321 Auto detailing did an outstanding job on my 2019 Toyota Tundra. In fact, it was cleaner than when I bought it from the dealer. Kevin, the owner, is a top-notch A+, human being. Professional, honest, timely, and competitively priced. I was concerned about some stains and the existing condition my truck was in, but 321 detailing knocked it out quickly, and did a fantastic job. These guys are amazing. I called and got a bunch of quotes for a tint job and wasn’t too impressed with other companies work or their pricing. These guys worked with my schedule. They only had my vehicle for 2 hours to do the front windows and visor strip. They even put sticky labels across the door window buttons so you don't accidentally roll your windows down before the tint cures. They kept me updated by texts and phone calls for my upcoming appointment and during. Nice people and great work. Cozy little lobby. They do more than window tinting; check them out.

Zack went the extra mile and did my headlights for no charge just because he wanted to. That means alot especially in this economy. I just picked my truck up from Chris at Pristine Auto Detail. All I can say is wow!! Chris and his team did a fantastic job. My truck was extremely dirty and surface scratches covered the truck. Jorge did a unbelievable job! He is a true professional that knows. How to make a vehicle look new again. I have a 9-year-old F250 that I haven't cleaned for over a year. He washed and detailed it. The wash made the vehicle look like it had just been waxed. I opened the door. Of my truck and was amazed. the seats, the doors carpeting looked brand new showroom, clean.!!!!!!

I come here very often and the staff is always very kind and helpful! I was busy and didn’t want to stop and ask staff for assistance or move my vehicle so I ended up rigging the hose from the other side cause the one was clogged up, they came and fixed it no questions asked! And didn’t just slap a bandaid on it (plugging the hose connector back to the vacuum) they changed the canister and declogged the main airway. I know if I went up to any of the staff and asked for help they would be happy to. That’s always welcoming. :)

The customer service here is great. The guy in the office today was a huge help getting our membership switched to a new car (someone at another location made it sound really tricky). But why does the back of our car usually have a stripe down the back that is absolutely not clean? It's super frustrating and I'm not sure how to solve the problem. ETA: no, no hitch or anything. And I've seen it with our CR-V too, but not this bad. Thanks!

Put 10$ in the change machine and it spit out 7$ some in quarters some in dollar coins… put in another 2$ and got a dollar coin and 1 quarter. The change machine is ripping people off. Caution using the change machine. Also the middle stall is broken from people shoving wrong coins in the machine.

I've had a membershipship for two years covering two vehicles. During the last six months I've encountered more and more occasions where the wash stations have NO towels and the attendants are busy jaw jacking at the gates instead of providing towels and facility cleanup. I may cancel my membership.

This is the best car wash around town. The prices are great! Different options for all budgets. You may have to wait a bit but not because they are slow because they are thorough. The staff is professional and friendly.

The soft touch system and combination of cleaners, and sealers are amazing. I've been back twice and got what they called the filthy face option. The spot free rinse really works. Oh, and they don't have the guide rails for the tires to ride in, so oversized tires don't get pinched. I'm trying to decide which option to choose for the unlimited pass. If you like driving a clean car or truck, I don't think a person can beat the results. Unless you want to spend half of the day hand washing in your driveway.

Mason and Steve came on time, prepared to clean my cousins SUV that had been sitting a couple months and needed to be sold. Absolute worst self-service car wash, perhaps in the nation? I can't speak to their other options but the self wash place is filthy every time and nothing works right- seems a deliberate rip off and the second someone opens another similar one nearby they will have zero business. The list of what is right is basically that they have moderately higher pressure than a garden hose. Everything else basically is awful. Compared to other self-service car washes? Low water pressure, soap is heavily watered down and low quality. Knobs never match what comes out. Many dial options don't work at all. The few times (today was the last time ever) I have gone there is always 100% of the time some inconsiderate imbecile who washes out a landscape or horse trailer and leaves cakes and cakes of mud, crap, straw, etc. all over the only credit card bay, clogs the drains, and leaves mud all over, so even if you wash, you will drive through mud leaving and ruin your wash. Bays are super narrow for normal midsized SUV or trucks. The owner NEVER cleans or maintains anything. It shows how little they care about anyone except their profit. I would not dare to try the rest of their services when they keep any part of their business like this. Minus 5 stars. Stop cheating people on half working filthy equipment. Don't go here.

NO SPOT FREE WATER!! PLEASE FIX After using the car wash and realizing there's no spot-free water, I had to go across town to get a proper wash. That being said, I called down there and spoke to someone in charge and they were a pleasure! What a nice group of people 😁

I have to say that the wash is just horrible! I paid $9, the most expensive wash, and my vehicle didn't look much better when it was done. Their was dirt on the sides, my back window was filthy, and even the running boards weren't clean!! The tires weren't clean, somehow. It looked liked skipping in the finish - even though their are no brushes or rollers, only water and chemicals! No more for me!! $ave your $$ and go to PV.

Don't use. Went into one bay, swiped card and counter started but water wouldn't come out. Hoses leaking. Went to second bay and same thing. So worker told me to go through drive thru carwash and light kept saying back up and I wasn't even in yet. So worker told me to ignore that and drive in. Drove in and it sprayed half my car with soap and stopped. Didn't rinse or anything. Soap left to dry on it. Worker then told me to go to dealership for refund. They state to wait 36 hours for charges. Someone at dealership with spray car with hose.
