Had a ceramic coating down on our suv and an interior detail. Inside looks good car itself looks ok. But the windshield looks horrible! Worse than when we dropped it off. Pointed it out and was given the worst attitude and couldn’t believe how rude he was about it. If water spots were gonna be an issue I’d would expect him to not do the coating or let us know and not be so rude when asking about it.

My car has a single-stage lacquer paint job that's nearly 40 years old. Matt did an amazing job bringing this tired, flawed, dull old paint back to life. He did a 2-stage polish followed by ceramic coating. In the past, when I'd had the car polished, it'd look great but with just wax to protect it, would dull up in just a couple months. With the ceramic coating, Matt says the shine and finish will last for up to 3 years. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have been a customer since day one. This CarWash is going down hill. Pulled up for service right side screen not in service but lane is open? Had to back up and move to the middle one. Purchased the 16.00 wash and was charged 20.00. No attendant available. Pulled around to the entrance of the wash and no attendant. Finally a young lady comes out and really has no clue but to spray you with your window down so couldn’t ask her a question. Going through the wash the speed was very fast and some of the systems were not working or somewhat working. I have had damage before and never got a response . So I paid to have it fixed. I also filled out the report and no response. I have several years experience in this industry and this is due to lack of maintenance. Pulled out to use the vacuum and both were plugged. Had to move to another location. Again lack of maintenance and quality control. You have lost a long term customer and I’m sure more will follow.i pretty obvious you don’t care due to the feedback reviews you have left previous customers. Good luck. It shows how much you care about your customers by the way you respond. I never received a response the first time you damaged my car. To be honest I didn’t expect anything different from you this time. Your response is the same to everyone. Businesses like yours should not be in business.

Been going here for years, but this AM was a whole new experience. While checking in, I was about to enter my cc when a young man approaches, I didn’t hear what he said as I was concentrating on buying my wash, he became aggravated when I didn’t respond to him, so I stopped my transaction and looked at him, he asked why I didn’t say hello to him. He said I’m the GM here don’t disrespect me. At 78yrs old, and a Nam Bet, I’m not the guy to approach in this manner. I said look I’m just here for a car wash, nothing else, and he went into a diatribe on how he was a 25yr old man, this was his car wash (name is Jared) and I should respect this. I paid and moved into the line. He kept at me as I entered and then gave me a refund and said don’t ever come back here. I said a few things to him that I won’t repeat here. End of story, he cut off my wash as I was going through and I came out soapy at the end. Drove to GC for a better experience and wash. UFB!

Great service, friendly workers, 200% customers satisfaction. These guys are great, they ask questions about what the client wants and where they should focus on before they start. During the detail I came out and Hannah and Jose made sure that they didn’t miss anything, I pointed a few things out and they got right to it. After they left i went to look at the vehicle and I noticed a few things that I didn’t like, I told Daniel about it and he made sure to send them back to make sure it was done correctly. Jackson did an amazing job. He was quick to respond when I needed to get a vehicle ready to use as a trade-in. It was glowing, better than when I originally purchased it. This place is expensive, and both times I've been, most of the settings don't work properly or at all. Plus, it is pretty low pressure. I wouldn't waste my time going here, your waterhose and a soapy brush would do just as good as the spot free water here isn't spot free.

Met with Garrison and his team after buying my midlife crisis, a used 2009 Corvette. Factor paint was decent, but I wanted a good cleaning/detailing with ceramic coat. I ended up purchasing the 2 stage paint refresh, window tinting and caliper painting. The results were amazing!!! The crew at AZ Auto Aesthetics made my new ride look better than it would have rolled off the showroom 15 years ago! It took a few minutes for my wife and I to believe it was my car! These guys were professional, open about their process and results we could expect, and took care of my ride like it was their personal vehicle. Even kept me informed of the progress with photos! Will definitely use them again!!

