I had some major issues with swirls in my clear coat after my wife hired "a guy from Facebook" to detail my all black 2017 4runner. Luckily, I found Hector's services to correct the damage that had been done by the unprofessional guy from Facebook. Hector communicates very well with his clients and gives a detailed explanation on the work he's going to do on your vehicle. Black is a real pain in the butt to keep from scratching/swirling but Hector managed to get my clear coat nearly swirl free after an 8 hour day as promised, of course. I highly recommend his services!

Christian applied the ceramic coat to our 2020 Ford Ranger when we purchased it new and we were extremely happy with the finished product. So much so when we purchased our 2024 Hyundai Tucson we had him ceramic coat the Tucson as well as a tune-up application on the Ranger. He also treated and detailed the interiors. He is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. About 2 months after the application on the Ranger, the vehicle was covered in overspray paint from my husband’s work. Christian retreated the entire vehicle at a very reasonable price bringing it back to perfect condition. He is great to work with and very reliable, I recommend him highly and without hesitation. Well worth the money if you care about your vehicle.

2nd visit. Dylan has recommended products that I am extremely happy with. I ask for a recommendation, and he delivers. He has first-hand experience and combined from all his customers' feedback. I came back because I was so impressed the first time I had shopped there. Prices are reasonable. I go for one item and end up spending $300 +. A reward point system has been implemented. Which is nice because it will be real money that will be used towards more detailing supplies. I highly recommend this place to everyone who likes to take care of their vehicle. Those new detailers who need better products to maximize profits but deliver great service.

Worse car wash, does not clean anything. The bumper stayed dirty, the roller at the end was broken that left my windshield with spots of water. The guy also asked you to upgrade because the upgraded one have chemicals but would not guarantee the service! And to upgrade with a malfunction machine roll at the end? Really? What a joke! I do not recommend! FYI Pics are after the car wash. Yes very dirty like nothing happened.

This is my second time so far it is ok. I Believe the car wash goes rather quickly and passes the car through without giving it a good scrub. The dry feature is a quick pass. I am going to try a different wash as I did the Silver this last time. **UPDATE: (3/22/2024)** I decided to give the facility a break, and stopped in today to give it another try ... After my wash today (purchased GOLD) AND my car is still filthy. I have bug splatter on the front, the side mirrors are dirty the back of car and trunk dust and debris. I contacted store and was told about bug remover wipes; which I'll try. After coming back to pickup bug wipes was told the the quality of wash is real quick and bristles don't get every inch of car. I feel that's terrible because if I wanted to wash at home I would, you pay for a service for the ease and convenience ... Which isn't received here. Attendants are nice, but wash quality is poor. And vacuums are not strong and often times broken (like today)

Oak Valley Car Wash used to be my “go to” to get a really good wash, but over the last year it seems they’ve lost their touch. While the employees are still friendly, the job they do on the vehicles is gone downhill. I went today to give them one last shot - it was indeed the last time.. Spent nearly $40 on a carwash and I got a half @$$ vacuum, center console must’ve been invisible because he didn’t even touch it. Not very exited about my experience.

I needed a quick but thorough interior vacuuming, dash board cleaning, and all windows cleaned inside and out. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service I received. They treated my old car just as good as all the newer ones I saw there. It was Monday morning and the wait wasn't long at all. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I'm elderly and wasn't sure how everything worked. I will definitely be a future customer and highly recommend them.

I called Adrian to get a quote for the hood of my new luexus RC. He was very responsive and gave me a good price. He came to my house to do the work. I had something acidic on my hood that messed up the clear coat. I washed it over and over and couldn’t get it out. Adrian came over and spent about an hour and a half waxing and buffing and my hood looks like new. I am very happy with the results. I have a black car so it can get those little spider web scratches in the paint. All of those are now gone. The hood looks like new. I would recommend Adrian to anyone that needs detail work done. He is very meticulous and does a great job!

I just visited this place after they reopened. This was awesome! This was one of the best express tunnel sites i have experienced in this local area. $16 for the top wash is absolutely an awesome deal. They also have a full service option as well plus monthly memberships. Car was shining bright! Staff is super friendly. Come check this out.

I've been doing self washes here for 25 years. Never once was there an equipment failure. Now the washer takes bills. Faster and easier now. $5 for 8 min. Excellent. I'd gladly pay more! Love the spot free rinse. 👍

Got an oil change here, manager was in a rush and over filled my engine with oil and even spilled oil on the top of my motor. I cleaned up as much oil as I could that he spilled on the top of motor. He acted like nothing happened. They suck big time! Even after the mistake he didn't offer me a discount, or apologies. I would keep my car away from here!
