I recently got a full detail by the guys over here and I couldn’t be any happier. My Interior had 30 year old stains, and the guys were able to remove most of them which was impressive. They also did an amazing job on the engine bay and exterior. They do not have the cheapest prices, but their prices are fair for their quality of work and they are probably one of the best detail shops in this area.

Being unsure of what tint I should get, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with what they thought would work best for me. I see why so many people come here! Alfonso is the man. He was so accommodating of my request to detail a friend’s 2013 Toyota Corolla that has seen a lot of wear and tear. He worked with me to do a Saturday appointment and was on top of communication the whole way through. When he was busy, he always returned a text or call. His detailing work of inside and out, really shaved years off the car. It looked a few years newer and removed the troublesome seat stains, water spots, and oil steering wheel gunk. I recommend everyone do a deep detailing on their car at least once to either keep it looking new or bringing a older car to looking new. It’s pricey but this isnt simply a car wash. It’s called detailing for a reason. Thanks Alfonso!

Took my GR Corolla for a wash and was impressed with the quality. Brought my 911 for an exterior detail and they knocked it out of the park. They were able to clean off the haze on my rear window which most other detailers were unsuccessful with.

Use at your own risk, if they damage your car they will take no responsibility. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver's side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn't drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying "I see what you're trying to do". He then claimed *mid way* through the wash that you could see a scratch (actually a reflection) and that therefore was proof they didn't do it. Problem is, the reflection was in the wrong place, moves and disappears from the door and scratches obviously don't. When I asked to see a full uninterrupted video of my car entering and exiting the car wash he started fumbling around and said "Greg" their accountant would call me next week. Accidents happen but I'm super disappointed by the lack of accountability and am offended he would accuse me of trying to take advantage of his car wash, which I've used many times before. I wish I had chosen a different car wash and will definitely never go back here. Search other reviews for scratch and damage and you'll see the lack of accountability isn't a fluke. EDIT: to say I never heard anything from "Greg the accountant" or anyone else at this car wash.

Always a pleasure doing business with Ceramic Pro. Absolutely professionals and they do the cleanest job. Got my Tesla front clear PPF and tints (twice due to a windshield crack). Their shop is absolutely spotless. Great communication also.

Love this place. Harry is super cool, and the team did a great install job on the IR tints I got (I’m not so much a tint person, but I wanted to protect my new car’s interior from sun damage long term). I didn’t shop around, since this place had such high reviews, but I’m so happy with the product (even just a week later) I had to check the receipt to remember what I paid. Also they include a lifetime warranty so I’d say it’s a good value. When I came asking for tint installation, Harry was super knowledgeable, and he was likewise knowledgeable on other exterior maintenance tips. I’m likely going to come back for a ceramic coating in the coming months.

I walked in and Monte and Brandan greeted me with a big hello. These guys know their stuff. They use the supplies and are able to speak from experience. This is a very difficult thing to find these days. They hold classes once a month on Sundays. They teach how to properly take care of your car. This type of service is very valuable as everyone has different goals. They have all the supplies and support needed to take care of your car paint and interior. I am very impressed with the wide variety of options available today. I am new to the ceramic coating options that last for over 6 months. I urge everyone take care of your vehicles. The resale value is an investment that is worth your time and money to learn. Having a shiny car has become easier than the old days of the Carnauba waxes.

I’ve used Top Condition for several of my vehicles. They did an excellent job repairing a scratch down the side of my Tacoma. Can’t even tell it happened. I also had them do a full refresh on my Porsche 928 and it’s so clean I’ve gotten a ton of compliments. The E39 needed a full detail before selling it and Top Condition also handled the “for sale” pictures. The car sold within the hour after I posted it, full asking price! Can’t understate the value of a quality detail. These guys do a great job.