I decided to go with Arizona auto aesthetics because of the 500+ positive reviews. I reached out and spoke to one of the owners Brenan regarding my interest in ceramic coating as well as tint for my Jeep. My Jeep is new a 2024 Rubicon with minimal issues related to the paint. The only reason why I considered the ceramic coating was because I wanted to keep my Jeep looking new for as long as possible. Brenan was quick to respond to my questions and sent me quotes for pricing for both services. He also sent me pictures of other Jeeps that had significant scratches and wear and tear on the paint. He quoted me approximately $1500 for the ceramic coating and for the tint $850. I decided it would be worth paying more out-of-pocket as long as the customer service level and delivery of service is above par. Brenan was able to work me into the schedule that same Friday and said he would have to keep it for two days. I sent multiple text messages to Brenan explaining my concern about being added onto the schedule last minute because I didn’t want this to hinder them doing a good job on my vehicle. He told me that was not the case. He told me that if I needed a rental they can provide that as well for $50 a day which I thought was a perk. I dropped off my vehicle that Friday morning with Garrison. They did arrange to have a Tesla for me to use for the next 48 hours. My Jeep was kept for approximately 24 hours which I was surprised that they were able to complete both services so quickly. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me to my Jeep and from what I could see in the lighting in their studio it did look very nice. The total for both services was about $3k because I also purchased some of the supplies they had on sale to clean my vehicle and I like to support small businesses. I did tip them as well. I did have a chance to look at my vehicle in the sun and I noticed that the area under my handles was not treated with the ceramic wax. I reached out to to the shop and I was told that area was not treated because the device that applies the ceramic coating could not reach in that area but he would charge me an additional $100 to place cups to protect that area. I was disappointed by this because they had two days to take care of even the smallest detail prior to me picking up my Jeep which was not done. Brenan heard about my concerns and he immediately reached out to me to resolve them. He apologized for the door cups not being addressed and asked if he could place them on my vehicle for free! I was thrilled that not only did he personally reach out to me but he also showed a genuine concern in providing top notch customer service. I’m so happy that I had an opportunity to work with such a professional group of people who take pride in not only providing above par services but customer service that keeps you coming back. Thank you !! UPDATE*************I have to tell you how happy I am with the results two weeks out. I purchased the cleaner and fiber clothes to clean my Jeep. It took me maybe 15 minutes to wipe her down and she looks just like she did the day the ceramic coating was applied. It was totally worth the investment to keep her looking brand new without much effort! I’ve added more photos. Thanks again Az Auto Aesthetics ❤️❤️❤️

I had my car detailed by William and his team. I wanted someone who would detail my car at Viewpoint & RV Resort where I was staying. They showed up promptly and detailed and cleaned my cars interior, exterior and engine compartment. They even used leather conditioner on my seats. The result was outstanding and I would highly recommend using William Winter Auto Detailing.

I cannot believe this is what I paid for. So long story short I decided to make an attempt to clean my friend's car which I am borrowing for a week but realized I need professional help. Brody helped me out with the best possible cleaning under a budget. So we came up with leather treatment and carpet cleaning and shampooing for a discounted $154. It was closer to closing time so I am assuming the boys got lazy because I literally watched this car being unattended for 20 minutes. All they did was shampoo the four rugs no vacuuming of any kind. The only vacuuming that car got was the attempt I did on it. When I tried to call them when I left to let them know what I saw when I got home they never returned my call. So I went this morning to speak to manager to rectify the situation but all I got is a manager with a 101 excuses why it looks the way it does. I asked him to compensate me for the work that was not done ans I would be happy. We agreed on half but after further reviewing their work I am beyond displeased. I have two cars I pay for memberships with this company and I am highly considering canceling them because this was unacceptable. The manager you handles the store part was way more sympathetic and understanding than the male manager I spoke to.

First time getting an interior detail and satisfied with the work. The seats were apparently very dirty and were able to get about 90% of stuff out which makes sense. They are fabric. This is a car that has never had a professional detail from since I purchased it new 8 years ago.. and I have 3 little kids but I only give them dry foods for snacks and have maintained it with wiping and vacuuming. Doesn't compare to a professionals detail. Going to have it done more often! Thanks you guys for the hard work.

Amazing service. It's so nice to have someone come to your house and clean your car! Paul was on time, sent pictures of the whole process, and does an amazing job. I was so exciting when Paul was so responsive to my call and what I thought was going to be amazing service. I was so disappointed at the job performed on our boat, maybe cars are more his thing. I wish he would have just said that. I appreciated his honesty when he thought I over paid him, when I really just was showing appreciation to him. When he called and said he was done after an hour and a half, I should have known! Our boat was hardly touched! I should have been present. The photos are just a few hours after the job was completed. SUPER DISAPPOINTED! This is not what I paid for!!!!

The process from start to finish was straight forward and stress free, great group of people at Shine Design Mobile Detailing. I was able to drop my vehicle off for a full detail inside and out, to include a ceramic coating on the exterior. To say I’m pleased with the work completed would be an understatement, our vehicle never shined like this even when it was new! On top of the quality of work, I never felt as if I was pressured to buy or add something more, just an in depth explanation of their services and how it would benefit me. Another important note I must make is after my vehicle was completed the weather was turning and rain was imminent, they offered me to keep my vehicle in their garage overnight so the ceramic could cure properly, without getting wet. I can say that’s a first for me, pretty great customer service if you ask me, can’t think of any other time a company made a gesture like that. It should go without saying I highly recommend Shine Design for your detailing needs, you will not be disappointed! I will be using them for any and all detailing services I’ll need in the future. Lastly, thank you again for you friendliness and willingness to store my vehicle overnight, you guys are top notch! P.S before and after photos attached, night and day!

