Great customer service. Was willing to take me in last minute to detail my vehicle after a spray can had cracked open in the middle of the freeway causing a massive overspray all along the side of my car. I got my dream car last week and it was looking pretty dirty. I just happened to notice a guy washing a camper down the street and asked for his card. He showed up the next morning and revived my Viper SRT10’s paint. Vic is very professional and did an excellent job with my car. Ceramic coating, wheels and it’s looking brand new again. He also does window tint and powder coating so I’ll be sure to call him when I’m ready.

I don't find any pleasure in leaving this review because Sergio seems like a really nice guy however, there were so many mistakes. My white car had black debris marks down the front of the hood, on the trunk, and on the side mirrors. The carpet and mats were placed back in the car when they were still wet. Debris from the material that was sprayed in my trunk was not removed. The interior windows were not cleaned including the panoramic roof, and the wheels were dirty. He offered a partial refund due to the inconvenience of arriving an hour and a half late and all the errors. However, what precipitated this review were the horrible swirl marks that I just noticed on the entire vehicle left from buffering 😫 My car was beautiful and now I have to find someone to fix this damage. So disappointed.

Bad experience. I was hit on the front of my car by the rear of a pickup truck because his truck started skating on the carwash bumps inside the carwash machine. The Owner of the pickup truck did not reverse but tried to accelerate to get out but was not able because the bumps were slippery. The Supervisor at that day and hour talk with the manager and he saw the video of what happen and still they do not accept the responsibility. This happen at Super Star Car Wash at 2925 Main St. Chula Vista.

Lavish Auto Spa was the best spot to tint all of windows in my car, Like the excellent work was done in my car. They help with options on which one i wanted and I pick on 5% on rear back and rear back side doors and front 35% which I very happy. Price was negotiable and good price for the job. Excellence Auto Detail certainly lives up to its name and reputation. They recently installed a tint on my newly-purchased car and it is definitely legit, especially when compared to lackluster tint jobs that I’ve seen on countless other cars. The fact that the tint is covered by a lifetime warranty is a testament to the fact that Excellence Auto Detail really stands behind their work. That said, I plan on setting up an appointment with them to have paint protection film installed on my car soon. Abdul was who I worked with when I had the tint installed and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Excellence Auto Detail if you need anything related to detailing, tint or paint protection film installation!

First time customer. I was VERY HESITANT due to the many poor reviews and supposed damage to vehicles during details by this location. I had waterspots on nearly the entire vehicle, some bird droppings stains, etc. I went in for a $300 Exterior Detail and the work performed was fantastic. My car's paint was silky smooth and glossy afterwards - no signs of the prior water damage or bird droppings damage. Well worth the $300 for the finished product! I admit I should have tipped the workers for this fantastic job but most definitely will do it next time IF this is the standard.

How often do you get to meet the owner of a business working at that business? I met Nelson by complimenting their service not knowing he was the owner! Later on I met the other Nelson because he was so endearing to assist me switching out the steering wheel cover. The gentleman Nelson and the owner take the same amount of pride in their job. They are just so diligent and conscientious when detailing the inside of your car. Ten stars here! This car wash is like family. This is the worst place I’ve ever encounter for wash. They push their sales packs on you. Why would I wanna pay for a place that can even have their equipment properly working‼️‼️‼️ customer service is the worst would never come here again! Their towels are disgusting not even clean they smell awful. I’m never coming back here again. I want to go where I can have my car looking good and smelling good. I have the equipment at least work.

I have a membership with Super Star Car Wash. The one I always go to was not available on 8/22/24. I went to this one on 3rd Ave. It’s run down and a few of the services within the car wash were not working. I had an issue and the attendant basically told me that I was SOL. The first 2 times I called, I left a messages to have my calls returned. As of 8/24/24 No one has called. I continue to call, but no one ever answers. My suggestion to the public is to go to another location. The pictures are after the car wash.

Called Ryan to detail my F250 super duty. This was a mobile visit so he came to my home. Space was tight, but we easily found an area across the street where he could work. Spent a little over three hours and had a very well equipped truck which contained everything he needed for the work. I just drove into the area from Texas and the truck had quite a bit of road grime and bugs. Ryan did a mini detail inside and out as well as cleaning the undercarriage of the truck. I’m very satisfied with his work and will certainly call him the next time I’m in town for a repeat visit. Thanks Ryan.

It's a Soapy Joe's that does what most Soapy Joe's are supposed to do, so that's good. My main gripes with this particular location is that if you want to go back in again for another wash, you can't just go back in line again. You basically have to exit, make a left, and drive 3 lights down the street until you can finally make a U-Turn, and then re-enter the line. It's an extra 5-10min because the the lights always take forever, and it's a busy street. Another thing: Because you can't just do another loop into the wash, if you want to dry your car, and there's no open spaces, you either have to do everything mentioned above or just leave. This is the only location I've gone to where this is a problem. There is not many places to wake ⅘.

I've been seeing more and more car enthusiasts getting ceramic coatings and decided to get one the moment my new vehicle was delivered. I wanted my new van to have its paint protected while making it a breeze to wash. I picked MTZ because they use Ceramic Pro coating and work with a lot of high-end vehicles. I was able to get an appointment quickly and keep the vehicle in their shop while the coating hardened. The cost was lower than most places and they were able to do it for a lot less since my vehicle is brand new and didn't need to get paint correction. They were friendly and professional throughout the process, I have already recommended them to my friends. So happy about how it turned out.

Had a window tint appointment at 2pm, messaged them at 2:11pm for them to tell me they were running late. Waited some more and I sent another message at 3:20pm, I was then told I had to wait another 30min. At 3:33pm they asked me to take it somewhere for the job to be done when we had agreed they would come to my home. No offer to lower the price on the service, I had to ask. Got back to me with a reduction of $20, and after I denied they wanted to throw in a free wash. I follow them on instagram and found them there, decided to try because the work looked good. I took time off work to be on time, this was very upsetting and I don’t know if they would have let me know they were running late if I had not messaged them first.
