/21/2024 at 2:30 PM, it was closed. Other than that, the car wash service is satisfactory. 11/22 Update: The owner clarified that the car wash is closed for maintenance on rainy days. That’s understandable, but in this case, please consider extending the membership on a pro-rata basis. I paid for 30 days of access, not 27 or 25 (especially since it’s expected to rain all week).

What a horrible job cleaning the car. $45 is way over priced for the wash and inside/ outside wipe down. Car and wheels were still visibly dirty. Windows have large dirt spots that weren't cleaned. And a bottle of cleaner was left in the back seat on the floor. This wash is maybe worth $20

I was lucky enough to find Louis at Total Auto Solutions to install a backup camera in my 2010 Toyota Camry. He was referred to me by a mechanic that I trust and I was not disappointed! Louis is the manager, and my every dealing with him was friendly, professional, and prompt. As someone who does not care to understand the most recent technologies, Louis made it easy for me to understand how to work all the features of the new installation and followed up to make sure that everything was working well. Great work by great people. Best car detailing in the Sacramento metropolitan area. I got Full Body PPF, Full Body + Wheels + Interior Ceramic Coating, and Tinted Windows for my Toyota GR86 and the end product was even better than expected. The matte parts of the car were layered in Matte PPF and the glossy parts of the car were layered in Glossy PPF. Isaac helped me out and was always willing to accomplish all of my specific requests. He answered all of my questions and constantly updated me throughout the work process. I will continue to come here for future vehicles, and I fully recommend it to anybody else as well.

Very thorough, professionally done job. I paid for the full exterior detail with light paint polishing, and the paint still looks almost new - they also did some extra work on other panels to make them blend well with no extra cost. Price is a little bit hefty, but understandable with the quality of work. Currently thinking about returning to them to get my windows tinted!

To me it’s the best car wash in Roseville and citrus heights, both washing and the area around always clean and neat. If you’re not satisfied for stain or something, no hassle you can redo it. Price is fair and basic wash start from $11. Most of the time not busy and there is no waiting line.

I found Moro Auto Spa through a Facebook ad. I had looked at several companies for PPF installs but this one seemed to have the best reviews so I went with it! They did a phenomenal job. They got my new car in within a day or two. They kept it for a day and were done. Everything looked great. I did the mirrors and rear spoiler as well. You can’t even tell it’s on there. The computer cuts the film out to exact specifications to your car. The self-healing feature was also a draw for Moro Auto Spa. Alex is so friendly and handled everything with ease. Price is reasonable, mid-range. Go get your car done there!! You won’t regret it! They also check in on you to be sure everything is holding up ok.

The young man named David that works at the quick quack on greenback in citrus heights was amazing because I pulled up to the members only line because my father told me that he paid the membership and apparently he didn't but the young man gave me a discount on the car wash and he even gave me a free air freshener just because I literally broke down in tears because I had a horrible Christmas (that's a can of worms I don't want to open) but it's the little things that can just brighten your day so I just want to say the quick quack on greenback Lane in citrus heights is amazing and the attendant named David is absolutely amazing. We have a 2012 Toyota Highlander. It's been a great car. Super reliable, and very comfortable. But, after 123000 miles, it was beginning to show its age. Swirls in the black paint, and the interior has taken a beating lately. We've used it as a truck, carrying bales of hay, 20+ bags of soil, plants....and we have a German Sheppard. The folks at Classic Detail cleaned it all up! It hasn't looked this good since we bought it! Highly recommend!,

These guys were easy to work with they gave me a great price they did what they said they would do they took a little longer than what they advised but only because they wanted to make sure they did an absolute perfect job and I was perfectly okay with it. They Chrome deleted my 2018 BMW 430i convertible they added my little tail lip clay polished my car use some really good synthetic carnauba blend wax took out all the swirls and water spots for an absolutely fantastic price and they're cool to work with I'll never go anywhere else I'm going to get my tail lights smoked out this weekend they're going to actually paint the tail lights not use a cheap protective film and I'm super excited cuz now I'm getting my black wheels and springs here pretty soon and the car is going to look absolutely gorgeous. These guys are hands down easiest and coolest guys I will never go anywhere else when it comes to auto detailing and window tinting etc

I took my brand new truck to SMP Tint & Detail and the owner Steve damaged the glass on all of my windows. He was acting really strange when I went to pick the truck up after having it all day. He only had 2 windows tinted after 5 hours and told me the dealership was to blame for a cut into the glass on my windshield. He also did not want me to pay for the door windows he tinted until I talked to the Ford dealer about the windshield, which I thought was strange. The next morning when the sun was out, I could see there were razor blade cuts into the glass on my windows. The tint job was also terrible with bubbles and debris in between the window and the tint film. When I confronted Steve about the razor cuts in my glass he said he didn't know how that happened but that he would take care of it. He promised to pay for new window glass. I took my truck back to the dealer to have an inspection done and they gave me a quote for the window glass. I called Steve and told him what the cost would be for the windows and he assured me that he would pay for it and that he wanted everyone to be happy. The glass was ordered and an appointment was set. When I called Steve to let him know that I was taking the truck in for the appointment, he told me that his "colleagues" advised him not to pay. Now I am filing a claim with my insurance and have to deal with this on my own because Steve does not honor his word or his workmanship. Buyer beware, do not expect quality, care or accountability from this business.