Can’t say enough about this company and Zach!! Online booking was a breeze with very convent days and times. Even though my suv was a DISASTER (kids..) price was as quoted, I just made sure to take care of Zach for the extra elbow grease it needed! I really like how he did not make me feel embarrassed or weird about the condition of the interior, kept a positive attitude the entire visit and finished within the quoted time. I will definitely be letting everyone know where to go and who to ask for!! Only got one before but trust me there was gunk/stoky grossness in all the crevices looking like a mom car that got away from me!! It really feels like a brand new car!

The email says a lot about how this place treats their customers. Their attitude towards me and this situation were bottom of the barrel. Hayden, I thought we had a good conversation towards the end but based on the email really shows your character and what you really are. You know nothing about my past to insult me this way. Yes, your equipment was faulty. You knew this or your lack of knowing you still replaced the air chuck. You have no class. Furthermore, we are on a monthly plan with your car wash service. But because of you and your inability to be a good manager we might be canceling our service. It's not because we were denied by you Hayden, it's because of what you said in this email. I don't feel you are a good fit to manage and it reflects with your employees attitude also. I did however stop at another location and spoke with their manager just to request that their GM would kindly call me to have a conversation about this incident a week ago. I have yet to hear from anyone. I'm not sure if SuperStar has any customer retention as of yet. Not having a customer service phone number to call says a lot. P.S. The first two pictures of the air chuck is from another with the part that was missing from the one I tried to use. The rest are from the one that was faulty.

Went to this location today and left very disappointed. Not only do they constantly push their membership after several "no thank yous", I left with a large amount of paint chipped off my top and rear windows of my jeep. Have never experienced this anywhere else and truly know, there is nothing they will be able to do to fix this right. Will not be using this car wash at any location again. Just sucks to see your car you care for be ripped up from a single wash ... I have already left a complaint under the website as well and can provide pictures if needed.

I got a new vehicle August of this year and I was rear ended a month later. I really didn’t know who I could go to that would take care of my car. I had a co-worker referred me to Rudy at Sport Auto Detail and Body Shop. My colleague told me Rudy will take good care of my vehicle. I had a ring stolen out of the truck. The back was not vacuumed, or wiped. They used way too much spray on my tires and when I drove it the stuff got all over the side of my truck and I can’t get rid of the spots. The inside roof had spots from an energy drink that had exploded in the truck, which they were supposed to steam out and didn’t. When I contacted them they said they would get back to me, never did and don’t return my calls. They did come out and redo the truck and it looks great after their 2nd cleaning.

I normally have really good experiences so this is only based on the one mid at best experience I had today. I just needed a quick wash, nothing special just a maintenance wash. I have never been made to feel like I “didn’t spend enough” to get a dash wipe and air freshener. Every other location does not bat an eye when I ask nicely for an air freshener and dashboard wipe ( literally have an air freshener from super star in my car currently.) the gentleman responded to my nice ask today with “I can’t give you nothing” . I know he is probably having to answer this way but again, I have never been made to feel any less than any other customer for getting my maintenance lite washes. It also never says you DONT get a freshener and dashboard wipe if you get the lite wash. My gripe was not with the gentleman working the wash, just the location for not living up to the other locations that have previously taken care of me beyond just a wash and go.

I just bought my son a new black car. After this first wash, I parked to dust and vacuum when I noticed scratches all over the back half of the driver’s side. Now I have to take the car to the dealer to ask them what would be the best course of action to correct the scratches to determine how Superstar Car Wash will have to remedy the damage. What a waste of my time and money!!!!

Brought my Mercedes in for an exterior detail package to do full paint correction, buff, polish with ceramic coating. I had never done this before but Brad, the owner, explained everything to me and made me feel reassured. He was honest about what the service would provide. He was very communicative and responsive and within 24 hours had the car back to me. I had no idea what to expect, but when I went to pick up the car it looked like brand new! Beyond the service, Brad the owner and his wife both are professional, kind, and you can tell they care and will continue to have a thriving business. Based on the service, my dad who was with me asked about his car and because of the price and value, he now plans to get his car serviced with Deluxe and Detail! Highly recommend!
