This is a service I will use forever. These guys showed up and did such a great job. I had 2 cars I was selling and when they were done I wanted to keep both cars! Honestly I didn't take any before pictures because I was NOT expecting that they would do what they did. These cars had been sitting in my driveway in the elements for 3 years. They were covered in bird poop, littered with sticks, leaves and flowers from the dead tree they sat under and in really bad shape. I know when we sold them they added a couple thousand dollars per car just because of how great they looked. I will definitely recommend and hire only him from here on our until the day he quits!

Just went to this car wash for the first time. I paid for the $22 super protect express car wash, which is supposed to include tire dressing. They didn't dress my tires at all. It's also supposed to include a light hand dry on the way out. The guy didn't want to dry my car off at all. He seemed bothered that I asked him to do it. Even though there's a big sign right there that says any express wash over $10 includes light hand drying. He didn't want to dry my car at all. He left water on all the mirrors and windows. I definitely would not recommend this car wash.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! Pulled in on Monday morning and machine said they take cash - tried cash several times Machine also doesn’t do tap to pay - you have to have a physical card to swipe After several minutes of frustration a clerk finally came over and asked if everything was okay - I stated that the machine wasn’t taking my cash and he laughs and replies with “yeah, they never turned the cash acceptor on” WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT - THERE ARE LITERALLY SIGNS HANGING ABOVE TWO LANES THAT SAY “and cash/credit”. WHY DOES YOUR SIGN SAY CASH IF YOU’RE NOT ACCEPTING CASH???? I asked the clerk if I could simply pay him the cash since the machine isn’t accepting it and he once again laughed and said “no”. Taking my business anywhere other than this tihs hole - EVEN QUICK QUACK has someone at the lanes available to take cash (I’LL GLADLY KEEP MY MONEY WITH THEM AND TIP THEIR CLERKS FOR BEING HELPFUL)

Purchased a new vehicle 8 days ago and have been seeing (TikTok, Reels, etc) about the damage the automated washes do to your vehicle. It rained the same day I drove it off the lot. Found this place and got interior vacuum and exterior wash for $60. While vacuuming, they discovered my newly purchased WeatherTech floor mats for the front, middle, and rear seats and asked if I wanted them to put them in and they did! I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners as my car was being finished. She told me that they have been in business for nearly 30 years and are a legit hand car wash. If you don't have the time for quality service, then go somewhere else. They are worth the time and money. This will definitely be my new go to place for a great exterior cleanse and shine. Customer for life. Thank you!

These folks took good care of me when nobody else would! I literally drove all over the valley trying to get a small but urgent job done - my dog had an "accident" on my passenger seat and it got on the door too, just needed the upholstery cleaned and sanitized. Everyone I talked to either would not do the job at all, or wanted to charge me for a full car detailing which I did not need, or wanted to charge ridiculous "biohazard fees." They got the job done on the spot in 15 minutes, did great work, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Can't thank them enough.

Had Jacob and his brother Jr. come to detail my recently purchased ‘18 Forester. Wanted a clean slate from the previous owner. They did a wonderful job cleaning the vehicle inside and out! Even found a coffee stain I wasn’t aware of and got it out. I asked them if they would also be able to do my Tacoma as it was filthy from a recently camping trip with the dogs. The Forester looks new and the Tacoma looks better then it did when it left the dealership! Will definitely be using again in the future.

Ricardo and his team showed up and showed out! I initially called to have a spot on my car buffed out after scratching my car on the side of a garage. Ricardo answered the phone immediately! I sent him pictures and videos of my vehicle and he came out the same day, within hours! I am so happy that him and his team made my concerns a priority and got me in. When they showed up, they went above and beyond. Not only did the paint scratch come off, but they gave my car a really good wash and detail. During the process of doing this, Ricardo educated me on all the products and equipment he uses. I greatly appreciated that and knew my car was in good hands. This team also has really good customer service skills, and are very personable. On top of all that, I feel this company is very affordable. I’ve been getting my car detailed by E&G for over a year now and I can truthfully say they do really good work. It is also very convenient that they are mobile and make their way to you wow, also giving you an excellent wash. Prices are very reasonable, despite also being mobile and just the other day they had rescheduled on me, but gave me a free wax for the next wash to make up for it.

Mediocre service. I purchased a full detail on my car and was left with way too many missed spots. It takes a lot for me to write these sorts of reviews and I even feel bad leaving it but I value my money and like to get what I pay for. They'll tell you to check the car before they leave but what they mean is scan your whole car completely. These spots are not in your face and it wasn't until I noticed one small detail that I then got the urge to literally check EVERYTHING. I slid my driver and passenger seats back and got to searching. I was so disappointed and felt taken advantage of from what I found. $250 down the drain. I give them 2 stars for the fact that Eric did make an effort to resolve the issue but after all the accommodations I had to make for them (being rescheduled, arriving 30 min late, triple-checking, etc) I would hate for anyone to go through the same.

Initially my appointment was scheduled on a different day but due to weather we had to reschedule. Manny still showed up on the day of the first scheduled appointment to introduce himself, look at my car to evaluate which products to use based on its size and discussed his plan to make my car look brand new! Manny is easy to talk to and not judgemental at all especially since I have a 10 year old son who has spilled multiple drinks in the back seat (and me spilling in the front lol). If you are wanting to get your car detailed this is the way to go!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I signed up to get a free basic wash(to see if it was better than the 3min car washes I normally go to) I tried to scan the code at 2 different machines and it wouldn’t take it couldn’t even enter in the code because it had letters and numbers, when the only option to input are numbers. I pushed the Help button 2-3 times and no one came out to help me. There’s no way to go inside and ask for help either. I called the number for the location it sent me to corporate, she told me she would call the manager at the location, I told where I was at the front of the vacuums waiting. I watched and no one came out. Then my coupon said I redeemed it when I hadn’t yet. So I left, well apparently this place is not better than the one i normally go to because at least at 3min they always have an attendant willing to help you.

I had excellent experience with East and PFB detailing. East was able to schedule me for a weekend in late November. He is knowledgeable about his work and spent a lot of time explaining me the process and answering my questions. PFB did a fantastic job on my wife’s car. After moving to Surprise from out of state, I was looking for a quality and trustworthy detailing service that I could use regularly for all my vehicles. I made a great choice right from the start with East, owner of PFB. During our first conversation, I found East very friendly and easy to talk with. He patiently answered all my questions and quickly demonstrated the knowledge and ability for first class detailing. During the week leading up to my scheduled detail, East communicated with me and then arrived timely at my home. He and Brad seemed very genuine and easy going. After going over the work to be completed, they thoroughly washed the car on my driveway before pulling it into the garage to complete the detail work. Throughout the morning I checked on their progress and found neither of them rushing to finish the job.
