I had a terrible experience at Azusa Auto Spa. They broke my molding on my window. I went back to inform the person in charge. He was a slim male with tattoos all over his body. My molding was found inside the washing machine. I have a new car and the molding is held with two screws. The tattooed thug at the counter, told me they had a policy of not being responsible for damages. I told the tattooed thug at the counter that I would not be returning to the car wash. He then told me to leave before he flattened me. He obviously had a gun in his waistband. It looks like Arab thugs are running the place.

Jonathan did such a thorough job on restoring my crusty 2017 Volt back to new condition. My main concern was taking care of a ice cream spill on my passenger seat, and even with the added shampooing of the seats, he was able to offer me the best price of the 4 quote I found. He was punctual, prepared, professional, and friendly which is all an added bonus because his results speak for themselves! In addition to his top-notch detailing, Jonathan is also a stand-up guy who put my mind at ease about a stranger coming to my home. He even was looking out for me when another (less legitimate) mobile car service showed up to offer me their work because Jonathan didn’t want me to be taken advantage of. All in all, I have a lot of respect for Jonathan and his work, and I will be referring him to all my family members who need details.

I came for a car wash worst experience ever . This are all same day pictures when I left , I called no answer they are closed . This is what I paid 46.99 for . Horrible experience , I suggest you take your money somewhere else . Remember these are all SAME DAY PICTURE!

Did the deluxe car wash , expected more than I got for 50$ . Even was told 5$ off. So disappointed. Vents were not clean , console was not even wiped down. Will be finding another car wash. Used to get the diamond and decided to splurge hoping it was better. It was not .

Decent coin operated car wash. They don’t take credit or debit. Largest bill for the change machine is $10. If you use the change machine you get $1 token and not quarter. So bring your change. 4 washing bays plus one tall bay for trucks. The suctions of the vacuum I used was weaker than what I used to.

Cool spot for a coin opt! Place is clean, clean bays. When I change my dollars - I got tokens. Each of the bays are 9' tall, 1 of them is even tall enough for a RV! There are enough options for washing you're car. There is a delay when switching any 1 of the options, though that's how they all are.

The experience at this car wash was unsatisfactory. It failed to adequately clean my vehicle, and for a price of $17, the service was subpar, leaving black marks on my car. I do not recommend this establishment; it is the worst car wash I have encountered, and I will not return. Zoom to the photo also the backside wasn't washed.

Me and My friend used our credit card at this car wash a month to 2 months ago and since then he’s had almost $2,000 spent on his card and me with over $300. They steal your information and spend your money. We’re still trying to get police involved I constantly get notifications that Ubers and food delivery and in game currency are being bought without our permission and this was the only public place I used my credit card at since I got it. And one of the teenagers that work there canceled my membership after he got upset that me and my friend went to get a car wash and accused us of trying to share a membership for 2 cars after we showed each our own memberships then once I left with my membership canceled he realized he messed up and told my friend he was sorry and that his system was bugging out. After 1-2 days since that happened the charges on our card started to come.

Over charge for a below average car wash and interior cleaning, not returning to this location again. I can get a 8 dollar wash myself that is way better than this low quality location, disappointing after reading the high ratings. They dirty my inside rather than clean it. I didn't have the stain until I got my car back, so sad how sloppy this place is and the place reflects the service, should have seen the red flag. 😑

The experience I had in this car wash was the best I’ve had. It is clean, well kept, has wash basin, hanger for car mats, clean rest room, and above all the vacuum has the most suction I’ve ever used. Plus the staff are nice people. This car wash deserves a solid A+.

Broken scrubbers will scratch your car with absolutely no one to take responsibility for it. The “managers” will have you return to speak to the “owner” for some kind of solution but you will realize very quick that all that you are getting is the run around. If you care about your vehicle’s paint detail, This is definitely not the place you want to take your car to.

Awesome job, I had an appointment scheduled early morning and I was able to pick my car up same day around noon so they were super quick. Not only fast, but the job they did on my car made it look like I had just bought it new from the dealer, interior and exterior were both fantastic and I could not recommend Detail Boyz enough. This company did a couple detailing set-ups on my NV3500 and NV200. I couldn't be happier with the results. Their set ups are quite pricey, but the quality is amazing. All I can ask is for more scrubbing time for the body to get a correct car wash. The brushes have aged enough that are gentle on new paint. To wash my car has cost me at minimun $13 and I think other options will be probably better. Although I love getting wet taking care of my car. Good Luck. Take good towels.
