I got in touch with Derek and he helped me pick out exactly what we needed for our new car, squared me away with a quote that was right, and an appointment immediately. Tyler and his partner at AZ H.E.A.T. did an amazing job tinting my wife’s Genesis GV70 and my F150 King Ranch complete with windshield and sunroof. We live 20 miles from their business location but would solicit their services again. They use quality products and their customer service was outstanding. They were even kind enough to buff out and touch up paint two rock chips on my truck at no charge. I can not recommend AZ H.E.A.T. enough.

These guys are the best! I drive all the way from NM because their service and quality of work is so great. I have taken three vehicles to them for paint correction, ceramic coating, and window tint. The paint correction and ceramic coating is worth every penny. They also have also performend an alignment and replaced the windshield in my Corvette. Couldn't be happier. I highly recommend.

One of the first things I did when I got my new Ford Ranger was to reach out to several companies regarding protecting the exterior of my vehicle. I’ve owned many new cars and after a couple of years they start to show their age, especially in the nose and hood areas. I did a Google search for companies that offered PPF and ceramic coating services. There were several in the area that had high 4 and 5 star reviews. Most of them let you request a quote through their website. There were a couple that had “call for a quote.” I groaned a little as it was late at night and would have to call them the next day. In total, I reached out to 5 companies. Two never responded, another emailed me a quote, another blew up my phone with text messages and then there was AZ H.E.A.T. They were one of the companies that had “call for a quote.” I called and spoke to Kyle. I told him what I was looking to do and he made suggestions. He educated me and took the time to answer all my questions. He also shared the company history. It’s a family-owned business, him and his brother. I liked that, as I too had been involved in a family business. Kyle really seemed to want my business. I wasn’t quite ready to commit as I wanted to get other quotes. He asked if he could follow up with me in a couple of days, I said sure. During this time, I tried to contact some of his competitors who hadn’t followed up with me. I also texted Kyle a couple of questions about the process and whether or not I should add a tonneau cover and decals prior to being treated. He answered all my questions in a timely manner, even though I hadn’t committed to using his company. The quotes I received were very similar with some claiming to have a special price that would expire at the end of the week. I said to myself, if Kyle follows up with me when he said he was going to, I would go with AZ H.E.A.T. Sure enough, after a couple of days, he called me. We scheduled the appointment, and I brought the car in at the end of the day. They parked the truck inside and began working on it the next day. It took about 1.5 days to complete the full frontal PPF and 7-year ceramic coating treatment. When I went to pick it up, it was parked diagonally in front, and it looked amazing! Kyle and his brother Brett went over everything they did and what I should do to keep it looking like new. They also said to call if I had any questions. I had a great experience with AZ H.E.A.T. from start to finish. They were very professional and provided a great service at a great value. What more could you ask for. Great job Kyle and Brett! I’ll be bringing my wife’s Tesla to you after the holiday!

This is the first time I've used a mobile detailing service, so wasn't sure what to anticipate, but all my expectations were exceeded! J & S arrived right on time and spent almost 2 hours working on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. It was pretty dirty and I'd never had it detailed, but by the time they were through it looked brand new, inside and out! And for a very reasonable price too. My Mazda was in rough shape after being the dedicated "dog car" for the past 2 years to our very heavy shedding golden retriever. I went with the "Complete interior" service and added on pet hair removal. I am so freaking happy with the quality of work Keith and his team has done. I had my 2023 Ford maverick ceramic coated with the Feynlabs self healing coating and it came out absolutely amazing. I've used these guys four times now for my 2015 Corolla, and I don't think I'll ever use anyone else. They have wonderful customer service, are fast, and do a great job at a great price. The first time Keith helped me, I didn't realize the time and missed our appointment, but he was very patient with me, accommodated coming right back, and still provided stupendous service. On the 3rd detailing service, today, Keandre helped me. He was very polite and THOROUGH - it took slightly longer than he quoted, but when I got into the car later, I realized why. He really took great care to wipe every nook and cranny to perfection. Keandre deserves major kudos. Again, not seeing any reason to use anyone else ever again.

