I would not even give this one star, but the system doesn’t allow. Any ways paid $200 for their interior and exterior was plus clay work and polish. When done, after 2.25 hours, the car looked terrible. Dirt on the wheels, trunk not even vacuumed, front and rear bumpers still had dirt on it. Spots all around the car. I would avoid this place at any cost. Terrible service and they would make an excuse for their lack of professionalism and why they have done a terrible job. Last time ever I come here. Advice the same for others.

I was charged $300 for a vomit clean up. It wasn’t as bad as it sounds since I cleaned most of it out the car the night before but there were so many red flags: 1) They brought me over to let me know my car is ready THREE separate times. Each time I assessed it, there was vomit to clean up on the roof, under the chair. I couldn’t believe that they would charge this much to NOT thoroughly clean the car. 2) When I went home, I found vomit on the seatbelt AND they scratched up the tint of my passenger side window. (Picture attached) I called and they asked me to come over and have their tint guy fix it but I had to reschedule since it was around the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was told by the manager Elvia that she would give my number to the tint guy to schedule directly, and never heard back. At this point, I just NEVER want to deal with their awful service ever again, it just got progressively worse. To add, This is my 2nd time here — the first time was a red flag because I was sitting there next to the woman at the register for nearly 3 hours and no one ever called me to let me know my car was done. TLDR: Prices and quality of service are not aligned.

I had a great experience with Luminous Detail, and I would definitely go with them again. On a Saturday morning I was on Yelp looking for someone to get our car's interior detailed that day. Most places were not able to do it that day, but Pardeep was able to within a few hours. Not only that, but his prices were lower than all the other places I called, including shampooing my carpets. When we picked up our car it was cleaner than we had ever seen it. It looked and smelled like a brand new car. Great customer service too. He was very accommodating and he even offered us something to drink when we dropped off and picked up the car. I have no complaints at all and I will likely be taking my other car there soon. I highly recommend these guys.

Pardeep did a Ceramic Coating on my Tesla Model S. It's the best decision I made and the car looks amazing. It looks better than the day I picked it up from Tesla, I'm sure Tesla owners will understand I got the 5- year IGL Kenzo ceramic coating package and did some research beforehand. The car has a great shine and when I drove it home, my wife's response was "has your car always looked this good?" I just laughed. He even gave me some pointers on how to keep the car looking good. His prices were very competitive too. Thanks Pardeep, your the man!

What can I say besides Terry did a great job with my car! Terry was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Terry is so genuine, communicative, hard-working and amazing at what he does!! I’m so thankful our family referred him to us. We booked our full detail interior and exterior a little less than a month out due to being an hour away. Terry communicates with you throughout the day and shares progress photos and videos with you. My rims alone were quite the project! When our car was complete, it felt brand new again. We bought a boat from a friend out of state, but its interior was in terrible shape after sitting unused in dry dock for years. Mike came to the marina where it was stored and did a fantastic job cleaning it before it went for maintenance and vinyl repair. When we encountered an issue needing to transport the trailer from South Bay to Discovery Bay to get the boat out of the water and to the shop the same day as Mike's interior detailing, he stepped up. Despite me being out of state and unable to assist, Mike volunteered to make the round trip, get the boat onto the trailer, and deliver it to the shop. His exceptional remote coordination and on-the-ground support saved the day, ensuring the boat will be ready for us when we pick it up in a month. I highly recommend Mike for boat detailing assistance.

I’m so disappointed in our car wash service. It’s unacceptable how dirty our car still is, I think there was some issue because no water or soap sprayed on our car. I don’t understand how I can be charged for such a bad service. I wanted to speak to someone but I’d exited the gates and had my kids in the car so just drove home and vowed to never go here again. I really want a refund.

Was pulling into the car wash and I thought I was off attendant told me to come straight so I did and I was off and it pulled me straight and scraped my rims. I just bought the car brand new from Tesla about 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed in the lack of care and instructions. Brand new car damaged.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jordan and his team. I am always skeptical when buying any auto detailing, yet Jordan was no hassle and he made me feel comfortable in my buying decision. Used to be awesome. Not sure what happened. But a 5 min clean and inside not completed for 37.00 not sure if worth it anymore. Just don't seem to really wipe anything down any more but rather smudge more . No vacuuming as well. Crumbs and smudges left behind. Maybe towels are not quite clean. I used to love them

If you need regular car washes (I see you, dark paint), then Savers has a great program. About $15 a month let's you drive through the washer every day you want to. Only problem I had was on our first visit when the attendant lined us up, sprayed us, hit the button, and walked away. Within 5 feet, our truck tires slid off the track and stopped. Since we went nowhere (not knowing what to expect at that point) we waited. Luckily, they noticed and came back to get us going again. Great wash after that!

They didn't think the car wash through. Someone HAS to be there in order for it to work, so they can high - pressure rinse your car, but it's totally unnecessary. Half the time the washer is being fixed. The brushes desperately need to be replaced, but Monthly membership is pretty cheap. I just don't like that they keep raising the price and charging your card without informing you of price change. They're better than the previous owners but they need to have better maintenance skills.

I went in for an estimate, Adrian the owner was accommodating and helped me with not only setting up an appointment to tint the windows on my work truck but also was able to refer me to a business to get my company logo on the truck. When I arrived for my install appointment he stopped what he was doing and made sure to get my truck ready to install the window tints. He did it fast, It looks great and I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.

I’m a big car guy. I’ve owned 38 cars in the last 6 years. I’m also the kind of person that would tint a rental car if I had to drive it for more than a weekend. So I’ve had hundreds of windows tinted in my lifetime. AM TINTS is hands down the highest quality work I’ve ever found. Best drive through car wash around ! I have a small black SUV and other car wash places just don’t get it cleaned well. I’m always having to go over sections of the car that didn’t get clean.
