I can’t say enough great things about this company. From the first phone call or email they are caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. Walking through their front door feels like being welcomed into their home. They go out of their way to make you feel valued which translates into any project they do. From a routine car wash to something like a full body ppf they take their time to walk the car down, explain everything to you, and give you the right information to make a service decision. Their customer service and friendly attitudes are rivaled only by the quality of their work. I brought my Tesla Model Y in for a full body matte ppf transformation, smoked headlights/taillights, tint, protective coating, and interior protective treatment. They absolutely knocked it out of the park. The seams and tucking are the best I’ve seen and the pictures speak for themselves. They treat their customers and cars like family, and this should be your first call if you live in The Valley.

Updated Review (5/5): On Tuesday morning, Zaia texted me to remedy the issues with the Lexus IS300 (as below). We talked on the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 08:30AM. I was happy to get this situation fixed right away rather than waiting a week or two. At the appointment, Zaia and I looked over the car and he went over the lining, air pockets, and not edged areas. Zaia told me that he would do his best to line it up properly, and that he would re-do my passenger side film and my front bumper film. Overall, this service was phenomenal, reliable and always open to communicate with their customers. 48 Detailing fixed the panels on my passenger side and front bumper. It was done within the same day. The panels and film are clean and lined up perfectly. Their prices are competitive and worthwhile especially with how 48 Detailing communicates with their customers and tries to resolve any issues as soon as possible. To also make it up, Zaia offered his 48 Detailing spray which is a rinseless wash that I cannot wait to try. Zaia also gave me microfiber towels too. The current photos below is the finished result with everything fixed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Old Review (2/5): Great service, but not worth the price of the PPF especially since the PPF isn’t wrapped around the edges. My car is still exposed to rock chips because the PPF is not fully installed on my car. There are exposed portions of my car where I had the PPF installed. I wanted to wait until the vehicle “cured” before I made any complaints regarding the PPF. My vehicle cured on August 28, 2024. I had PPF full front installed on my Lexus IS300 and I was initially ecstatic about the end result. However, there were imperfections on the car from improper installation of the PPF. Some of the imperfections are: inconsistent cut marks, dirt stains on the PPF, PPF already lifted, and certain areas were not wrapped around the edges. Since the edges aren’t wrapped, my car is still exposed to rock chips on certain areas of my car. I contacted 48detailing today, but they are closed from today to Tuesday (Monday is a holiday). I will update the review after I communicate with 48detailing. Added pictures after hand washing car for the first time with the recommended materials.

Ricardo and his team showed up and showed out! I initially called to have a spot on my car buffed out after scratching my car on the side of a garage. Ricardo answered the phone immediately! I sent him pictures and videos of my vehicle and he came out the same day, within hours! I am so happy that him and his team made my concerns a priority and got me in. When they showed up, they went above and beyond. Not only did the paint scratch come off, but they gave my car a really good wash and detail. During the process of doing this, Ricardo educated me on all the products and equipment he uses. I greatly appreciated that and knew my car was in good hands. This team also has really good customer service skills, and are very personable. On top of all that, I feel this company is very affordable. I will definitely be using his detailing services on a routine basis since I use my car for work! 10/10!

I was recommended this business through a friend who had their vehicle detailed by Maxximus and loved the experience. I called Angel when I was out of town and he made it easy to schedule my vehicle detail from when I got back. The morning of the service they actively communicated and gave an eta as it got closer. I had my vehicle washed, inside detailed, and interior shampooed. I am very pleased with the service I received. For a first time detail customer I was surprised how easy it was setup. I will recommend Maxximus and use them in the future.

I just bought a new truck and wanted to get a good quality wax and ceramic coating put on it while it was new. I took my truck to Maxximus Auto Detailing and Ceramic Coatings and Angel and the guy’s at Maxximus Auto Detailing did an excellent job on my truck. It looks awesome and I would highly recommend them to take care of your auto detailing needs. While it was a little pricey but what isn’t these days. I wanted to get the best coating possible on my truck while it was new and to better protect the paint from chips, fading, scratches and the elements.

He is knowledgeable about his work and spent a lot of time explaining me the process and answering my questions. PFB did a fantastic job on my wife’s car. After moving to Surprise from out of state, I was looking for a quality and trustworthy detailing service that I could use regularly for all my vehicles. I made a great choice right from the start with East, owner of PFB. During our first conversation, I found East very friendly and easy to talk with. He patiently answered all my questions and quickly demonstrated the knowledge and ability for first class detailing. During the week leading up to my scheduled detail, East communicated with me and then arrived timely at my home. He and Brad seemed very genuine and easy going. After going over the work to be completed, they thoroughly washed the car on my driveway before pulling it into the garage to complete the detail work. Throughout the morning I checked on their progress and found neither of them rushing to finish the job. East and Brad have a passion for cars and their satisfaction was in making my wife’s car look great. That’s exactly what they accomplished. Damion did a great job on my Honda Accord! I needed an entry level detail and he did a great job explaining how long the process could take and kept me updated throughout the ordeal. I also went in for my front windows to be tinted along with a strip in the front. The tint job was exactly what I wanted and needed. If you need someone to get your car looking great, give him a call. There’s many options he offers to maintain the longevity of your exterior and interior.