I was referred to Auto Cosmetics from one of my friends. We had purchased a used BMW car through auto nation ford. Our car had 3,000 miles on it and the PPF was delaminating and had dirty edges from improper installation at Scottsdale BMW. I reached out to Scottsdale BMW and they would not warranty the PPF even though it had only been on our car for 6 months and 3,000 miles. Needless to say I will never recommend Scottsdale BMW for anything! I took our car into Hector at Auto Cosmetic and was overwhelmed with the professionalism and his honesty. He pointed out what needed fixed and gave us his recommendations of what he would do as if it was his own vehicle. Hector was very easy to work with and very fair on his pricing. We just picked up the car and it looks immaculate. They did an outstanding job with the wrap. They have a machine that cuts out the wrap so the installers don’t have to cut next to the car and take the chance of cutting into your paint. I was told they do amazing work by my friend but they are far better than I had imagined and thought they would be. I highly recommend them for PPF or Window tint. They do amazing work and are great people! Thank you Auto Coametics! The pictures attached are from before and after, it clearly shows the horrible work Scottsdale BMW did when the car was new and wouldn’t even stand behind there shoty work and results after a 6 month time frame and 3,000 miles.

I rarely drive my wife's car. One day when my truck was in the shop I used her SC430. Not being used to it I hit a curb as I pulled in to the gym. It caused some damage on her wheel and man, was she upset. It's her dream car. I called Lexus to see what a replacement would cost and I was quote $875 for a new wheel. I remembered that when we had the protective wrap on her car at Auto Cosmetics they had a wheel repair service. I took a picture of the damage and showed it to Hector, the owner. He said they could fix it but it may not be perfect. I made an appointment and took it in for the repair. It was done an hour later and to me it was perfection. I took her car home and she was amazed. At first she thought I bought a new wheel. When I told her that Auto Cosmetics repaired it and it was not new. I love these folks. It's really hard to find someone who hand washes cars without scratching the car or still leaving it dirty. JD is the king of hand washes in the Tempe area. I hadn't washed my car for 2 months, so it was filthy. I contacted JD via email and he got back to me early the next day. From there we spoke over phone and text to confirm a day and time. Very nice guy, very professional. My car is clean and smells fresh. When I find someone that does a great job, I usually don't go anywhere else. So I will be a definite repeat customer here. 😏

Brian and Sergio came out to do a full interior detailing. Took them about an hour and a half to get it all done. Super happy with the result. Final price came out to be cheaper than I was expecting due to Brian adjusting the price to match the work that was done. Really appreciated that. Made the car look like it was new again. I recently visited the Super Star Car Wash located at 1335 W Warner Road in Tempe, Arizona. I live about 30 miles away from that location, so I usually use a car wash closer to home. I had business near here so I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. The format here is the same as other car washes, where the customer pulls up to a kiosk and selects the type of wash they want and then pays for it at the kiosk. I chose the least expensive wash, called “Lite Wash” which was $8. This is one dollar less than the similar wash at the place closer to home. I pulled up to the start of the automatic wash and the guy running the equipment noticed the shirt I was wearing and indicated that he’s also a fan of the band whose shirt I was wearing (that’s always a plus in my book). The equipment provided a thorough wash, even for the lowest level of the services available. At the end of the wash, I pulled around to where the vacuums are. The vacuum had a strong pull compared to the place closer to home, which has some vacuums that barely work at all. Super Star Car Wash also provides microfiber towels to wipe off the remaining water droplets that were not removed in the automated dryer. Along with the microfiber towels, they also have spray bottles for cleaning the windows. Like I mentioned, I paid for the lowest level wash service that they offer, and they gave me a wipe for cleaning the dashboard as well as a hanging scented card. The place close to home does not provide these with the lowest level service that costs more money. I would definitely recommend this car wash location to others and I plan on using their wash next time I have business in the area.

we pull up to get a quick wash and the guy tries to upsell us on a $20 wash, we said no thank you we will take the $8 wash. He tells us that it’s half the water, half the soap and no dryer So your car won’t be clean. We’ve been going there for three years, but he was right this time they turned off the dryers barely wash. The car came out more muddy than dirty. Their equipment’s old, their vacuums don’t work. And all they care about is monthly subscriptions. I will never go back.

