We've been going to Detail Boss since 2017 and have had 5 vehicles done by them. We found them after another shop in Scottsdale did shabby work on one of our vehicles. Three different times. Needless to say they didn't hit the Marc. We still owned some of the vehicles 4 years after Detail Boss did the coating and the coating was still as good as the day they put it on. We contact them from time to time to ask questions about products to use on the vehicles and they always have time for us and gladly answer any questions we have.

Pit Stop Detail is fantastic! They came to my house earlier in July and did a great job on our CRV. I had a lot of dust in the engine bay from a recent trip when we drove across a dry lake bed - it was driving me crazy! Take a look at the photos and check out the engine bay now. No "dressing" like armor all or anything like that at all, just clean like the day we bought it 6 years ago. In fact, I am having them back out tomorrow to detail my Chevy Colorado!

Airpark detail did an incredible job on my aging paint that I'd already quoted to be resprayed saving me over a thousand dollars. I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on my 1994 Toyota Landcruiser. I had it detailed with paint correction as there were rock chips (with rust) on the hood and fenders (original paint). Very poor detail and unprofessional service from the tech they sent out. The tech needed to use our water hose, tool batteries and iPhone charger. I had two vehicles detailed both were done poorly. On top of not cleaning the vehicles well the tech decided to take all the small pieces of trash out of one vehicle and leave it scattered about the ground. I sent a message to their customer service number and received a call from their manager or owner who offered 25% off the $560 I spent or a different crew to come out the following day but requested I didn’t drive the vehicles because then they would get dirty. Seeing as how I had them detailed at work I did not want to spend the night at work so I opted for the discount. He did say my next detail would be free but I will not be using them again and I would not recommend using them until they get some better quality control measures in place.

I've called multiple times over 3 weeks trying to set up a detailing appointment. Nobody has answered my calls. I've left voicemails everytime I call and nobody has called me back. Edit: We finally got ahold of them and set up the detail. He missed the first appt, and we had to call to ask. He rescheduled for the next day. The next day he called to reschedule again because he got a flat tire. The third time he finally showed up. We got the showcase detail. The detailer only spent 45 min on what was supposed to be a $225 job. If someone is efficient and still does a good job I don't mind the short time but this was not the case. See the pictures of how he left the vehicle. It doesn't look much better than when it started and it wasn't bad to begin with. The seats aren't any cleaner, the trunk wasn't touched at all, there is over spray all over the windshield and windows, and he used a dirty rag to wipe things down and left dirty water to dry all over the dash board. A door handle was covered in black that wasn't there to begin with and cup holders were left untouched. The engine wasn't cleaned, and he didn't do a clay treatment. There was some hard water spots he said he couldn't get out, but after inspecting the rest of the work, I'm not sure he even tried. We reached out to them to see if we could take care of this privately, but they won't respond. Edit 2: they reached out an scheduled a follow up. They missed that appointment, and the one they rescheduled. They finally showed up the third time, and the detailer did a good job. It only took four missed appointments and two details to get here. I revised the review to two stars because they did come back out and fix it, it was just a really difficult process.

Great work at a fair price. The boys came out cleaned out a car so we could turn around and sell it. Did some great work internally with the leather and fixing up some of scratches from the kids. Worked pretty quickly. Overall one of the better details I've had in town.

Every morning, I am so thankful I got this done. RPM suggested I do a matte wrap on the hood to cut down on the glare. That, and the windshield tint are a perfect combo! I can drive east into the sun and not be blinded. Much safer and way more comfortable. Also, everyday driving is much more comfortable and I don’t need sunglasses all the time. Highly recommend this group! PS, I know the photo with glare looks bad but it’s more of a soft glow than the sun being reflected off the glossy paint. Much much easier on the eyes.

RPM is great. They wrapped my 2014 Tesla S in a beautiful matte blue 3 1/2 years ago. At the time I as told it should last 2-3 years. The wrap held up extremely well, and I think I could have gotten another year out of it. But now I’m about to sell the car to someone who wants it unwrapped. For the past three years my truck had been washed, kind of vacuumed, but that was the extent of exterior/interior care it had received. I took my truck to Gannon Ceramic Coatings and the inside and outside was restored like new. I opted for the 1 year Ceramic coating and the paint was smooth and glistened once again. The inside looked as good as new, the leather was spot free, no grime or stains and the carpet and floor mats were spotless. Sometime in the past I had run through some tar that was thick and looked terrible on the wheel wells, especially because they are white along the edges, they also came out amazingly clean, as did the undercarriage. I definitely would recommend Gannon Ceramic Coatings and will be visiting them in the future.

My Mazda was in rough shape after being the dedicated "dog car" for the past 2 years to our very heavy shedding golden retriever. I went with the "Complete interior" service and added on pet hair removal. It was very easy to book my appointment, I love that they could come straight to my house, the price was fair based on research I did with competitors, and they did a great job. Tyler and his partner at AZ H.E.A.T. did an amazing job tinting my wife’s Genesis GV70 and my F150 King Ranch complete with windshield and sunroof. We live 20 miles from their business location but would solicit their services again. They use quality products and their customer service was outstanding. I very rarely leave reviews. Really disappointed by visit today. I have always had good experience prior. I had to ask the attendant to wipe off grease along wheel wells on a white vehicle. I got in my car and noticed they didn’t clean the small backseat. When I asked why it wasn’t cleaned, I got the reply of “We don’t wipe down seats and that is a cup holder. But I can hook you up.” To pay $60 for their premium wash is loco. Won’t be back.
