The customer service there is great, but I spent $40 on this tire spray bottle. It literally broke the second time using at the car wash, there’s air coming leaking from where you screw it on. I’m disappointed, but whatever I’m just gonna get something cheap on Amazon and get more uses out of that.

Brian & his mobile car wash/ detailing services are great! He responds in a timely manner (bonus points, he texts!). He was on time & his work is impeccable. I have a toddler & I learned the hard way why kids shouldn't snack in the car. My car was absolutely a wreck. Once Brian was done with it, it looked fresh & new (without the scents that a car wash will use in your car). 10/10 would recommend Brian. Our family has been using Brian's services for a year.

Not Bliss at all. Beware! I brought my new SUV to this location. After a particular wash i noticed scratches along both sides near my roof line. Owning the vehicle only a month and parked in my garage daily, nothing else made sense other than the car wash. I filed a complaint where a regional manager named Carl met me at the Brea location to show me a tape, which he represented as my first visit showing the scratches were already there. I agreed with him, thanked him for the clarification and went home. I later checked my first date of my visit when I signed up about 10 days earlier than the date of the video Carl showed me. When I contacted him to notify him the date was wrong, he asked for the proof and i immediately sent him my credit card statement. Since then, the company stopped all communication and canceled my account. When I returned to the location to complain, the onsite manager said he would not take another complaint and asked me to leave. I read other reviews with similar customer complaints. Becareful, shady managers and company.

I was asked to leave a review to receive a wash cloth, so here is my opinion on this car wash. The staff was friendly and willing to help which is very important, however, the level of cleanliness of my car post wash was sub par. I personally will knot be returning. However their saving grace was their friendliness.

I'll start by saying my car was absolutely filthy bringing it in. I just got the basic wash, and afterwards one of the attendants came by to ask how it came out. It was decent, but I still had some white spots on my car. He then let me go through the wash a second time, free of charge. Fantastic customer service, and I would definitely come back again!

I recommend this car wash completely. The Customer service is remarkable. I had a conversation with Judith regarding billing and was provided unmatched service to get things handled in a professional manner. I purchased the M8S V2 polisher. The second time I used it the polisher stopped working. It would only turn on when the dial was set on 6 which is the highest setting. I called and spoke to someone about it at Maxshine. The guy took all my information and said he would get it to the right person and I would hear back soon from someone. I never did hear back so I called 3 more times and was told the exact same thing. I even emailed support 3 times and nothing. Bottom line the product is unreliable and customer service is absolutely horrible. If you’re looking at a Maxshine product I’d look elsewhere……

onday and he messages me Monday before 9am stating that he needed till 11am. So I had to cancel and rebook my car for the next day. Which cost me extra. Then he messages me the next day and has the same issues and needed my car till 12pm. At this point I was really pissed off since I had to cancel the carrier a third time and also had to deal with dumb carriers because of Alex. Run an honest business and you’ll go a long way. I was going to bring my other cars, but with my experience I would never let this company touch my car again. I wanted to help local/small businesses but this guy does not know how to run a business and be honest reliable person. I would highly suggest not paying this guy in advance. He will have you wait days to complete if you do that. From the other photos looks like he also doesn’t pay his employees who do jobs for him.

Alex and his guys have been taking care of our family’s cars for many years. We always go to them for washes and details. Alex has also done ceramic coating and installed paint protection film for my M3s and does an amazing job. He makes sure everything is perfect and keeps you updated on your car. I have always been coming to this place for many years and I have noticed that for months, the connections of the hoses where they hang throw a lot of water everywhere and today I think I bathed more than I washed the car Management should change the maintenance staff or put in quality equipment, because you get the money anyway if you invest in good equipment.

High pressure rise actually pushes soup out of the l8ne fairly quickly 15-20 seconds where other car washes sometimes take 2 minutes. Spot free rinse actually workers here, probably the only place in the area. Overhead line was dripping on me and my car. Not that big of a deal when soaping up but kinda sucked when rinsing.

I cant say enough about this place and the team that works at Extreme Autowerks, they have earned my business for life! not only do they actually have customer service, I feel they went above and Beyond to make sure I was satisfied... and MY CAR LOOKS AMAZING! The quality of work they did was on point and exceeded my expectations due to the protection wrap and the window tint. I recently inherited a car from a family member who unfortunately smoked cigarettes in it. It made it unbearable to be in it for too long without the windows having to be down. I have a child and we like to car camp, so it was super important to me to get the smell and as much smoke residue out as possible. Anthony was super communicative throughout the whole process. From the initial scheduling, to the process and the pickup. When I saw the job he did…AMAZING is an understatement. The car is almost 10 years old and was showing some age. It was dull and dirty and literally looks BRAND NEW now. From the plastic to the headlights, to the mats and upholstery ..he is truly a miracle worker. There is now zero smoke smell and everything is sparkling 🥹Anthony’s attention to detail is unreal. There was no part of my car that was overlooked. First of all I didn't know they where mobile, that was an +. Secondly, they came out on time and finished before time. Third they did a great job and even did a little extra and didnt charge more. We've had the car for almost 3 yrs and never waxed it. They had brought life back to the car, so wonderful. I would definitely go back to them especially because my husband was very satisfied with the outcome.

Hands down , Mike did an amazing detailed job on my freshly painted black 2018 Street Glide Special , although my Harley was freshly painted, it still had some flaws, paint was looking very dull no shine and lots of swirl marks. When i picked up my Harley i was super impressed. Mike corrected all the imperfections got rid of the swirls. Bike now has a mirror like finish can actually see myself in it .. Mike is a solid dude who did an absolutely fantastic job detailing my custom 96 Softail. Contacted him a few weeks back to set up an appointment, within minutes he responded and we got a detail set up. He showed up bright and early, was extremely friendly and professional and got right to work. He puts an incredible amount of attention and time into his details and knows his way around a motorcycle. I felt extremely comfortable with him working on the bike. Went in for a full body PPF, 2-step paint correction, and ceramic coating to finish it off on my Tesla Model S. Cesar was great to work with, super responsive and included extra services for me like interior detail, Tesla badge replacement and follow up wash. Bradley did a great job on the PPF, they gave 2 weeks for the PPF to settle and adhere and asked that I came back in for a check up. Bradley was able to fix any spots where the PPF wasn’t sticking. My car now has a mirror finish with the ceramic coating and is fully protected. Overall with their occasional special pricing, these guys are great and the service was spot on. Would definitely recommend!