PLEASE NEVER COME HERE !!!! I have been coming here for years and usually come just for car washes but José sold me a detailing package kit for 50% off supposedly and I paid 377 dollars I was told my car would look better, be worth more , the inside was supposed to also be cleaned as well and much more promising of my car to look brand new and when I go to pick it up I instantly notice that my car was now hazy and white on all of my doors and now the top of my car it looks like they burned through my clear coat and I pointed this out to the guy working on my car and all they do is offer to fix it and it came out WORSE (they didn’t even clean the inside or wipe off the extra buffing compound off my windshield wipers)!!! I asked for a refund and they did not give me one and now whenever I go back they ignore me and don’t even try to help.I am beyond upset and am going to take further action

First time I’ve ever done mobile car detailing and omg I can’t go back to a regular car wash! Dallin was AMAZING! He was very kind, positive demeanor and helpful. He did a great job with the car as the pictures shows. My car was a mess. I had it washed back in mid September but then we had a monsoon, tar from local street construction, and lots of dead leaves from when I moved wedding decor and floral during my wedding end of sept. Then there was more rain. Dallin was able to clean all that up and made it look so nice and luxurious again. I also added the leather seat conditioner and spray wax! Most places do not do a good job with the door frame, dash, cup holders or trunk and he did!

This is the best auto detailing product supply shop that I have ever been to. The employee present when I was there was David; he was extremely helpful, friendly, and even gave me some sample products to try out! The shop is so organized, and nearly every one of my go to products is in that warehouse. Every chemical they carry is a legit, top of the line product. The product brands they sell are well trusted and produce some great products; some of those brands were themselves(superior image car care), Rupes, Some of Meguiars best products, Car pro(including their fabric coatings, ceramic coatings, and they even had car pro reload in stock, which is hard to come by), etc. If you either run a business, are an enthusiast, or a weekend warrior, and you need the supplies to get the job done well, then this is the place to go. I would highly recommend! P.S. After trying the superior image car care T.I.R.E dressing, it is now going to be my go to over car pro Perl and chemical guys VRP. That stuff is AWESOME; it gives the perfect OEM finish(not too glossy, but it restores the deep black satin look), it was easy to apply(a little goes a long way), and it was super hydrophobic. I would highly recommend you try this product for yourself!

Great job, I was really happy with the end result! My van was in bad shape- it’d been years since the last detail so it definitely needed it. I didn’t give 5 stars because a lever was broken on our middle seat but they were quick to help work out a solution. The seats were wet for about 36 hours, the carpet was wet for a day or so but where our spare tire is, the cover for it was soaking and we had to wring it out multiple times. We ended up placing a space heater in our van for 2 nights, as well as opening up all doors during the day with it parked in the sun to try and get it to dry out; quite a hassle. Their customer service is amazing though, detail is pretty good, they’re efficient and I’m happy. My husband wasn’t as happy, he felt like spots were missed; inside the gas door was untouched, top of the windows was filthy, still dead bugs on the grill of the vehicle, spots inside not thoroughly cleaned, etc. then to find the seat handle broken, he was disappointed. But again, they took care of the seat handle immediately and I feel they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and their business.

Machine was broken at the entrance but a kind employee quickly came and allowed me to purchase my wash with card. Quick and easy. The $5 wash itself is comparable to what you get paying over $10 at other locations. My only complaint is the lack of much drying power. The vacuums were more powerful and cloths more damp than anywhere else I’ve gone to. Overall a very good experience! I wish I had come here sooner

I got a detailing for my birthday, and my girlfriend set up most of the preliminary details. She said it was super easy and Tony was very nice to work with. They sent two guys and were done in about 2.5 hours. They did a great job, under very harsh conditions. (118 and in the middle of a parking lot with no shade) The car looks amazing, they brought everything with them, I just need to give them water and an power outlet. The guys were super professional and took the time to go over a few areas of the car that needed extra attention. I would totally recommend using this service and will definitely use them again soon!

