Good experience from the first call to get a window regulator for my vintage Mazda Miata replaced. Treated with respect and dignity. Timely and affordable service. Inspectors had done such an excellent job on my wifes 4 Runner with the ceramic coating and tint I had them do the coating on my F450. As always excellent job and customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing. The vacuum was fine, but my CRV came out nowhere near clean, as you can see in the photos. The back looked like it was missed almost entirely. I’d be willing to try again in case there was some odd malfunction, but I’ll probably just look elsewhere for a good car wash.

Have been members at this car wash nearly since it has opened. Was good the first year or so, but has been routinely bad this past year. Tailgate is RARELY ever clean. See photo for the excellent job. This seems to be a common gripe among other reviews, too. The machine has noticeable had certain features not working, and I’m not surprised at all that someone had a side mirror break off from this car wash. There was one day I went through about a month ago and I thought I was going to lose my mirror, too! The machine was way too forceful. I’ve seen where they’ve had to stop the assembly line multiple times for other issues as well. With the Ocean Blue car wash being completed sometime soon, I expect this car wash will lose a LOT of business. Can’t recommend this location. Will be canceling membership.

What a waste of money! My truck came out of this place much worse than going into it! I just wanted the salt off the truck and it looks like it came out with more on it than going into it! I seen this place had good reviews, that's why I went here with a brand new truck, and it comes out looking like this!! Dont waste your money!

Rob does amazing work! AFFORDABLE, efficient, kind, friendly, trustworthy… you can tell he’s very “detailed when it comes to detailing” and provides stellar customer service. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry w/ 250K+ miles, that transports my 8 yr old OUTDOORSY boy & my long haired pup… aka, it’s in rough shape upon arrival. After Rob works his magic, even the stained/beaten leather looks 5x cleaner, and she’s as clean & sparkly as a nearly 20 yr old car can possibly be. Highly recommend 10/10!! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟💫

Unfortunately I won't be using this wash anymore. Prices have gone way up and quality of the wash way down. Paid for the highest option for the undercarriage wash and it never sprayed the underside. Much cheaper and more effective to go to the self serve wash.

Worst car wash I think I've ever been to. All the bay doors are open giving the appearance that they work, yet none of them do. Paid $8 to rinse my car off and get soaking wet because the nozzle on the only hose/bay that worked sprayed everywhere. Auto washes don't work, no way to pay. Self washes pay areas don't work except one and that only has water. No soap. No foam brush soap. Waste of money go somewhere else

$5 got me 4 minutes and 20 seconds. If my math is correct this would be $70 PER HOUR! I have a four door pickup truck and a good wash 20+ minutes is not out of the question. At this rate my 20 minute wash would be about $25! I should be able to find a neighborhood teenager to wash the truck for $25. I use to come here a lot over the many years. On some days I would bring 3 different vehicles to wash. The place is usually clean and good location with a gas station next door. A vacuum system in the back use to be free with wash. I didn't even look at it today to see if its still free. I have my suspicion it may not be since they are charging the high rate. The water pressure was better but now its just the same as everyone else. It will be hard for me to return due to the high cost of this place. It's time to look at other self serve wash in town. There is a drive through wash but I have never use it before.

I got the ultimate plan for a month at about $35. The wash does pretty well but it doesn't really dry my car. When I asked about the drying problem the employee said to ask for it to be slowed down when I go through. You also need to tell them to give your grill a bug scrub when you go through it. It seems like they don't even do it if it obviously needs it. The vacuum section has gotten worse and the last two times I've used it there is nearly any suction. They also have an air compressor which was nice for getting water out of those places you can't get with a rag. They should definitely work in the drying portion of drive through wash and just have it slowed down automatically since it seems to be a problem and the suction for their vacuums.

BEWARE, THE EQUIPMENT WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR! This car wash put tons of huge scratches all over my car from the big spinning brushes - they must have had debris trapped in them. I reported the problem to management within 48 hours of it happening and they (Caleb and Dean) refused to take responsibility. They just kept saying "it didn't happen here" - Right, like I got symmetrical scratches on both sides of the vehicle in the same travel pattern as your brushes from someplace else even though I haven't driven this vehicle anywhere else in that time. I asked to see the camera footage from when my car went through but they refused - so they say their equipment didn't do it but are too afraid to prove it. Sadly, I could tell by talking to them that this is a common conversation that they have with customers, they even said that they have to tell people this all the time and "good luck proving it in a court of law." I've filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection & Advocacy Section) and would encourage others who have had their cars damaged here to do the same as well as leave reviews all over.

I have been washing my truck(Ford F 350-hemi edition,8 cylinder with 15 inch lift) here since 2015. I believe there is no better place in flagstaff to do so. Not only do they seem to improve their self wash and automatic wash every 6 months, the employees always have your best interest to ensure it is the absolute most pleasurable experience because as we all know, sometimes washing our cars/trucks seems like a chore during busy weeks. The owners and managers are absolutely fantastic in making sure the ‘ship’ is run to perfection! You’re not going to get a better option in Flagstaff!!!

This car wash was perfect. The bays where large enough to fit my shuttle bus (work vehicle), it's 24/7 (we run early morning, 3am-4am) accepts Credit/debit cards. There is plenty of soap and wax. I'm happy and will be returning here for my washing needs, professionally and personally. 4 self serve bays and 1 automatic bay, I didn't use the vacuums however. But plan on to when I bring my own vehicle here.

Stopped here on the way into Flagstaff after driving through a few hours of bugs and rain. Paid the $14.00 for the best wash in the automatic. My vehicle honestly came out looking worse than before; the windshield, paint and wheels all dulled and covered in a hazy layer of ick that took me awhile to clean and polish off once I got home.

Terrible. The sprayers have the pressure of a garden hose. Charged my debit $10, without any clear notifications of how much/how long you've been using it. No "beeps" or sounds to warn you. They're absolutely stealing people's money. No staff to make it right. 😞

I have been to this car for years. Nothing but a good experience. Sunday April 28th. This is the only way to get in touch with the owner is a review. Oil came out soap dispensers taking the place of water. It will cost a ton of money to get my Brand new pickup truck back the way it was. The only thing that will save my truck is the ceramic coating I had put on about 2 months ago. Do not go to this Family Carwash. It will ruin your every vehicle you have. The owner of this business doesn't give a crap about helping you and your vehicle look good. HE JUST WANTS YOUR $$$$

I am a Minnesota guy and I was in Arizona on a hunting trip. We had a mechanical issue up on the mountain and had to get towed into town. The young man who towed me recommended Carl at Meineke as the best service in town, and he did not disappoint. Knowing we had to drive back to Minnesota that day, Carl got us into the garage and got his guys working on our vehicle immediately. He provided us with a driver and a courtesy car to bring us around town to get things done while he worked on our vehicle. The repair was done quickly and very affordable. I checked when I got back to Minnesota, I couldn't have gotten the work done cheaper at home. We were back in the road that day and drove 22 hours straight home with no issue. If I ever have car problems in the Flagstaff area again, Carl at meineke is the only place I would go.

I had never been to Meineke before until yesterday (11-7-24) per recommendation from Vincent at Auto Zone. I had bought a battery and because if the way my battery was etc., he recommended I go to Meineke. When I got there, Carl knew I woukd be going in. Carl was very friendly and I felt comfortable. Let me put it this way, the vibe and atmosphere was great!. He gave me a time when my vehicle would be ready, and sure enough, even a little sooner than expected.
