Mike was so great to work with and I’m so happy with the cleaning and ceramic coating he did on my car! 10/10 recommend. I called Mike looking for information on ceramic coatings for my new car. He picked up and took the time to offer me a consultation and discuss my options. He was so knowledgeable and actually helped me SPEND LESS by sharing what I did and didn’t need. I was so impressed by the customer experience I booked him on the same call and didn’t look any further. He thoroughly cleaned my SUV and applied the ceramic coating in 1.5 hours just as he said he would then shared best practices and options to keep it clean, shiny, and sparkling. When I got inside the car, I noticed he even touched up some of the inside and cleaned finger prints off the screen. Josh is FANTASTIC! I heard from him very quickly after submitting an inquiry on the website. He was responsive and flexible with setting up our appointment and arrived on time. He did an interior detail of our Kia Sorento, and man it looks better than when we bought it. We have a 3 year old Airedale Terrier that goes everywhere with us, so you can imagine what the cargo looked like. Our first baby is arriving in a couple weeks and I really wanted a thorough detail before we installed her car seat. Josh did NOT disappoint. Jacob did an excellent job detailing my work truck. He removed some pretty aggressive stains from my seats, got all of the dog hair out, cleaned all the little knobs nicely. For the exterior he really refreshed everything. I had just got back from a dusty desert trip. Around the shocks and wheels look better than ever. He arrived on time and stayed later than expected without over charging. There was an incident where he thought he broke the switch that operates my window. He offered to take it to the mechanic and pay for the damage. Turns out there was no issue, but still appreciate his honesty and willingness to make things right. Blessed to have found this business

I came to GLG today to get a hand wash done on my Hyundai Elantra. I tried to book an appointment online but was only greeted to errors on any service. I called in and was told to come on down. When I arrived I was watching two guys working on a Tesla. I pulled up and rolled my window down and told them I wanted the executive hand wash. One of the guys told me 45 mins and to pay inside the gas station. It took exactly 45 mins to clean the inside, vacuum, wash, and towel dry (also air compress) the exterior. Overall I was pretty happy with the results as the car is relatively easy to clean as it's completely coated. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is -Online booking system kept giving me errors -Not much of a waiting area (outside) -Cleaned the face of my wheels but not the inside barrels -Didn't have a business card for me. Overall my experience including the wash was a 7/10. Would come here again but will try other places in the meantime. Thanks GLG!

These guys always do an AMAZING job! They always work with you on getting scheduled, they come to you and they never disappoint. My car always looks so good. They don’t miss a thing. Even the wheels always come out looking brand new. They clean the inside just as amazing! I have two kids so there’s always crumbs and little fingerprints everywhere but these guys work their magic and get everything looking new. I don’t trust anyone else but them. The absolute best detailing service in San Diego right now. I found Eli a few years back when he started his IG account and began posting work he was doing out of his Carlsbad location. Don't let his age fool you, he may be young but his content always impresses with his knowledge base, technique, and finished product on an array of vehicles he takes on. Seeing his IG account allowed me to understand what kinds of challenges and obstacles he was tackling on the daily which builds the report in knowing what to expect if I were to take my vehicle to him. What I liked was his ability to take any type of vehicle (new, old, car or truck) and bring it back to life regardless of the condition they're in. At the time I was shopping for a 2021 E350 and when I finally found what I was looking for I stopped by his new location in Oceanside to see what he thought would be best for the vehicle given its age, mileage and overall condition of the paint and clear coat. After a great conversation about what I was looking to get out of my service, we agreed on the following: Detail prep, strip wash, decor and clay process, polishing, paint coating, glass sealer and light interior detail with a headlock black ceramic coating. We scheduled for a Friday morning at 7am and by Saturday morning I picked up my car and to my astonishment, the car was in the most pristine and immaculate condition I had ever seen. Eli was able to revitalize to silver in the paint so much so that I can now see what Mercedes Benz intended Cirrus Silver Metallic to look like from the factory. My car now looks as smooth and luxurious as it drives. So impressed with the finish product, I purchased all my cleaning products from Eli and intend to continue using Shine Supply products as long as Eli carries them. If you're looking to stretch the aesthetics and longevity of your vehicle then you need to see Eli, he's going to give you an honest and professional opinion about what it will take to bring your car back too life. I cannot recommend his service and product line enough, I just hope this review does some of it justice. Keep up the hustle Eli, you're killin the game. I recently purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37 that had a lot of imperfections on the paint. While searching for paint correction services, I happened to come across Shine Division on Instagram and after going through the page, website, and the Google reviews I knew this is who I wanted to work on my car. Eli was honest and upfront with me on what my car needed when I initially went in for a consult due to the oxidation on the roof and trunk of the car. I got the level 2 service and the results were even better than what I was expecting them to be! My car is shining! Eli's customer service skills were excellent as he maintained communication with me throughout the entire process. He also sends you educational material on how to maintain the appearance of your car. Eli definitely deserves more than 5 stars and I highly recommend him for your detailing and ceramic coating needs!

I was ecstatic with the work completed for me at Mach 1. When I bought my VW Jetta it did not have tint and I knew with it being a black car it not only needed tint but it needed ceramic tint. All of my concerns were answered and I felt confident with my choices. I am leaving this review a year and a half since I received the tint and it has not aged one bit. I am very happy with the service and the product. I have recommended Mach 1 to my friends and family. I will be returning with future vehicles.

