My mother-in-law was visiting last weekend and asked (last minute) about having her car detailed. I called Brooke at Torres when they opened at 9:00 and we dropped her SUV off at 10:00 and it was ready before 5 … looking 👍👍 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ LIKE NEW!! We were so impressed! My husband wanted to have our cars done so we dropped his car off on Monday - pictures below of his 10+ year old car that is not garage kept 🫣 we take my car next week!! It’s so worth it! P.S. I read the other reviews and can’t fathom anyone receiving poor workmanship or anything to complain about. It was top notch! The gas tank area is even pristine 😳 I don’t know how they did it.

Took my truck down to Hank and his crew for a full paint correction, full front and lower ppf, full undercarriage ceramic coating, full body ceramic coating, and full interior detail.. I drive a brand-new Subaru Forester and have used the Walton Blvd location car wash multiple times with no issues. However, after going through the Rogers location, my car came out with scratches running down the passenger side of the hood and all the way down the side to the back. When I reported the damage, I was met with dismissive responses and excuses instead of accountability. The district manager claimed that he, his director of operations, and others thoroughly reviewed the situation and found ‘no evidence’ of any malfunction or issue with their equipment. They also provided a lengthy explanation about how neoprene isn’t porous and therefore can’t cause scratches—because apparently, car wash employees are now materials experts and forensic investigators. To make matters worse, they suggested that Adventure Subaru might sell vehicles with extensive scratches that are ‘hidden’ by applying some sort of product to cover the damage and that the car wash simply washed it off. Blaming the dealership for alleged bad business practices instead of addressing the obvious damage caused during their wash is both absurd and offensive. This is a brand-new car that had no issues before this incident, and now I’m left with significant scratches and repair costs. If you value your vehicle, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Stick to the Walton Blvd location if you must, but after this experience, I wouldn’t trust this chain at all.

You guys need to make it work to where if you get an oil change on the car to where the customer can go inside and stay warm while they also clean the interior. I Paid $130 for an oil change and I still had to ask the guy if he checked the tires and he did not. Then he got that fixed and they wanted me to go ahead and drive off and leave with the old maintenance light still on That was strike 2. It makes me wonder what else did you miss? Not a good look, and I’ll never come back!!

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! I have been working with these guys for over a year and every time they detail my truck it is absolutely impeccably SPOTLESS. Inside and out, everything has been shined and finished- my truck always looks brand new. They are super responsive, and have always remembered my personal details/preferences for my appointment- they know where I leave my truck in the lot for them when I get off work and I’ve requested not to have any strong-scented air fresheners due to fragrance sensitivity and they always leave my car smelling fresh but extremely subtle. It is always such a treat to get out of work to find my truck sparkling clean and waiting for me. 100% recommend and will continue to use them exclusively for keeping my car looking amazing! If your in the market for Paint Protection File PPF, or top notch ceramic coating contact the folks at High and Wide in Bentonville. They do some of the best work in NWA. I asked for a specific application and they hand cut and applied this black PPF detail to the hood and covered all the red and black facia pieces. I can not find one single flaw. Great Work….

I just got the interior detailed and it looks almost like new again! I have 3 large dogs that thoroughly slobbered up the back seat and now no trace (or smell) of them remain! I think I will make this a yearly (or more) treat! It’s so convenient to have all of it done while I’m at work!

I had my vehicle interior detailed a few weeks ago by this family run business. When they were done with it, it looked as good as it did from the factory. They took the extra time to make sure the job was done right even though it went over the estimated time to complete. Unlike some quotes I looked at before having the job done, the price quoted was not only way less than the others. It also included steam cleaning which was an extra charge from most other options. I will bring any future jobs to them for sure! Highly recommend these guys!

Absolutely incredible! I thought there was no way I would be able to get these stains out and Jordan was able to get it done! They had been dried in, over a year old, and I figured there was nothing I could do. He was professional and on time. Definitely worth it as he goes above and beyond and it shows. He also brought my steering wheel back to life, which was something that I did not even ask for him to do. I had to put a cover over my steering wheel prior because the color had faded and I assumed it had been because of the sun. Come to find out, it was makeup residue that had been caked in and dried from the lady who had the vehicle before me! No longer need the steering wheel cover. Thoroughly impressed with the work and quality of service here. Car feels brand new now.

