Desert Rain is THE best car detailing place I’ve ever used! I just recently took my ‘06 Nissan Rogue there, which I had ignored cleaning the inside for nearly 2 years🙄. It looked like a truck inside with pieces of hay, lots of mud and gravel on the mats, and dog hair from 3 dogs!! When I returned to pick up my car, I couldn’t believe how incredible it looked! Every bit of dog hair was gone, seats and console so clean and shiny - I actually am not embarrassed to take people in my car anymore!I should have also taken a “before” photo, but you can clearly see that my car is like new inside! These guys are the best for detailing!

First time driving through since I dropped the other guys. The young men were awesome. They came out to check on me,, since I took a bit to read their price board. Pushed in my mirrors for me, and scrubbed the heck out of the dirt on my wheels and the lower part of my car. (Just drove down Ramsey Canyon). He even got a little wet trying to scrub it all before the machine started. Truth be told, it looked a little dated ( the wet turning cloth machine), but my car was sparkling when I got done! I stopped on the other side to see how it did, and another gentleman came up to push my mirrors back out! So courteous! I will be back! Great employees!

1 Year Update: I went back around 3 or 4 times after my initial review. When I asked for a hand wash (and I call ahead of time to see they can accompdate), in two instances, my car was still passed through the automatic wash. I do not know if there wasn't training, but when I asked for an engine bay steam clean, my Cold Air Intake had collapsed in, which happens when you don't give enough time for the steam to settle. They were able to get my car in and out with a hand wash fairly quickly on a Friday afternoon (say 2-3pm-ish). From the looks of it, they had an enthusiastic and motivated team working on the cars. For the timeliness and price, it was very worth it. The only thing I would suggest (and this is a very common thing throughout many wash/detailers) would be to take it easy on the tire shine or to wipe the tire after applying tire shine. Once I got home, I had to wipe around my wheel well and a little on the sides since the tire shine slung around while driving. Again, not a big deal since it happens pretty often anywhere you go, but overall, great customer service, reasonable pricing, and don't forget to put your receipt in the box by the register for their monthly raffle!

Save your money. I expected more for $45. I noticed they used the same rags for wiping down door jams and muddy running boards as they used on my windshield. Once I got into the sunlight, I noticed my windshield was incredibly dirty from wiping it with a muddy rag. They did not have enough clean rags or microfiber towels to do a decent job. My wheels were barely touched, if at all, and I had to borrow a (dirty) rag to wipe up coffee drops on my console that was noticed as soon as I opened the door to leave. The running boards were marginal at best. The seats were neglected, and the interior could've been wiped more thoroughly. The exterior shows dried muddy water streaks from using dirty rags. Not a very friendly atmosphere while waiting and watching. I did tip $15 because I know these dudes don't make much. I hope this review is read by management in an effort to suggest maybe equipping your labor force with better supplies so they can be more motivated to provide a better product.

Driving from Colorado left my car really dirty and I needed it cleaned right away. Given the fact that my car is black and has sensitive paint, they had me at "hand wash" and with the price, I figured it would be a good deal. Although the car was cleaner than it was after the cleaning, It definitely wasn't a ideal job. Leftover smudges and water spots were very apparent once I left (My car was under the awning which cause me to not notice the scratches/swirls all over my car until I got to my hotel. Bear in mind that I took very good to wash my car on my own prior to coming here with the intention of avoiding swirl marks and scratches. This place ruined that. If you have a black car and care about your paint, look elsewhere. Trust me. If you have a car that is kind to swirls and scratches or is a beater and/or looking to pay $35 for inside out clean, and don't mind paint imperfections, then this is the place for you. Highly disappointed.

I came during the day to wash my wooden trailer I tow with my car. For $2 and 4 minutes I got the job done. The high pressure power wash soap and rinse worked very well. Now I can let it dry and put some nice coats of exterior polyurethane on it this weekend to protect it from the elements. Note : takes quarters only, so bring lots of them!

Don't waste your time. Coin receptacle jammed in one stall. Next one had fitting separated at roof mount hose connection. Forfeit $2. Moved to next stall. Same leakage from roof fitting. Another #2 down the drain. No phone # posted to contact to notify of maintenance needed.

I love this place!. I like to keep a clean car, and I am there at least once a week. It pays to be a member. The staff is great, and they recognize you when you come regularly. I know that some people have mentioned bug removal being a problem. And I just go through again. After a long road trip, sometimes the bugs are baked on. A little scrubbing, a little shine and then another run through takes care of everything. I enjoy vacuuming my own car, and I love that they have the air available for getting water out of tight spots.

Great service and discounts for veterans, too! I tried UHaul first but they didn't have any storage units available. This place has bigger units at lower prices. The hours are a little more restrictive - gates to the units close at 9. But that's not a problem for me! Great find! Nice local small business.

Stop by Saturday July 6th 2024 to wash tree sap off our Cadillac.1st I turned selection dial to soap for spraywand 2nd Inserted $7.00 in quarters. Water started spraying out wand at a pressure same as my garden hose at home. I waited for soap to start dispensing out the wand with the water, and it never did!!! I tried multiple selections and there was no chemicals that ever came out with the water on any selection! Even went to the next day over and put an additional $2 to check it and no chemicals came out of its spray wand either! Mind you this is midday Saturday. Into the best of my knowledge the owners live across the street from the car wash across the road so there's no excuse. Also checking the time on the timer with a watch their timer is fast!!!! Department of weights and measures I guess?! This is not our first time I've had problems with this car wash. 2 years ago I swore I'd never go back after having a real bad experience there and loosing money. Left a note in 2 different places for owner , so I could get refunded. Never did was never contacted or nothing..... MY ADVICE TO ANYONE SEEKING A CAR WASH IS TO DRIVE AN EXTRA MILE AND A HALF SOUTH TO SPEEDY GAS STATION AND GO THROUGH THEIR CAR WASH. GO NORTH TWO AND A HALF MILES TO THE CAR WASH NEXT TO THE DAIRY QUEEN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE YOU'LL ONLY GET IN A VERY BAD MOOD!!!!!!!!

This is a self-service car wash so I'm really just reviewing myself. So it's an easy five stars on my technique as well as my bravery for pulling into this place. It looks abandoned, like the washing bays are shooting galleries for meth-taters and homesteaders. I was shocked that the change machine was in working order. I bet you could actually camp in one of these bays and nobody would notice. And I have that kind of time.

I am very happy I found AZ Auto Repair & Collision Center! They are very professional and worked hard to diagnosis and repair my vehicle. My car's symptoms weren't showing up for their technicians which made it difficult to diagnosis the issues, but they were determined.
