I had the pleasure of using Matt’s Auto Detailing service recently, and I’m extremely impressed. From the moment we scheduled, he was professional and courteous, and on the day of the appointment, he arrived right on time. Punctuality is always a plus for me, especially with a busy schedule. The interior detailing of my car was beyond my expectations. While it may not look completely brand new, there was a big improvement—a really significant one. Matt left no corner untouched—every nook, cranny, and hard-to-reach spot was thoroughly cleaned and restored. We bought a boat from a friend out of state, but its interior was in terrible shape after sitting unused in dry dock for years. Mike came to the marina where it was stored and did a fantastic job cleaning it before it went for maintenance and vinyl repair. When we encountered an issue needing to transport the trailer from South Bay to Discovery Bay to get the boat out of the water and to the shop the same day as Mike's interior detailing, he stepped up. Despite me being out of state and unable to assist, Mike volunteered to make the round trip, get the boat onto the trailer, and deliver it to the shop. His exceptional remote coordination and on-the-ground support saved the day, ensuring the boat will be ready for us when we pick it up in a month. I highly recommend Mike for boat detailing assistance.

I can't rave enough about the experience we had by bringing our car to JJ's Elite Details. The car had pretty bad stains on the paint covering the hood and side (included before and after pictures). We had no idea how to remove them, or if it was even possible without a new paint job. From the beginning of contacting Jesus at JJ's Elite Detailing, we had great customer service. Jesus was very informative and helpful in explaining possible options to try and remove the stains and was also very honest about possible outcomes, which is always appreciated. He made us an appointment for the next day and I can say that we are more than impressed with the results and how great the car looks! The portions with stains came out great and overall the entire car looks so nice. I would recommend bringing your car to JJ's Elite Details to anyone who asked!

Hired them to do my husband’s car and they did amazing! He says the car hasn’t been that clean since he drove it off the lot. We are super happy with the service it was done really easily and we plan to go back and get this lights cleaned too as they are fogging up. They are priced well and did a whole deep clean for us in only a couple of hours all I had to do was call in and then drop off the car. Definitely recommend will also probably go back for my own car. I had a great experience here with ProShine. I was told the process would take around 3 hours but we actually started around 8:10am and I was out of there around 10:15am! He was super professional and knowledgeable. I also felt safe in his facility and not up charged simply for being a woman - very decent person. I recommend for any ladies looking to get Ceramic Coatings, PPF or anti yellowing work done. I believe he also does tinting, but I’m not sure. I only opted for the ceramic coating. Highly recommend 👍🏽

I recently took my car to this car wash for a detailed cleaning, and the experience was a complete disaster. When I went to pick up my car, it was still dirty both inside and outside. I asked them to redo the details, and upon my return, the car was still dusty and dirty inside and out. After requesting a redo for the third time, I discovered that the front paint of my car was destroyed, along with damage to the side, front, and back bumpers. The window frame paint was also peeled. When I demanded to speak with the manager, he came with an attitude, saying he needed to check the camera footage. He refused to let me see the footage, and later claimed he couldn't see anything clearly on the film. He kept referring to a sign that said the place is not responsible for any damages. Despite the car being in worse condition than when I brought it in, he had the audacity to ask me to pay for the car wash. When I pointed out that the inside wasn't even clean, he replied that they didn't want to use harsh chemicals, which ironically caused significant exterior damage. I'm extremely upset that they haven't responded to the Better Business Bureau. I am planning to take them to court for the damage they caused and their refusal to fix it. Avoid this place at all costs.

The car in front of me got stuck in the car wash. After a few minutes, he started honking. Nobody came out. After 10 minutes, he was profusely honking and still no one came out to help him. I was ready to leave afraid I was going to get stuck. After like 20 minutes finally, one of the dryers, who was just around the corner, came and started the machine again. The guy was livid, screaming at the dryers and mashed off. I don’t blame him. I Luckily, I ventured in and came out clean. I didn’t bother to have the guys dry my car; as I will never come back to this place again. I would not recommend this place as well.

I would not even give this one star, but the system doesn’t allow. Any ways paid $200 for their interior and exterior was plus clay work and polish. When done, after 2.25 hours, the car looked terrible. Dirt on the wheels, trunk not even vacuumed, front and rear bumpers still had dirt on it. Spots all around the car. I would avoid this place at any cost. Terrible service and they would make an excuse for their lack of professionalism and why they have done a terrible job. Last time ever I come here. Advice the same for others.

I was charged $300 for a vomit clean up. It wasn’t as bad as it sounds since I cleaned most of it out the car the night before but there were so many red flags: 1) They brought me over to let me know my car is ready THREE separate times. Each time I assessed it, there was vomit to clean up on the roof, under the chair. I couldn’t believe that they would charge this much to NOT thoroughly clean the car. 2) When I went home, I found vomit on the seatbelt AND they scratched up the tint of my passenger side window. (Picture attached) I called and they asked me to come over and have their tint guy fix it but I had to reschedule since it was around the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was told by the manager Elvia that she would give my number to the tint guy to schedule directly, and never heard back. At this point, I just NEVER want to deal with their awful service ever again, it just got progressively worse. To add, This is my 2nd time here — the first time was a red flag because I was sitting there next to the woman at the register for nearly 3 hours and no one ever called me to let me know my car was done. TLDR: Prices and quality of service are not aligned.

I am very pleased with my 2020 tesla model 3 transformation solely done by Auto Design Pro in Pittsburg, CA. I extremely recommend this place. I went around and did my research for other places but by far I landed with them for a better bundle deal which I can only find with Auto Design Pro. Please look for Alex as he can walk you through with the process, deals, and whatever is best recommended for your needs and wants. I had full stealth car wrap, all window tinting, headlights tinting, powder coat all rims, brake calipers red painting, and they even helped changed my taillights given i got my own from amazon and they just did the installation and electrical work. Alex and his team are friendly and skillful. The place is conducive for car jobs. It's easy to find. Alex is very good with communication. He can even help you get connected for some tire changes to make your car transformation fully well done. The bundle deal price is negotiable with them and for what it's worth i will only get it with Auto Design Pro and nowhere else. So folks talk with Alex and he can help you get what you need or want for your car transformation. My car looks brand new after 3 years. They washed the car and clean inside and out after the job. They even did a courtesy follow up check and wash after a month to make sure everything is taken care of well. Auto Design Pro is your best spot for car transformation needs and wants. Go to them.

Great place and people. I usually detail my own vehicles but do not have a water system installed yet, so called my dealer where I just bought a new 2017 Silverado Z71 and they recommended APLL. Drove by and Gabriel said he would fit me in. Fast service and a clean truck. Will definitely go back again!
