Took my 2005 Hummer H2 in and it came out looking brand new, looking straight out of a dealership. Not to mention on top of vacuuming the inside and cleaning the leather seats they went out of their way to add a little extra to the package free of charge. We love this car wash. Not only is the wash itself good, but one of our favorite artists, DexMex, designed the outside mural (Palm Springs mid century modern black cat). What a delight to discover that on the wall. Lots of drinks and snacks inside while your car is serviced, too, and plenty of seating inside & out.

Dear management team at the Car Wash place, I recently revisited your establishment after approximately a year and was persuaded by the new management to sign up for the unlimited car wash service, which was promised to be all hand wash with no machines involved. However, during my visit, I observed my car going through a machine, though I did not see any rubber brushes in operation. My primary concern and disappointment arose when I found various parts of my car, such as the dashboards, doors, cupholders, and windshield, inadequately cleaned after the service. Understandably, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and hope for an improvement in subsequent visits since I have already paid for the unlimited Car Wash service for this month. Despite my efforts to rectify the cleaning issues on my own, I have been left dissatisfied with the results. As someone who values good customer service, having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I believe in providing top-notch service to all customers regardless of the circumstances. Although I have decided to give your establishment another chance due to the pre-paid service, I feel compelled to express my disappointment. While I have gone above the standard tipping etiquette with the anticipation of receiving quality service, I must highlight the importance of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, especially considering the premium price of $65 per month for the service. I hope that in future visits, I will witness a significant improvement in the cleanliness and attention to detail, ensuring that customer expectations are met to a satisfactory level. I drove one and a half hour to get to Jet Mobile car wash. They’re really fast, Friendly service and staff. Luis is the best out there, he made some recommendations and now my car is shining!! I definitely recommend this place if you’re trying to get your car looking like new.

Wow I’m in 100% shock right now. I handed my Kia Forte car over to this company today for a major car wash detailing project. The car for the past 3 years was getting hit by my sprinklers and resulted in hard water spots everywhere and on the windows . It wasn’t fun to drive trying to look through front windshield! I just got the car back it looks like the first day I bought the car at the dealership . I can’t believe they have a process to eliminate hard water spots so IMPRESSIVE WOW.I’m parking away from sprinklers now! Thank You Jet Mobile I’m going to spread the word now!

I recently attended Luis’s, owner of Meglars Auto Detail Supplies, and I can’t thank him enough. I thought I knew everything in regard's to the industry of detailing. I was wrong. 3 very important things that I learned, and I would not have learned if I hadn’t taken this class. Autoshine is the place to go for your hand wash and/or detail of your beautiful car(s). I’ve been using AutoShine for both interior detailing and exterior wash and wax. The service that Rick provides is exceptional. My Cadillac never had a wax, he cleansed it from environmental contaminants, it’s now showing depth of color and the shine is amazing. Chromed Aluminum wheels were exceptional. Rick and Karissa detailed the interior of my Silver Dawn, the engine compartment is showroom clean. On the exterior, any dark metal trim is now properly black. The hood is now glass smooth! I had the whitest whitewalls for cars and coffee this past weekend. My other cars have been washed/waxed/clay bar’s and look like a new car, or better than new. Thank you to Rick and Karissa Need to keep your car safely stored in an air conditioned and heated space? This is now my second vehicle that California Reflection has done for me. My first was a brand new 2014 4runner and when I turned it in a few weeks ago, they were impressed with how great it looked! When I left the dealership in my new 2024 4Runner, the first call I made was to James and his crew to set up an appt. With a quick response I quickly set up an appt for the following week. James did a whole ceramic coating and also tinted my windows with the best tint I have ever had! the level of detail and professionalism this shop puts into your vehicle is second to none. 10/10 would recommend. Guys there are too notch in service, and did better then anticipated. Did a full PPF on the entire front of the vehicle and the rockers plus tint. Went so well, going back to do the rest of the car. Their work is impeccable!

I was running errands today and decided to stop at the Quick Quack at 68279 E. Palm Canyon Drive, Cathedral City, CA 92234 for a car wash. I sprung for their top of the line 'Ceramic Duck' @ $27.99. Immediately after leaving, I stopped at Von's for gas (less than 5 minutes down the street) and noticed that not only was my car still dirty, it had a filmy spotty residue on the front hood that made the car look worse than when I brought it in. I immediately drove back there but was told that since I left the premises, they would not honor a rewash. Mind you, this was within 10 minutes of getting the car washed. Their website offers a '100% Clean' guarantee but what it doesn't tell you anywhere on the website is that they will not honor it if you leave the premises or if it is over 15 minutes past the time you got the car washed. I asked to speak to the manager 'Alejandra' who couldn't have been any less helpful if she tried. After explaining the situation, all she would say (and rudely at that) is "I just work here and am stating company policy, since you left the premises, we will not honor a rewash, no exceptions." I will definitely not be returning and if you do have to use them for any reason, do not leave the premises until you get out and take a good look at the results or you'll end up wasting your money and your time.

0 stars. They use to do a good job but not anymore! The "interior detail" is not interior. It looked like they wiped down everything lazily and not worth the $250 paid. This place is not the same as it was a few years ago. They also messed up my door. I should have read the reviews before choosing to come here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Last 2 times there the guy didn't clean my tires & I tipped him didn't find out till I got home & today he directed me to the spot where they wipe down your car & do the tires I waited for him for about 5 minutes - he just disappeared & never came back so I left & no one else was in the car wash but me no one behind me at all. I'm cancelling my monthly membership.

During the detailing, they unhooked my passenger side airbag harness and then refused to be professional regarding the cost to get it rectified. Ended up costing me another $90 on top of three $200 detailing cost. Not worth the cost of doing business with someone who doesn’t have a shop. 👎🏼👎🏼
