The carwash looks nice and clean. The personnel is rather friendly. I think the concept of the carwash is very much needed and convenient; however, the process does a terrible job on your wheels and tires.

The wash nozzles have been stopped up the last 5 times I have been there. Over half of them were stopped up 2 visits ago but this time it was only 4. It dumped all the soap and wax onto the ground 3 out of the last 5 visits. I called and reported the issues in detail every time since I wasn't getting anything for my money except a wet car. It's better now except for the jets being stopped up. This wash isn't maintained very well. It took 3 months for them to fix the hose that's dumping the soap on the ground. If the owner sees this review I have some advice. Test run your wash or just monitor a vehicle in it when you go up there to get your money from your change, vacuum, wash, or vending machines. Then you will know what needs fixed. It's not good business to neglect your wash and ignore problems for months.

Beyond irritated with this car wash. Used a debit card to use an automatic wash bay. One bay took my money and didn't work! I even pressed cancel quite a few times. So all in all I spent $18 for a car wash because I had to use a different auto wash bay. Cannot contact owners about this issue because I cannot find the information. ANYWHERE! I knew I shouldn't have trusted this business..

Not very much soap coming out of the regular wand, they do have a separate gun that shoots out just soap in colorful suds but it would be better for me to just have a decent amount of soap on the standard wand. The price was fair

Van still dirty after laser wash $10 option. Wouldn't recommend that part at least. Regular facilities look alright though.

OK this is the second time I gave this place to shot the first time was a year ago did not clean my car the car wash barely cleaned the surfaces in the vacuums didn’t suction… I came back today for the first time in like a year and again I have to go through another car wash because it pretty much just sprayed water on my car that’s all it did spray water on my car I didn’t clean my car so I have to go to another car wash or wash it by hand because I basically paid for water to be sprinkled over my car first vacuum I’ll pull up too didn’t have no suction so I had to go to another one with the suction and I was pretty good… I would give this place zero stars if I could

The attendant was friendly, and did a good job prepping my car as I entered the wash. He later came out and asked me if my car got clean enough. I am also very happy about the window cleaner, and the armor all that you provide along with cleaning towels. Every time I come to Whitehall, AR, I take my car to TAKE 5!

Waited forever to get my car through the wash The gentleman there was sitting there talking to a woman while I waited. He took the brush once across my windshield and once across the back window and that was it. If you're going to charge $16 for a car wash a little bit more attention should be given. Probably will not go back to this one ever again. Poor service.

My car was streaked up so bad going through the self wash. I will never do this again I went back to get a number I didn't see one. All I can say is enter at your own risk and knowing once you leave you will need to find you a car wash to remove the streaks.

The wash itself did a decent job. There could be a few improvements here and there, such as the distribution of the triple foam and replacing the dryers.

These guys are amazing. I called last minute and they said they were booked but come on up anyways. I just needed an engine bay cleaning and they knocked it out of the park. I even BS’d with the owner for a good 45 minutes after they were done. If y’all see this, can you tell me what chemical you used to spray in my engine bay and what the dilution ratio is if it’s a concentrate? Thanks again guys.

I DO NOT recommend coming to this location to do laundry. Most of the equipment is faulty or inoperable. Several machines will take your money and do not give you operation time. There is no way to contact the owner about any of these issues or to get a refund. If you want to do laundry, your best bet would be to go to Browning's Coin Laundry down the street. Though they have similar issues, the owner owns the liquor store next door and is usually there.

Overall pretty decent. Got the platinum package $300, wouldnt consider it again in my scenario (car was already in okay shape) but if your car looks visibly awful (stains or visible dirt) it might be well worth your money. Pictures were after my 20 min drive home. Interior was well cleaned, might have missed the push to start button? Exterior was decently cleaned but the front and trunk couldve used more love. Would return again, but would be more enticed to get a more specific option.

If I could give him more stars I would! Mr. Webb was super nice and polite. I easily made an appointment online for 9:00am. Dropped it off with him and he had it done by 12:30. Mr. Webb went above and beyond and made my car look BRAND NEW! It looks so good! I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family from now on and he will be the only person I use from here on out! 10/10 recommend!
