This is not the first time I have come to this place, there is always some mistake when cleaning the car, but this time THEY TOOK MY MONEY! I was going to tip, but when I didn't see it I got angry and decided to talk to the owner. This man did nothing, saying that maybe I left it somewhere else or maybe I didn't even have it there. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE, MUCH LESS MONEY.

I asked for an outside wash only, but when I got to the cashier, she said I was being charged for interior and exterior cleaning and I had to go back to the person(?) for a correction. I assumed he was trying to make more money for the company. He was so rude, said the vacuuming had been done, but corrected the worksheet. When I finally got my vehicle back, my reusable shopping bags were strewn all over the back, seat backs were up--I always leave them down --and found the console much dirtier than I left it. Front seats were also moved. The next morning I went to fill my one-gallon bottles with water--and they weren't in the back. They were stolen or tossed. And all this when I did not authorize interior vacuuming. I see from other reviews that management does not assist in disputes; especially if you're a woman. No more Shoreline Car Wash for me.

We've been going here for years and have been very satisfied. The self wash is still less expensive and does a better job then if you went to a drive-through wash facility. Our entire family also uses the detail service, its more expensive than if you did it yourself but they do a great job, so for us its definitely worth it.

You get 5 minutes for six dollars. You also don’t get quarters, you get tokens. So forget about keeping your extra change. Also, the “high pressure soap” is just water, no soap. Even if you could keep your change, you still end up putting it all in the machine when you realize you have to switch to the foam brush, and maybe if you’re quick you’ll get a chance to rinse that off before the timer runs out. What a fing ripoff. Everything about this place is designed to wring you’re wallet dry.

Pretty reasonably priced, they do a good job cleaning and detailing inside and out of car, just make sure you follow directions or else you may get barked at by one of the Asian ladies cleaning cars, they are nice though, just definitely catches you off guard at first. I noticed my car was super dirty and they left a few spots on the tires so I imagine if your car is not that bad then it should be fine. They def do a way better job than I ever could and will get it done in 20-30min for approx $45 for inside outside cleaning. Would come back again and recommend their service.

This place sucks. I took my truck in just to get an interior detail and before I could get out of my seat some employee started walking up to me pointing at the front gate. When I asked her where I should park she responded, "Leave!" This was at 1pm on a Wednesday. Won't go back. Wish I could give them negative stars.

He worked hours on my car and made interior and exterior very nice and like new. They are extremely professional and took care of it like it's their own. Peter and the crew did an amazing and efficient job with the cleaning. They came to my house and were able to hook into an outlet and water source. Super overpriced for the quality of the wash. I had to check them about several things like the hood and roof. I requested only an exterior wash because the inside was pretty clean but he charged me $4/mat and they looked like this. He’s super rude and treats his Latino employees badly. Will definitely not be returning.

I got my truck cleaned by them about a week or 2 ago, one of the best derails here in Humboldt. Have gotten details in other places, these guys I respect a lot because they were ready to work, they got me in that same afternoon and even waited for me at a convenient time to pick up the truck (a little after their closing hours). I recommend this place before checking other options. The owner is a real hustler and a gentleman. Mad respect. If I could I’d give another review; that good they are.

Jose and his team hella good! Best full interior/exterior I've ever had, and at competitive pricing. I'll be coming here for my annual summer detailing from now on. Best Detail washed and dried the carpet, buffed out any scratches they found, and since I brought a paint pen I bought from the dealership they were even able to touch up all the rock chips on my front bumper. Their work brought out whole new level of shine & color, my baby literally looks like I just drove her off the showroom floor. Definitely living up to their name, this shop is a cut above all of the full detail jobs I've paid the same price for in the past.

Dear Jet Black, I am a proud owner of a Mercedes Benz that costs a 1/4 Million dollars (250 K) and I wanted to get my car done the right way! Shereen the manager did exactly what I have wanted and needed for my car to stay clean and paint looking like brand new with a clean custom PPF wrap, 5500$ was the best spend money ever! Boy oh boy oh boy. The speed in which they finished my car but also the quality was top tier. Trust me when I tell you, y’all need to hit this shop up. My car even looks sportier than it did before I brought it to the shop. Definitely wash your car beforehand because you won’t be able to for 3-5 days. I had a great experience at High St Car Wash in Oakland. The place was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. They helped me right away and did a fantastic job on my car. Good prices for a touch less car wash. My car was pretty bad from not washing it for 2 weeks. And it did a pretty good job for just $13. The line does kind of get pretty long but it goes by pretty quickly. They do have a Super Sam’s Car Wash punch card. If you buy 5 you get one for free. Every time you get a car wash just go inside and get it hole punched by one of the workers.

The wait isn’t short but the work put into the car washing was impressive, especially that it was human powered by only 2-3 people on a high demand service roll. I was very satisfied of the outcome and price. Will come again if I’m in the area.

the best place to get a car wash in oakland. I always leave satisfied. I have recommended this place to a few friends and they are all now consistent customers just like me. This is the only place I get my car wash since I discovered the place. If they missed a spot, just asked them and they will quickly make sure you are satisfy. $28 for the exterior and interior of my lexus ES350. Not that’s the cheapest and cleanest I’ve had my car hand washed. Cash only so go prepared and don’t forget to tip them 🫡

I went to Markato for the first time today and it was referred to me by my friend. They were AMAZING! I just bought a new car a month ago and so was eager to get my car back to her pristine glory lol. They did a great job! She looked exactly how she did when I drove her off the lot! They were super efficient, my car was ready in a timely manner (an hour) and I drive a small SUV. The team was also very nice and asked me what I wanted done and how I’d like my car to smell. The eucalyptus spray was great! I definitely will be back and their prices are also really good!

In the last 2 years, I've had to bring my car here 3 times--not my fault accidents. FIX AUTO is like a dream, where people are waiting for you to arrive, they know why you're there, they are friendly, communicative, and everyone is in the loop about your car. The place is spotless, the work they do is beautiful and when they give your car back, they've cleaned it top to bottom, and it's sort of a life-changing experience because it makes you realize everyone else is not doing the best they can do. You won't go anywhere else after you go there.

I am so glad to find Protek Shine Studio and meet Armando. The best thing Armando did was to tell me to come over so he can explain what the different packages are and to check my vehicle. I went to his studio, and he asked me questions about what areas in the vehicle I cared about. He then catered to my expectations and told me what I simply needed. He actually did not sell me the most expensive package. He explained what most of his clients protect and he made me choose what made sense to me. Armando is personable and a genuine guy. He didn't tell me his expertise, he showed it firsthand with a vehicle in their studio. He has so much knowledge and experience in vehicle builds and quality.