Met with Garrison and his team after buying my midlife crisis, a used 2009 Corvette. Factor paint was decent, but I wanted a good cleaning/detailing with ceramic coat. I ended up purchasing the 2 stage paint refresh, window tinting and caliper painting. The results were amazing!!! The crew at AZ Auto Aesthetics made my new ride look better than it would have rolled off the showroom 15 years ago! It took a few minutes for my wife and I to believe it was my car! These guys were professional, open about their process and results we could expect, and took care of my ride like it was their personal vehicle. Even kept me informed of the progress with photos! I decided to go with Arizona auto aesthetics because of the 500+ positive reviews. I reached out and spoke to one of the owners Brenan regarding my interest in ceramic coating as well as tint for my Jeep. My Jeep is new a 2024 Rubicon with minimal issues related to the paint. The only reason why I considered the ceramic coating was because I wanted to keep my Jeep looking new for as long as possible. Brenan was quick to respond to my questions and sent me quotes for pricing for both services. He also sent me pictures of other Jeeps that had significant scratches and wear and tear on the paint. He quoted me approximately $1500 for the ceramic coating and for the tint $850. I decided it would be worth paying more out-of-pocket as long as the customer service level and delivery of service is above par. Brenan was able to work me into the schedule that same Friday and said he would have to keep it for two days. I sent multiple text messages to Brenan explaining my concern about being added onto the schedule last minute because I didn’t want this to hinder them doing a good job on my vehicle. He told me that was not the case. He told me that if I needed a rental they can provide that as well for $50 a day which I thought was a perk. I dropped off my vehicle that Friday morning with Garrison. They did arrange to have a Tesla for me to use for the next 48 hours. My Jeep was kept for approximately 24 hours which I was surprised that they were able to complete both services so quickly. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me to my Jeep and from what I could see in the lighting in their studio it did look very nice. The total for both services was about $3k because I also purchased some of the supplies they had on sale to clean my vehicle and I like to support small businesses. I did tip them as well. I did have a chance to look at my vehicle in the sun and I noticed that the area under my handles was not treated with the ceramic wax. I reached out to to the shop and I was told that area was not treated because the device that applies the ceramic coating could not reach in that area but he would charge me an additional $100 to place cups to protect that area. I was disappointed by this because they had two days to take care of even the smallest detail prior to me picking up my Jeep which was not done. Brenan heard about my concerns and he immediately reached out to me to resolve them. He apologized for the door cups not being addressed and asked if he could place them on my vehicle for free! I was thrilled that not only did he personally reach out to me but he also showed a genuine concern in providing top notch customer service. I’m so happy that I had an opportunity to work with such a professional group of people who take pride in not only providing above par services but customer service that keeps you coming back. Thank you !! UPDATE*************I have to tell you how happy I am with the results two weeks out. I purchased the cleaner and fiber clothes to clean my Jeep. It took me maybe 15 minutes to wipe her down and she looks just like she did the day the ceramic coating was applied. My husband took my Jeep there this morning. The aluminum wheels weren’t cleaned. The tires weren’t fully wiped down. No armoral on tires at the bottom. The chrome was spotted, the hood was sun dried and never touched with a rag. They did not blow the water out of the side mirrors. Which blew all over the car. Bugs were still on the grill of the jeep. My husband had to show them the dust on the cargo area of our car, the windows and side view mirrors had wipe marks, all for $39.00. We won’t be going here again. We brought it there for a good job.

Pro tip. When you want to cancel, just go to their website. They’ll never answer your calls. Typical case of people not wanting to work but be paid nonetheless. Super mid. If that. Went to cancel online and before I proceeded they offered me two months for 20 bucks. Maybe a lil loophole for those who want to lower it instead of paying 40 dollar a month for a 10 second car wash. I swear I don’t know what it is. Every time I’ve used cobble stone car wash, my vehicles somehow become a damn magnet to dust. Feels like it gets dirtier, quicker. What a tactic that would be to have as a car wash service, eh?

I had Paul come out to detail my wife’s Honda Pilot for our anniversary. Considering we have 3 kids and a dog that we took on a cross country trip in this vehicle to say it needed some TLC is an understatement. The difference in before and after was amazing. My wife was thrilled and there was an amazing amount of work that was put into it. I would recommend DI auto detailing to anyone looking for quality work and attention to detail. I will be using them again.
