Right on the money with customer service! Good quality hand wash at a decent price. Would I come back? For sure,truck came out looking amazing for my first visit. On July 13th 2024 I took my car to this car wash to get it cleaned and eventually sold. Going through the wash, the equipment took my driver side mirror assembly off. I spoke to the manager at this location. He told me the process was to go to Auto Zone, which is next door, get them a price and invoice for the cost of the replacement part, and he would install it. Once I got what was requested all within a matter of minutes, the manager took my information, including full name, phone number, and email address. I was given the standard of they will call you or email you in 3 business days and I drove home expecting to hear from them. 3 weeks went by and I had gotten no communication. Went back to this location to find out what happened. The manager told me that I needed to send an email to the email address on the business card. When the incident happened I was not provided a business card with an email address. I informed the manager and I was told he gives everyone that card. I explained how can I give anyone any information about what happened when I don't have a way to contact anyone. When he took my information and didn't provide a card I was under the impression that he would reach out to whomever was going to resolve the issue. Here I am a other 3 weeks from emailing who I needed to with no response, besides a confirmation email. Replied to the confirmation email, only to be told that I need to email claims. Claims has been emailed with the initial email address CC'd. This is ridiculous to have a $50 part replaced. This car wash has lost my business entirely from all locations. Update: We are now going on 7 weeks of the issue not being resolved and have been in contact with the claims department once again. The GM did reach out saying that he will get the part needed and replace it Friday 8/23/2024. went to the location after I was off work, to get the mirror installed, and they didn't have the part and was waiting on approval from the Area Manager to get it. When I was there I was told it would be any minute for confirmation. It is now Monday and no word.

Darrell is very welcoming and polite when I stop by to get my car wash in the early mornings. I visit this car wash often. The wash always comes out great unlike some other car washes I’ve been to where spots are still there after going through. I love the vacuums and the fact that they have glass cleaner!

The car wash itself is great! However, this morning I was approached with a pretty hard sales pitch for a monthly pass. I said no thanks at least 4 times. The young girl kept asking why? Seriously, I don’t need this kind of aggravation. I think I will go elsewhere for a car wash. .

Came in today and this team was AWESOME! Analisa explained the promotion well and in detail! When getting the wash Chris loaded me and was so friendly! The lot was so clean and Alexis was able to assist me when a vacuum broke- she immediately fixed it! This team cares about the customers and can’t wait to come back in! Would recommend if you need to get a good wash while in a rush! 10/10

The assistant manager Alexis at SuperStar car wash on Florence blvd had almost hit our vehicle speeding down the vacuum lane while we pulled out of the tunnel as we were exiting home she decided to step out of her vehicle and attempt to hit and run our vehicle… so my daughter threw a drink at her car out of anger but she decided to step out and act like she was going to pull something out of her car multiple employees have spoke to us and mentioned she would cuss out customers and be very rude to them as well.. this occurred approximately around 2:20 pm on December 22,2024 we returned to superstar car wash and spoke to the general manager but addressed that since she’s off the clock he couldn’t do anything but she is dangerously driving on your private property which needs to addressed since she wants to take a position of a manager I have attached a picture of her car attempting twice to hit our car after she had stepped out and yelled at us with her super star jacket on we have sent the full video in but cannot on here but feel it should be mentioned

absolutely horrible. the car wash broke the mirror on my sons new car. and when i went in to talk to someone. the guy inside was rude and very dismissive. i understand they aren't responsible. but i walked in and told the guy that the car wash broke my mirror. and his response was. that's not our problem. we aren't responsible for your property. that really pissed me off. instead he should have said. im sorry to hear that sir. but unfortunately we aren't responsible for personal property damage. could i offer you a free car wash. maybe a discount on your membership. or even free drying towels. but nope. then i went back in a second time. and apparently he was on the phone with his manager. and when he asked if they wanted to speak to me. they said no just get his number. WOW.... i called cooperate and requested a call back by the close of business Monday. and to cancel my membership. ill never go back. absolutely horrible customer service. and ive had my membership almost 3 years. just watch out if you go there. they don't care. but they don't understand. they are only there because of us. the customer. im going to try super star