Brett has been taking care of my Tesla Model X, Ford Raptor and Tesla Model Y for the past year. From the moment I met Brett I knew that his attention to detail and passion for perfecting his craft was top notch and that I would be trusting my vehicle aesthetic maintenance needs to him. All of my vehicles are black and have significant custom paint, tint, and XPEL PPF wrapped surfaces. He is well versed in taking care of this difficult color on both gloss, satin, matte, tinted and PPF wrapped surfaces. His setup and takedown is extremely professional and he always leaves the cars and the workspace clean and tidy. His mobile setup is well thought out and I can tell that considerable experience and thought have been placed into the selection of each piece of equipment and supply that he uses. I am extremely meticulous about my cars and he always leaves my cars looking better than I could get them to look myself and provides service with a great attitude and a smile which is rare in the custom automotive space. I did a lot of research of car detailing in the area and felt that Birds had great, competitive pricing. This was my first time getting a car detailed, we’ve had our Model Y for 3+ years and definitely put it through the wringer. Camping, beach outings, moving furniture, you know the drill. We get it washed when it’s dirty but it was time for a reset. David was so kind and accommodating when my husband was late to drop off the car so I appreciated the flexibility. When I went to pick up the car a few hours later I was stunned. My jaw dropped. It was unrecognizable. The car looked BRAND NEW. It was so shiny. Sparkling. The interior has never looked this good. Even our weather proof mats were glistening. If you’re debating… just book it. I felt like a million bucks driving my car out of the lot where they cleaned it. Unbelievable and worth every penny!

Birds Auto Detail is amazing. They respond in a timely manner. You can book your appointment on their website which has a user friendly interface. Booking an appointment can not get any easier. Different types of packages listed on their site. I went with the Birds Premium which includes (Birds Essential "exterior steam wash/wax, wheel cleaning/tire dressing, interior vacuum/steam sterilization, floor mat steam, interior wipe down, door jam cleaning + Interior Shampoo Scrub, Leather Reconditioning, and Interior Plastic Treatment) . I usually wash the car myself but for special events, I will get it detailed. Eduardo was the staff member who worked meticulously and diligently on the car. He is one of the best so be sure to request for him. Friendly, courteous, professional. He will send you a text when he has arrived at your residence. This place is extremely cool. I hadn't used a self service car was since the 90's and I forgot how fun they are. There are physical knobs you get to switch, and different spray wands that emit different kinds of soaps and water pressure! There are instructions for the best order of operations. Its also kind of physical. The High pressure spray has a fun kick to it. Everything takes Credit cards or taps, and works flawlessly. Its just so fun to use real mechanical devices in our age of relentless touch screens and digital equipment. Also you end up with a clean car at the end.

I needed an engine bay wash and thankful they could do it. There was close to 15 years of grime to get rid of and they did that plus a hand wash in less than an hour— I was very impressed! My engine now looks like new. My interactions with all the employees was great too. I had talked to someone on the phone about an estimate for the service who was efficient and helpful, the person who assisted me on-site listened to a concern I had about the wash and gave me a good price, and the employees who let me inspect the cleaning at the end were kind and made sure I was satisfied. There was a convenience store (lots of greeting cards, interestingly) and both indoor and outdoor seating to wait. I plan to return and I recommend this place to anyone looking for an engine or hand wash for their car.

I am loving my car. I got my car detailed a week ago. It looks amazing. This passenger side of the car had ugly water spots. They are GONE. My car looks brand new again. I've had my car for three years and I'm in love with it all over again. I call it my Mario Cart and it looks beautiful. Inside all nice and clean. Car came out look fantastic. One of the mangers or owners even came out to make sure it was right. They go above and beyond. The lady at the cash register should probably get another gig. She’s a little cold and unwelcoming, doesn’t smile, which is weird if you’re the person people have to give their money to. Just left Glenoaks car wash My car turned out perfect as always. I made the unfortunate mistake of going to the magnolia car Wash last week I'm so glad I came back to glenoaks. Seating is super comfortable wide wicker chairs TV indoor shade, outdoor shade, really nice owners great car wash. Better pricing than magnolia. Car wash takes approx 7 minutes a car, so once you do that simple math, even if there’s only 4 cars in line, you’ll be there for 30 minutes. That being said, the line is always out onto the street so that’s likely 6-7 cars, so do that math. Fine car wash, if you don’t mind waiting a LONG time. There are plenty cheaper and faster options in the area, but it’s a bummer this one is so close.

Appreciate the free vac after although you have to exit the wash, turn down the street and come in the back entrance. The line took forever, around an hour. I really wish they had a 2nd wash line. But also, I gave the lower rating because my back up sensors came off in the wash (which has never happened at a car wash in the 10 years I've had the car) and the front hood didn't get fully washed (see pic).

The wash closes way earlier than it says here on google. The vacuums hardly work and wash barely gets your car clean. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! There’s a newer nicer car wash a couple of blocks away on lankershim that is great.

This place is gross. There’s puddles of dirty water where you’re supposed to vacuum and wipe down your car. There’s trash everywhere. And I bought the deluxe wash and it left soap all on the back of my car. Won’t be returning.
