horrible customer service ! doesn’t know how to talk to customers. doesn’t know how to wash cars properly i had take it back 3 times for them to do it correct and at that point i just did it myself. they stole items from car and played dumb about it did not want to reimburse me.

My go to drive thru car wash this place has it all. Starting at 10 dollars on thru to the 17 dollar VIP wash. This is the wash I normally get. I have a new car and was hesitatant to use a drive up wash but was I surprised. Bellagios wash is delicate and very clean so it caused no damage to my paint and didn't leave any water spots. You can even sign up for a monthly membership. The vacuums and vacuuming area are exceptionally clean.

The detailing service at Auto Detail Nation was exceptional. The exterior of my car looked brand new, with a deep, glossy shine. My car interior was in need of a cleaning beyond a normal vacuum/carpet shampoo. I searched for car detailing near work that could do same day service. I was lucky that Andrew had an opening and he was great to work with from talking over the phone all the way to pick up. He takes pride in his work, and it shows! My car is 10 years old, but after he cleaned it felt like it was new! I’d highly recommend for anyone who needs a detail.

When I showed up, three cars came after me and took then before taking care of me. Dinner drop off As soon as I start driving all the water from top of my truck story falling to my windows and to make things worse, the vehicle has some dirt that was not removed.

Brought my Model Y in for a PPF, Tint, and ceramic coat and Concours did a fantastic job. The communication has been fast and straight forward and the process easy. They do a follow up and check the work for any issues post application. Fortunately my vehicle didn't have any issues (delaminating or bubbling, etc..) on the PPF or Tint so goes to show they did it well the first time. Definitely not the cheapest but went with this service from word of mouth and seeing other vehicles they've done well. But not much more than i would've expected for tinting and front PPF.

I brought my 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy in to have an emblem removed from the hood and they were great and efficient in removing it without any damage. Everyone involved were friendly and great. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Concourse Auto Spa.

$3 is too much for what they have to offer. Low pressure water, no soap Canon, no degreaser for wheels. I recommend going to the car wash on anaheim st and Alameda same price and better stuff. Trust me

I come here to wash my vehicle and can't complain at all. Your standard self wash with all the soap and water you need. Pretty fair prices as well 15 minutes for $5. I am able to wash a fairly large vehicle with that 15 minutes and I always leave satisfied. This is my go to self wash auto spa and I return every 2-3 weeks.

brought my car in with some scratches from scraping along some MDF baseboard trim, David cleaned it up with a 3-stage paint correction and blended it out, color-sanding to fill the scratches that went very deep - hardly noticeable now unless in just the right light and looking closely. Also got a vinyl coating to protect from future abrasion for 6 months, feels smooth as glass!

David is the absolute BEST! I haven't been able to take care of my SUV like I usually do when I bought it back in 2019 with the pandemic and all and he brought it back to life, esp the exterior as parking on my street under the trees took a toll. Now after two visits, my SUV looks amazing and we are now on a regular schedule of detailing it like I use to twice a year. I got a great compliment from a valet driver on Saturday about how nice my interior was. Having two toddlers and such makes it difficult to maintain but David does a great job reviving both the inside and outside. I appreciate is honesty and pride he takes in his work. He never tries to push me or sell me things that is not needed. Highly recommend him and his business!

Tyler is exceptional! About a month after purchasing my first car, I unfortunately experienced a scratch that left me devastated. Eager to get it fixed quickly, I called Tyler on Sunday morning, and he impressively scheduled a service for the same day. His professionalism and kindness immediately put me at ease. When I was anxious about parking the car back in the parking structure, Tyler went above and beyond by patiently guiding me through the process. Tyler was so kind and efficient. He responded right away and offered me an appointment right away! He did an amazing job for a fair price! I just received my car from my father and the previous owner was my stepmother who has 2 kids under 2, so you can imagine how dirty and stained the seats and carpet were. Tyler was able to make my car look brand freaking new! I wish I would have taken some before and after photos but it completely slipped my mind. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and use again.

I went camping, so was looking for a place to take care of everything for me. I paid over 200$ for detailing, clay finish etc. I would assume it means cleaning everything making it look new like it just came off the lot. If you're looking for a place where they treat your car as their own this isn't the place I paid top dollar for everything but didn't receive the services I was looking for I'll keep looking.

What can I say ... my car looks beautiful & smells amazing. The attention to detail is impeccable! I had my car detailed a month before and was not satisfied. I knew it was not done correctly but I also don't know anything about car detailing. I asked for the same package and the difference on the detail was not comparable. Even my engine was detailed.