Cesar came to our office and detailed the interior of my 2017 4Runner and has it looking brand new! I have 4 dogs that love to go for car rides. With no true full service car washes around like we had in California, it's easy for the car to start looking a bit rough. Had Woody pick up the vehicle and detail it. Wow, it actually looks better than when I bought it, especially the leather, because of the way he dresses the upholstery. Will bring the wife's car to him next. 5 stars!

This place is a MAJOR scam. We paid for a car wash, went through but the brushes didn’t work. My vehicle didn’t get cleaned. Came back around and let the attendant know so I could go through again. Attendant got the manager. The manager states they turn off the brushes for vehicles that have roof racks. Attendant apologized and said she didn’t know as she’s new. We asked for a refund from the manager since the car can’t get cleaned. Manager quickly stated, “No. you used our water and chemical” turned his back and walked away.

Damage done to our vehicle nearly 6 months ago and we are still fighting to get a check to cover the damages. I have been in several times and each time I was denied a check and they said they would mail it to me. If you call the number nobody answers if email nobody responds. This is my last effort to get a response from the company before I seek legal action. Over $5000 worth of damage done to my vehicle due to their negligence and not pushing the button when my vehicle went through that had a topper. Not only was my topper ripped off my car and flew through the car wash but it was ruined during the process. I have spoken to a gentleman named Daniel several times he assures me he will get it done and never does. The lack of communication is not acceptable And I highly recommend that you take your vehicle somewhere else. *update* apparently Daniel Pattillo is the owner of these two establishments. I would definitely expect a better response from the owner of the company and this just goes to show the lack of care for the customer and their property. I hope Daniel does the right thing and gets this behind him.

My dog had pooped in my car, so I took it to Elevated Auto Detailing to get it removed😁 It has never been detailed over the course of having it for about 8 years, so there were tons of stains that had been there for a long time. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED (from my cloth seats I might add). I was impressed and shocked. I would definitely recommend getting your car detailed here!! The before and after photos are impressive🤩

Luxcar is THE best!!! I could not find anyone to detail my work van and Luxcar accepted the challenge and exceeded my expectations! My van was previously owned by a smoker and super filthy. I have allergies and could not breathe in it. I hated having to be in my van, now I absolutely love it and I totally work from it. I photos to prove just how filthy it was. My brand new car got all scratched up in this car wash. Of course they claim its impossible that it happened in the car wash. It absolutely DID happen in the car wash...how else would swirly scratches appear all over the back and roof of my 3 month old car right after going through this car wash?! They tried to suggest it was that way when I bought it. Laughable and of course i have pictures from when i bought it, along with the fact that I've washed it and towel dried it once a week since i got it... I guess I'll just let my insurance company deal with them. Too bed they aren't decent humans who do the right thing.

I bought a SUV and it looked like the previous owner never washed or detailed it. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and they communicated very well through text messages. I had the paint correction and ceramic coating, which comes with a 6 year warranty for about $1100.

Can’t say enough!!! I’ve used many in town. This is the best. They have guys with brushes pre-scrub you down. Give them a try. I ask them to hit that annoying bug spot on the window and it’s all gone! Great covered area for vacuums with multiple nozzles and free rags and cleaning spray! What more to ask for???

