Such a great job! My truck was parked for a long time and an animal got inside and left a mess. Called a few places and individuals, and finally decided to go with Michael's Auto Detail. Michael took the time to explain to me the tools and products he would be using as well as the services he would be doing. Michael was kind enough to clean my truck the next day, I have a newborn so it needed to be deep cleaned and disinfected.. results were amazing! I was shocked how detailed Michael was, he took his time, disinfected very well and left my truck looking better than new. Prices are reasonable considering the time he takes to effectively leave your vehicle clean, trust me I asked around... you will get your money's worth! I will definitely be using them again 🛻

My car needed a detail and I've been dreading finding a new place after moving to the desert due to having a lot of bad experiences. And this place was new so I really didn't know what to expect. And I'll say they did about the best detail my car has ever had done! It seems like there is always at least one thing that a car wash will miss. Be it a regular wash or a detail. And I really could find nothing! They also did a great job cleaning up a coffee spill I had from months ago. Can't even tell any more! And on top of it they gave me a ride home while I waited for the detail. Great cleaning and great service. At an unbeatable price. I will definitely be back.

ZERO STARS! They use chemicals that will damage your car paint and blame you for it. When you bring it up to the “owner” Simon - he blames you for it, when the damages were not there before they did the car wash. He is very RUDE, arrogant and unprofessional. He tried to wipe it off with a rag and he could not get it off and said it was already there before the car wash. My car is parked inside my garage and I drive about 3 miles to work and never saw those blue marks until after the car wash. He tried to blame me and the car paint and said I should take it to the dealer! 😂 My husband and I took it to another car wash for help and they were able to wipe it off within seconds! MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE GIVING IT TO THEM OR ELSE YOU WILL GET BLAMED FOR THE DAMAGES. SIMON IS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT AND SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING THIS PLACE.

If they’re packed… come back another time. They’re slow normally, let alone when understaffed or over worked. $50 special on hand wax is a good deal. The $99 oil change is over priced to begin with then they add extra oil charges. They took a loooong time to get going & since I got an oil change I lost my place in line to get my truck washed & that added another hour of waiting. By the time I was done the place was completely empty!

Whoever took this place over has done a great job of improving it and adding the car dryers and soap features. It'd be nice if the vacuumed were.cheaper or free like a lot of washes are now. Place is painted up nice and cleaned up better now than in years.

Used to love this place, but now half the foam sprayers don't work, there's always someone loitering in the first bay (the only one with a working foam gun), trash and mud left all over bays, and a clear lack of care for the customer experience. Huge bummer, because it used to be great.

I went to Reyes details and he was very nice and very attentive. He made sure he got my entire car clean even areas I didn’t know were possible to get done. In the past I would take my car to full service detailing that wouldn’t even get my car clean and charged a lot more. I’m so happy to have found someone that is passionate about what they do which shows in his work. You really need to try his business out the next time you want any detailing done, you won’t be disappointed.

Used to prefer coming here but they have changed the soap to a “clear” soap that’s cheap, does not suds , and does not do a great job at washing cars like it used to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE, until they fix this problem.

LIARS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Called and asked because it was getting close to closing to see if I could come down to get a wash and wax taken care of. Was told that as long as there before 5 we will take you by the lady who answered the phone. Was grateful because an emergency came up and needed my car detailed, was gonna tip heavily for the accommodation. Show up 4 minutes before they close and am turned away so go inside and the lady is there sort of heavier set, dark hair with tattoos. I ask about what she said and she said “Well I don’t control when they want to close”, funny she just said get here before 5 and am I am good. Then as I am walking away begins to laugh at me for asking why she then didn’t say that “We are open till 5 but if they decide to close I can’t do anything”. So now will never come back and the car club I’m part of won’t be around, so lost a lot of potential business. Plus by closing early I saw myself and two other cars you guys missed out on. Must be nice to not need money. And miss laughing as I’m walking away you need to learn some manners, and really be careful in today’s day and age. That interaction could’ve gone sideways quick with the crazy people around the desert all because you laughing after telling someone something and then turning around and doing something else. Learn how to conduct business and be accountable for what you literally just said. Be better y’all and everyone there would have more money in them pockets, and not trying to race out the door. You guys picked that job so be be the best you can be it’s a choice of will.

Wash quality was great, employees were attentive and polite, brand new location so it’s beautiful inside and out. I signed up for the monthly when they opened last month and I’ve been here about 12 times since. I’ve had zero issues, I like that I can wash unlimited times a day with my membership and their vacuums are amazing!

High quality wash, high quality products, high quality service! Here is how it works when you arrive: you can enter on Hwy 18 or Dale Evans pkwy. As you pull into the far left lane that says, "Enter," you will be greeted by a smile and a wave. Mister does NO CASH payments, card only. The guest service specialist will explain some products, go over any current deals, and give you a few options for your wash. You can buy a single Base wash for $10 or the monthly base membership for $19.99 which includes wheel cleaner, signature rinse, and a foaming cleanser. (April '24 has a special for $9.99 for all memberships for the first month, but here I will be presenting the prices without that deal also since it will not last forever). Next, you can purchase a single Base Plus Wash for $15. No membership option for Base Plus. Base Plus comes with wheel cleaner, foaming cleanser, underbody rinse, wheel polish, and tire shine. The Platinum one-time wash is $20 or $32.99($9.99 first month in the month of April '24) for the monthly membership. Included are the same products that come with base plus and base wash, as well as Hotshine Carnauba Wax(protects the exterior from the sun's rays and adds brightness) and Platinum Repel Shield(safeguards against road dirt, bugs, and grime). Finally, you have the Titanium wash which includes every other product mentioned as well as the Titanium 360(mirror-like finish) and Underbody Defense. The Titanium is $25 for a one time wash or $39.99 monthly($9.99 first month in April '24). So about memberships: if you get the membership, they will put a very small barcode on the bottom left corner(driver POV) of your windshield that gives you Unlimited access to the washes at any Mister location by pulling through the two right lanes that say, "Unlimited Member." Pull close to the gate and the barcode is read by a scanner above your car, opening the gate. The memberships can be canceled, upgraded, or downgraded at any time at the paystation with a customer service rep or on your Mister carwash app using the phone number, last 4 of card number, and barcode you signed up with. So now you've got a wash paid for. If you live on a dirt road, you may not want tire shine which comes with all packages from Base Plus up. Keep your window down as you pull through the tunnel and let them know if you do not want tire shine or you can tell the person at the paystation and they will let the tunnel person know via radio. You will now pull through to the wash tunnel. As you pull forward, pay attention to the person in the tunnel. They will guide you to drive your car correctly onto the track. You will then be directed to place your car in Neutral with foot off the brake. The tunnel person will then spray your front grill and windshield with bug remover before you are taken into the tunnel by the rollers that will push your back tire through the wash. If you have a truck, you may be asked to clear open truck beds of trash or your personal items that can fly out and damage your car or the cars in front/behind you. If your car is SUPER muddy, you may get treatment by power washers or if they are down, you may be asked to go through the wash twice. Once, with no brushes to remove the dirt, then again with brushes(if you want them) for the best outcome and for the least damage to your vehicle. Now you have finished your wash! As you exit, you will see the vacuums to the right. These are free to use with purchase of a wash/membership at the AV location. There are car mat holders, two different types of vacuum nozzles, and air blowers to remove remaining water droplets or to clean mats, etc. Restrooms are available for use, but you will need assistance from a team member as a key is needed to get in. A few types of vehicles that cannot enter the wash: motorcycles, vehicles with a height of over 7 ft, vehicles with ladder racks, bike racks, or wheel chair ramps.
