This car wash on the Southside is awesome. The owner is so kind. He is above and beyond on top of making sure the bays are clean and ready for new vehicles entering. Ceramic Coat Nightmare! Less than very poor results of CERAMIC COAT. I feel bad and am very disappointed that I have to post a poor review of this business. They have given good service for past three years. Body of email sent Tue, Dec 19 at 11:45 AM: "Every Little Detail, I have attempted to make contact with you since October. I have e-mailed, left seven voice messages and made contact twice with Nicole to arrange for a wash job and a meeting to evaluate the poor results of the $2800.00 CERAMIC COAT you applied to my RV. You did not show up for the appointment or call back to make, change or cancel the appointment. Please call me and/or respond to this e-mail. Thank you, Kxx Txxxxxx (208) xxx-xxxx Reminder: Landline, NO TEXT" I hope to hear from you regarding this matter. 01/01/2024 Still have not heard back or been contacted by ELDMD. UPDATE: 03/15/2024 Every Little Detail made no attempt to resolve this problem or honor their warranty. Using high quality Meguiar’s products, Robert’s RV mobile detailing restored the like new shine to my 5th wheel. Great job, Robert's!!

Contacted Every Little Detail about getting our RV washed and waxed. Nicole got back to me later that day and offered a couple of different appointments when they could work us into their schedule. Scheduled them for Friday at 1:00 to do the cleaning, Nicole texted they were running about an hour late and asked if that was okay and an hour later they showed up. I appreciated the update. After a thorough wash, rinse, drying of the RV, they then waxed and detailed the outside. Our RV looks better than when we picked it up new at the dealership. I would definitely recommend these folks to detail your RV. I know we will schedule them again next time we’re here. Alan A

Couldn’t be Happier with how our RV turned out. Service was outstanding from our first contact with Lana (she explained everything about what we could expect from the product & company) to Misty (who provided us with products to use and was very thorough on how to use them along with their warranty) So nice to work with people and a company “who do what they say and say what they do”. Answered and returned phone calls when we had questions, didn’t rush us into making a decision or be “pushy sales people”. And completely stand by their product and work once completed. Our RV is so shiny, clean and protected that unfortunately now I see every little paint chip (our RV is 4 years old so it’s expected, I just notice it more now 🙄) I would definitely recommend this company and specifically this location for Ceramic coating on any of your vehicles, boats, Motorhomes or trailers. Lana, Misty and their shop team did a phenomenal job on our class A motorhome. The finished work came out better then we expected and they went above and beyond to get the project completed and to see to it our coach was protected against incoming rain for several days past completion of the work. The coach looks better than new after the extra paint correction work they determined was needed.

Jon's been washing my truck for about a year. I'm picky about quality with my auto detailing which I was doing myself for the last 20 years. Jon uses high quality chemicals. The sealant he uses lasts longer and attracts less dust than the Jetseal I was using. Jon has always shown up for his appointments which seems to be rare in Lake Havasu. My truck looks great every time.

Crown did a great job on my fifth wheel. I have an older trailer 2005. It took them a bit longer than they first thought. But they honoured their price and did a great job. I highly recommend Crown Detailing.

Went to car toys a little over a week ago they did a full detail and whatever they used in my car ruined the finish around my stereo. I went to car toys and the girl inside was awful. Already had an attitude when I walked in with the other employees who were very nice and tried to see if they could wipe it off, but couldn’t. So after she took my info which was just name , make, model, and phone number-no details written down on the paper as to what my complaint was just a name and number and car make and model and year.. she goes out to take pictures. And tells me she will forwards it off to her GM and I will hear back in a week. So I left and went to The Nissan dealer who says it’s all part of the stereo, one piece so it’s very expensive to replace. The finish has been ruined by whatever chemical they used. They must have used a wrong chemical they shouldn’t have or whatever they are using shouldn’t be used on all finishes in cars and they should know this. Meanwhile I call back to ask to speak to the GM to explain what I was just informed by the Nissan dealer and the girl is so rude talking so much and loud that i can’t get a word in edge wise. I told her she’s rude and she just escalated more and then hung up on me over and over. I’d call back and she’d answer yelling and not even hearing me out!! So me persistent as I am continue to call to have this worker continue to yell use a tone so I matched her energy and that she didn’t like. I’m not the one to mess with girly!!! So I will be posting every social media I can and once I get her name I’ll make sure to include it and edit posts accordingly. Outraged that she says there is no one to talk to and I have to wait over a week to even hear back get this not from the GM but her, the awful worker!! I don’t want her to hear your shrill voice ever again!! You should not be in any type of customer service job at all! See the pics of my stereos trim it’s ruined!!!!!!! It’s like that around the entire center piece. There is an additional picture of my dash prior to my car toys visit that shows my dash was glossy and not ruined as it is now. I take pictures of songs I like all the time so I have so many pictures that show my stereo prior to my car toys visit with time stamps and dates to prove it did not look as it does now prior to my car toys visit. Don’t go to car toys people you will end up dealing with young, uneducated, contemptuous, egotistical workers that have free range to talk to customers as they see fit. If that girl is the manager or person in charge, no wonder there are so many negative reviews. I mean come on I saw one review that was made by the daughter of an old lady who the workers made cry while just trying to get her car washed!!! A car wash shouldn’t have so much drama!!! Do better whoever owns this place your workers are arrogant and need put in their place!!

Stopped in to see about pricing for my parents vehicles as they are elderly. I’m in from out of state trying to get some things taken care of for them. The lady at the counter seemed uninterested in customer service. She was doing three things at once. I asked for a grab and go price list and they have none. (they do have a nice car wash brochure though) also when asked, said there was no info on their website about detailing either. The whole inquiry just seemed rushed and bothersome to her. I don’t need VIP treatment, but basic courtesy's and attention are required to earn my business. PS I had three vehicles in need of detailing.

Cody spent 4 hours detailing and cleaning the interior and exterior of my dad's 2006 Ford Fusion. His mobile car detailing rig was really impressive. He brings his own large water tank and sprayer, so he can suds up and rinse. My dad smoked cigarettes inside the car and it was filthy. Cody went above and beyond expectations. He even cleaned and polished the headlights. There are cigarette burns, but otherwise, the interior looks almost new. I highly recommend Accelerated Detail!

This young man takes his time and does it right! He is meticulous, removed 3 years of sand from the carpets, dust from interior hatch and kid messes from the perforated seats. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it new. Great value, amazing job!

I was worried that all the dog hair and build up of dirt in the cup holders and in between the seats wouldn't come out. This is the best car wash in town in my opinion. I have quite a few, the lady working last night was so friendly and did an amazing just getting the bugs off the bumper of my truck. For only $18 you get air fresheners and they provide towels, this is fantastic because you don’t have to do the laundry later. This alone makes it a great place. Thank you so much, my truck is cleaner than when I went to a different car wash.

The work itself was quality work and it looked great, until I got in the light just right ......and there was water spots between the tint and windows, I know they were cleanable because its a brand new car id only had it a week. There also was a scratch on the passengers side under the window and when I called the person working took a message and nobody called me back. They are very friendly and I was hoping they would at least watch the tape to see if maybe something fell on it and scratched that area or if it even happened there! this way I could figure it one way or the other. And I wish the windows would have been checked better for spots before applying the tint! Other than that stuff I was happy with it! Gabrielle