Avoid this establishment. This car wash ripped my drivers side mirror off and was hanging by the electrical line against my door. When I brought this to their attention I was immediately met with denial and stating it was already loose before. It was not, I have had no issues with it before. I had to get the police involved before they would submit this to their claims department. My concern about driving the vehicle was it would break off and hit another vehicle or cause further damage to the door or my vehicle. The on-site manager Marcus Stowell reccomended I drive off the property with my hand outside the window holding onto the mirror. One day later Marcus called me to notify me that their claims department reviewed video evidence showing it was loose prior to using their car wash and was noted by an attendee. I asked to be able to view this video evidence and was told by Marcus that I could not view it and that’s against their written policy. I asked to view this written policy and was told that I could not view the written policy. I told Marcus I could come up there and look at the video and the written policy, Marcus then informed me I was not welcome on the property and that if I came on their property I would be hauled off by police for trying to incite violence. I never threatened Marcus or tidal wave but suddenly I am being threatened to be removed off the property if I ask to view their written policy for customers or even the “video evidence”. Addendum: I looked at your suggested restrictions and nothing there mentioned ripping off a side mirror with no prior damage. If you take it as serious as you say then release the video that you state shows visible damage to my vehicle before going thru car wash. Update: 8/7 - this incident occurred July 23 and I have contacted 3x customer service as you requested. Each time I have been told the “regional director” will contact me in 3-5 business days and y’all have labeled this as urgent. Still no contact from a “regional director” and each time customer service has told me that this is all they can do as they do not have direct contact with the departments needed to reach. It really does not appear that y’all take these matters serious or your customers.

I took my 2019 4Runner in to see about ceramic coating and ceramic window tint. I spent quite a bit of time talking to both Corbin (ceramic) and Brian (tint) to go over what I was wanting and what would work best for me. I appreciated the time they took to go over everything with me before I committed. I ended up getting paint correction/ceramic coating and i3 ceramic tint. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. I've had similar work done on another car at a different shop, and I feel like Corbin and Brian paid attention to the details much more than my other experience.

My Husband had his truck paint corrected, polished & coated by Hanning Automotive back in October. This past week we had my Civic in for a ceramic coating and PPF install and we are so very satisfied with the work. We also had his truck back in for routine maintenance and Corbin worked with our schedule to get the salt & dirt off from the winter weather and got it shining again. The ceramic coating makes it much easier to maintain but also makes it look much better after an easier wash. We will be doing maintenance washes with Hanning often. Thank you Hanning Automotive.

My favorite businesses are run by people who are not only interested in the business itself, but who are super into what they do. There is a difference. True passion for one's chosen art form is a little rare these days, so when I find one such business I'm usually a customer for life. I took my late father's 30+ year old BMW convertible there on the recommendation of a local shop that was in serious need of cleaning. It had sat in the elements and under a cover for quite a few years and was looking pretty rough. Bobby took it on (smells and all) and fully detailed it. When I picked it up I could not believe my eyes. It looked brand new, and no I'm not kidding. See the photos on his page here for evidence. Not only am I grateful for the transformation, I appreciate that Bobby was probably as excited as I was of the end result.

My car is a 2005 Lincoln Towncar. (Before pictures attached below). I had purchased it a week prior to getting it detailed, and I just wanted it cleaned as the previous owner had a pet (I'm allergic and I had a newborn). The negative: - When I picked it up the first time, my vents were blowing out the insulating foam since he steamed the inside of it. Unfortunately, when it hit the surfaces in the car it smeared like peanut butter from being damp. I had to take it back. - My center console still had hair and crumbs in it. Matt told me the car really didn't have all that much dog hair to begin with so I was quite disappointed to see that. I actually noticed it and asked him to clean it when I brought it back. - My trunk didn't appear to have been touched. I would consider it part of the interior, but I didn't specifically ask for it to be cleaned. So maybe that one's on me? -My windows were streaked. I just cleaned it myself as I didn't want to go back a third time. - I paid $200 for an interior detail only. I feel like it just wasn't worth it. Even if there were no issues, I personally feel that it's steep. This was supposedly with a discount since we are in the same neighborhood. The positive: - The car was clean. I can't complain about the job he did on the seats, steering wheel, and carpets. The carpets especially were much improved and as good as they were going to get given their light color. - The smell was pleasant. - He was quick about taking the car back after hearing what happened. - He's a nice guy. He got me on the schedule in a timely manner and was very communicative/responsive. All in all, would I do it again? Probably not. I feel like this was a pretty straightforward job on an already tidy car. (Before pictures attached below). I actually waited a month to write this review to make sure I still feel the same. I do. It overall wasn't the most pleasant experience on my end.