Always a smiling face from the staff when you go through, very kind and helpful. Also there is plenty of space to bust down your car with the doors wide open! I'd highly recommend for anyone like me who likes to clean your own car by hand... love it 👍

Washes your car pretty well, but you need to get the wax otherwise you will have wash lines on your car. Also, terrible dryer system. Be prepared to either pay extra for dry towels or bring some because you'll need to dry the rest of your car off. It was dripping wet after we left... - see pics

David and his crew delivered top-notch service on our 29' class c RV. They did a very thorough wash and wax on the entire rig and also conditioned the bumper, mirrors (plastic casing), and tires. They also cleaned the awning. It was reasonably priced and was done very quickly. We will be going back and definitely recommend.

Spent $10 on a wash in the touchless car wash and it didn’t clean anything off. I looked fo someone there to notify and maybe get to run through again. No one on duty. Great place to wash an oversized vehicle. Very pleased. Able to make change, all of the features of the hand wash worked with no issues. Powerful rinse, degreaser, soapy brush, etc. Highly recommend for thorough and affordable cleaning job.

This is a hand wash car wash. The water pressure is good and the brush produced a lot of suds. It cost about $2.00 to do a compact car with soapy water, soapy brush, and a final rinse. There are vending machines for car fresheners and drying towels. The towels only cost $0.50 and one dried the compact car nicely.

These folks are 1st Class and I will be given them all my buisness. Like me these guys love Cars and Motorcycles.I took my new 2023 Camaro 1SS to these guys for my first oil change at 455 miles.I could have gotten a free oil change at the dealer but choose these guys.I usually do my own service but the Camaro is low to the ground and it is a couple hour job just to get the car high enough to get under it. Thes guys are not like iffy lube or waltermart.Even the waiting room is decorated with car stuff and pictures of Hi performance cars. Really happy with the CarFax report to verify oil changes.I have em do my gear oil change when I get a few more miles on the car.

I live in the area and was happy to see a car wash being put in. After a few months of them being open, I finally stopped in, but not for a car wash, it was simply for propane (they have the best rate around). So I stop to fill up 3 tanks (2 10g and 1 5g). Maria was the only one working on this early Saturday morning. Not only did she fill the 3 tanks , she mentioned the wash. I was skeptical (6in lift on 35s Ford F-150) she said it would be no problem. I took everything she said and went with it, because she was genuine and she was so nice. Maria has made me a customer at this wash for life. Propane or wash , this is now the go to Thank you Maria!!!!

Update: We replaced the hoses and regulator, and our furnace still won't work. Now we have to get someone to look at our furnace and see what damage was caused by the car wash employee who shouldn't be filling propane tanks if she doesn't know how to properly fill tanks. Do not have your propane tanks filled here. We had our propane tanks filled on Sunday, November 17, 2024, and when we hooked the tanks up and turned it on immediately, we heard hissing.Our regulator and hoses blew. When I researched, I found out that the employee probably didn't take care of the overfill protection valve and overfilled one tank and possibly didn't fill our other tank. We have had no heat because of this, and we now have to buy new hoses and a regulator and have to have our tanks inspected to make sure they are okay. If you sell propane, you should know how to fill tanks properly. She is lucky they didn't explode at the station, on our truck on the drive back or even once placed back in the holder on our camper. Not only did we pay to have the tank filled, but now some of that is in the atmosphere, and we have to buy new hoses and a regulator, and hopefully, our tanks check out fine. I did send a message to the company, but it's now Tuesday morning, and I have not heard from them.

Purchased the $8 deluxe wash. When I pulled in, the message stated to, "reverse ", when I reversed, it informed me to exit. I attempted to reverse again. I attempted this 3 times and nothing happened. I'm not sure if it's a sensor issue or what but I wasn't able to get my car washed. I have left messages and no one has responded as of yet. Looking to get this resolved Update: no one answers the phone or texts. Horrible customer service, just for a simple car wash. As I stated and as I've seen with other complaints. The car wash had me pull forward then , then reverse and then immediately flashed to exit without washing my car. I will be more than happy to visit during business hours to get this resolved.