I’m so happy I found this place! I’ve been going to Super Star on College but I’m done with them. I didn’t want to take my new car there because twice my other car came out of the wash with marks all over the paint and windows, like one of the plastic parts of a machine was rubbing against the body of the car. Eco Friendly opened late last year so all the equipment is new. Going through the whole wash cycle takes longer and cars are not on top of one another like Super Star. Everyone is so nice at this place and very helpful, you also don’t have to worry about homeless people coming up to you here or rummaging through the trash near your car. The only draw back that I didn’t care for is that the drying rags are pretty stiff, which with my car being black it can scratch the paint. I hope this was just a one time thing.

I HIGHLY recommend Roberto and the team for color correction and tinting. I brought my black Porsche that had lots of swirling and blemishes in the paint and he made the car look like it rolled off the factory floor! Amazing work. The car additionally required more work to be done on it and Roberto honored his initial quote and went the extra mile to make the car come out perfect. The ceramic tint 20% all around came out amazing as well. Excellent quality and great price and customer service.

Tim the owner was patient with my zillion questions and my obsession with installing high quality ppf and my decals on my 2024 GT3. I own six Porsche vehicles and all have ppf on them from a number of shops. Adonis did a truly exceptional job installing a heavier 10 mil film on my GT3. The attention to detail was exceptional and the edges were truly wrapped and no seams. I even asked Tim if they were going to put the ppf on my carbon fiber roof when I picked up the car and it turned out it was already covered with film but I could not even detect any edges. Tim and his staff did an installation that was a true cut above what other ppf shops have done for me on my other Porsche Sports cars. I am even considering having Tim strip off the ppf I had done by a shop in Elsinore and reinstall his higher quality thinker film his way.

A friend recommended this company, I have a wild two year old and needed a very deeply cleaning. Jose explained my options very thoroughly. He also explained the importance of not only shampooing, but properly disinfecting and sanitizing. Jose got my car spotless and had it smelling fresh off the lot. I believe that was due to the disinfecting and sanitation after shampooing. I’m very big on deep shampooing and wanted that to be the main focus as a babies bottle can drip milk and not only leave residue, but a very bad foul odor. I appreciated the timeliness, friendliness and quality work that was done. This first company to actually disinfect and sanitize on top of shampooing. I will be referring to all I know, especially those mommas that need a good deep shampooing job. 100/10!!!!!!

Wow...spot free rocks! It was really expensive. 8 dollars for 4 minutes. Ugh. But their drying/vacuuming is in direct sun so that's not good for car or me! So glad the spot free is soo amazing!

Came at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday. Almost all the wash bays were open, a few people at the vacuums. Very happy with the price $8/9 mins. My Jeep wasn’t too dirty so I had plenty of time to do a high pressure wash, rinse, wax, and spot free rinse while focusing on some areas of bugs/gunk. Only used the one hose so can’t say anything about the foaming brush. Definitely coming again next time for a wash.

Super fast and friendly service! My car hadn’t been cleaned in months because of all the rain. Within 20 minutes it was shiny and spotless - inside and out. Also props to whoever did the interior because my daughter has goldfish crushing parties in the backseat and not a trace of the processed cheese snack was left behind. 😅 There is also an air- conditioned waiting area, shaded outdoor seating, tons of snacks and drinks to choose from which made the wait more pleasant than other car washes I have been to. With all the car washes in the area I am glad I stopped at this one.

I haven’t washed my car due to being on travel a lot. And since it is always parked outside, all the dirt and grime added up. I needed a detail and Mr. Detail was able to accommodate my walk in for Complete Detail at the last minute. They did a tremendous job with the car and I can tell swirls were not as noticeable anymore and the paint was silky smooth. I would definitely come back whenever I move back down to San Diego. Keep on waxing black cars in the sun then blame it on the customer when then the tech burns the paint, even though the customer(me) warned him and told him he could bring it in the garage and do it there, he declined. You also said I shouldn’t have a black car, OMG. We can stop there and let you explain why this happened? We have multiple witnesses BTW. I would stop there and frankly would have never written the rest of this review but a year later my car is the same and there has been no offer to remedy this problem. Now I have to chase you down, ok, your choice I will continue on with your treatment of your employee in front of a customer in this situation. Ben, your employee is crying in front of me because of this mistake. I personally witnessed your words contributing to a young man crying because of a mistake. He was saying “what did I do?”. Who ended up consoling him after you left? Let’s take a guess Ben, not you! I know Ben you will say the car was damaged, it was my fault, you already did that when it happened. It’s always someone else’s fault when when a problem occurs and they are dealing with you. Little do you remember “MrDetail” had worked on the car previously and said nothing then and the car looked fine afterwards. There was never damage mentioned when your tech worked on it the first time or this time before he started or you wouldn’t have worked on it the second time, Right? This time the car looked completely different before and after “MrDetail” serviced the car. It was same car then as the first time. The car did not look like these pictures taken after “MrDetail” did his thing. See you in court. Maybe you will win, but remember I offered to make a settlement offer because I felt bad for the kid, not due to who was at fault. MrDetail is at fault here. I asked you to make a settlement offer but got no response and you working on the car is never an option after witnessing your treatment with regards to this situation.
