I finally decided to get a car wash after someone mistook my white BMW for a gray one. I figured I’ll try Mobile Wash since I see their billboards everywhere. The app was super easy to use and I got notification when the driver was assigned and when he arrived. The app also told me when Jonuhe was doing the inspection and when he started the wash. The service and experience was amazing and it all happened while I was sitting at work. It was great to have a nice clean car again. Sadly with my two kids it won’t last long. Will definitely use Mobile Wash again!

I have been coming to this car wash for a couple years now, and very happy with the service I receive. The staff members are really courteous and kind, always greeting me with a smile. I know this is not a 5 star Carwash but the customer service along with the convenient wash make it that. Hope this helps someone looking for a decent, quick and easy wash. This place advertises that it opens at 7:30am .The employees are clearly there every morning but they won’t move the cones and actually let cars in till about 8:30 am . I’m curious as to what management will respond to this if they even will? I would definitely like for you to look into this matter considering you guys never open at 7:30 am . I am located just a couple blocks from your business and on my days off of work I go bright and early and have never been able to get my car washed in the early am….

I like that this car wash has unlimited car wash options and are open for a good portion of the day. Full service is usually pretty good, they do an excellent job drying the exterior and leaving clean windows. Interior vacuuming is 50/50, sometimes really good and other times average.

I went in a few days ago for a car wash and they don’t even rinse your car before it goes into the wash and I believe that caused my car to get scratched it left very bad scratches and pretty deep. I didn’t notice until the next day and I’m a busy mom and didn’t have time to go back and show them. My 2021 Accord looks so bad I will not be going back.

Come here all the time they do a good job on my 2021 Toyota RAV4, I always choose the VIP package a good bang for your buck at 35 for small suv, they take out the mats and clean them very good, and yes from outside it looks outdated and in need of some paint but you ain’t here for that, support small business and don’t forget to tip the guys

This place is in dire need of a facelift. The place looks like it hasn’t had a little TLC in years, but that being said, I don’t go there because of how it looks. I go for the job they do on my car, and aside from the mechanical portion of the car wash, it comes down to the workers who finish the cars. Whenever I go there is one guy who I recognize and he remembers me. He does a great job on my car and I tip him well. Whenever he was unable to finish my car, the outcome has been mixed. I guess my experience is not uncommon given the high staff turnover.

I live down the street from here. It was the 2nd time I came here. First time I had to go back because my mirrors weren't clean right. I didn't make a big deal out of it. 2nd time was an interior detail. I paid 140 plus 15 extra for ceiling cleaning. Last time I've went to car washes, they included the ceiling. So I paid 155 in total. I have 2 door car. I dropped it off at 9 am. He said it's going to take 4 to 5 hrs because the seat needs to dry. It actually should take 2 hrs if you have the plastic to cover the wet seats. They don't have that. So I came back at 2 pm and my car still isn't ready. I saw them working on other cars while my car just sat there. I get a call around 530pm that my car is ready. Since it was dark, I couldn't see much, so I left it alone until the next day. The mirrors aren't clean correctly. My seats were washed and cleaned right. My dash wasn't clean correctly. If you pay for a detail, I expect at least 100%, but no, I got at least 75 to 80% clean. Very unacceptable for time and amount I paid for a small 2 door car. I will never go again. Never get a detail. They do horrible jobs, and they take their sweet time and still don't do it correctly.

We got Ricas Gold package and we really love it. We were told by many detailers that our seats are pretty much done and they can’t remove these stains. Ricas auto detail really amazed us with their service. All the hard and nasty stains are gone! Definitely getting our next car detailed here!