We took our Tahoe to get a wash here since it was new and close by. Unfortunately when we entered the wash and came to the end and another car was stuck and bouncing around. Since this is a new conveyor style it pushed my truck into the other car and wrecked the front of the truck. Went and immediately told the onsite staff and they gave us a copy of the video and took a report. Said a manager would call but never did. I received an email placing blame on the other car but when I asked if a car gets stuck is there a safety measure to avoid accidents they said yes but it failed to work. If this was the other style of track we could have hit the brakes and jumped the track to avoid the accident but with the conveyor style we had no choice but impact. I have called and emailed for a resolution and even the police department stated it was the facility responsibility but still no call back or discussion. They don’t stand behind their staff or facilities to where other measures will need to be taken to repair damage. I do not recommend them as they do not care for your vehicle

Absolutely do not come here if you value your vehicle or your sanity. The first time coming here, I could hardly get through the lagging point of sale system that wants all my information and desperately wants me to purchase a wash membership. I go through the car wash and their machine must not be calibrated correctly because the brush slammed into the left side of my car taking my mirror cap off. I complained as this has never happened to me before and the NPC employees immediate rebuttal is "your car is 10 years or older, sorry" no apology. Nothing. I ask for my money back because it sheared the mirror cap right off and is not replaceable without a new assembly. Then a scrawny little boy came out and blamed ME for what happened as if their brush didn't just slam into my car. This place is ran off total greed. With the 10000 other car washes in AZ, please avoid this one.

I got a premium full service wash (39.99), and what I got wasn't mutch better than going through a self-service wash. Missed tons of areas and didn't even touch the exterior trim. Water spots and streaks everywhere. I don't expect it to be detailed at this price point, but out of my dozen other trips, this is by far the worst. Service wasn't the best outside of the cashier, and the only real positive for this location is the number of seats to wait. I'm not exactly sure how the gas discount works, but if you paid for the wash, you don't get it after.

The absolute worst car was ever. Very disappointed. The wheels and running boards were not touched. But the tires were clean. It doesn't look like they even touched the interior. All he needed was water hookup and electrical outlet and provided the entire service from his vehicle. I must mention that the superstar car wash has elevated its standards significantly. I am extremely pleased with the level of customer service. If you use their car wash they will be debiting your account every month without telling you. I had to cancel my debit card and redo all my online payments. This is a scam. It is illegal. I think they are just hoping the customer does not check their transactions. They hoping you just let it go because it was only $20 per month. It goes up to $29 after the fourth month. All I wanted was a simple car wash. Nothing more! I’m so angry. I never gave them permission to have access to my account and debit it. I have contacted BBB. If you have not yet you really need to check your accounts.

I opted for the basic car wash on 1/5/23, and the result was extremely disappointing. My car came out with scratches on the roof that weren’t there before—completely unacceptable! If something is not done about this by them I will file a claim with the insurance company.

Bo gave me a Gr8 price. Got to my house on time and spent a long time doing my car. 2017 Toyota Camery and has never been detailed since we purchased it. The driver seat was very dirty. (Leather seats) They looked like new. He did an excellent job. When needed again I will use his services.

Had the vip wash and they did a fantastic job as the car looks brand new. Talked to them about their ceramic coating and found out they offer it at almost half what others were charging. Came back the next day and had it done. Again they did a marvelous job, which I got to watch them do as it was done right outside of the waiting area. Couldn't believe how busy they got too as I heard the cashier tell a employee just coming on that they already had 35 cars so far within 2 hours of opening. Most were regulars as she knew them too. Very friendly to all their customers. Definitely will be back whenever I am in town again.

Today, I visited TNT Car Wash to get my F250 hand washed, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The pricing was outrageously high for the quality of the work done. For what they charged, I expected a thorough, professional wash, but instead, I received subpar results. There were still visible spots and dirt in several areas, which I had to point out and have them redo. Even then, it was far from satisfactory. For the cost, I could have gone elsewhere and received better service with more attention to detail. I understand that larger vehicles like an F250 require more work, but that doesn't justify the excessive pricing, especially when the quality doesn't match the cost. I will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

WAY BETTER THAN COBBLESTONE!!! In an Out, located in Surprise. Total time spent, about 20-30 minutes with TWO CARS! It's a very secluded area which makes it hard to find. When you get there, it's a gold mine. It's worth it. I didn't get the full service and small time limit. $10 each car was WELL WORTH IT. They do ALOT more services than Cobblestone. Please change services. Seems like this place does it all and needs more attention than what they're getting. I don't need to say anything more. Pictures will say it all.

This is the best car wash in town! I was greeted by Marcus at the pay kiosk. He was personable and professional and got me the exact wash that I needed! I drive. I always! The vacuums have amazing and plenty of them. I highly recommend car wash! I love that they include a dash wipe and a cute little cactus air freshener.

I've washed my car here a ton of times and it almost always comes out clean. The few times it hasn't it's been because the car was really dirty but they always let me go through a second time with my membership and it cleans up nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's also free towels to detail clean your car. You can use as many as you want and you just return them and they will wash them for you for next time. It makes it really easy and you don't have to put those greasy rags in your washer at home. This place is great.

Bailey came did an amazing job detailing my car that had been neglected for far too long.
