Let me tell you a story about the most honest and wonderful family run mechanic shops I have ever encountered in my life. There I was, on an over four thousand mile road trip, headed home from seeing my family over the holidays. I stopped to get some gas and eat lunch when a bunch of lights came up on my dash. I headed to the nearest Autozone I could find so they could run my engine codes for me. The engine codes sounded simple and I asked for a local mechanics shop recommendation that the employees knew of and trusted, and they sent me to Diamond Automotive - and this was the best recommendation I have ever received in my life. I called in and they were absolutely slammed with work, but they heard that I was in the middle of a road trip and they wanted to fit me in and help me out as best they could. After getting there they had a mechanic - the owners brother - drive around with me while running engine codes. The results were not good and they broke the news to me - it was my transmission. After looking into the issue more they determined that the transmission was dying. They broke the news to me as kindly as possible, and even recommended that I get second opinions so that I didn't think I was being fed a story. After some frantic calls to family for financial help, I decided to proceed forward with the transmission replacement. They had me there for all the important steps - something they offered unprompted I might add! - so that I could see what had been going on and the important stages of work as it was completed. It turned out that the used minivan I had just recently purchased had not been maintained properly and the transmission had almost zero fluid left in it (which was all fully cooked, mind you). To replace the transmission they had to drop my engine block in this vehicle ('13 Toyota Sienna), and I received another devastating call - they had found 5 cracks in my engine block as well. This certainly explained the slowly leaking engine coolant that I had been dealing with. They sent me pictures and even invited me out to see it in person - they were very concerned with complete transparency and honesty the entire way through the process. So then we had to start hunting for a new engine block as well, something where they were trying to, again, save me as much money as possible on, just like with the transmission. Keep in mind they had already been fully booked out for more than a month with work on other vehicles, but they had me skip almost the entire queue just so they could get me back on the road and back home as soon as possible. I had my dog with me and they even offered to let me kennel my dog in their onsite heated dog kennel so I could find local lodging a bit easier! Along **every** step of the process they tried to make sure that I was as comfortable and taken care of as possible, even offering me personal vehicles of theirs to drive as a loaner so I wasn't just stuck in my hotel for the almost 4 weeks that I was stuck in town. I have never encountered such caring wonderful people in my life, skipping me ahead of many other important projects to make sure that I could make it home as soon as possible. They even worked WEEKENDS to get me back up and running. The owners, Theresa and Ivory, will forever hold a special place in my heart. If you are looking for a mechanic local to Cheyenne I would honestly tell you to stop looking and just come here. We brought in our 2012 Signature Edition P85 Tesla Model S and 2014 Nissan LEAF SL to Lennox Auto Detailing to have them detailed a day prior to entering them in the 2017 Superday "Show and Shine" car show. $18 car wash and car was still dirty! Attendant said it was because of the type of car and having to retract some of the brushes. Told me the $18 only covered the price of the soap in the single use. Said “ it is the best soap in the world.” I will keep my BrezeThru monthly subscription and pass on this more expensive not as good car wash. First picture after the $18 car wash and second picture is after $6 self car wash. Save yourself $12 and go to the do it youself carwash.

The first time I went, this place rocked!!! Then after a few months the place fell apart. They charge 18 bucks for a deluxe wash and as you go through the car wash the water doesnt spray on one side of the car then the top spin thing doesn't spin just drags along your paint. And to top it all off the vaccums only work in some areas. One time it broke my windshield wiper but it isnt their fault. All though there is a pile of them in the wash area. It was closed for a week, but I wasn't credited any extra days on my account. Also nobody there knows who is in charge... with all of the maintenance issues and lack of management, it would be better to wash your car at your house and blow it dry with a leaf blower. Just canceled my monthly unlimited wash and won't recommend this dump to anyone. I wish I had another arm to give this place 3 thumbs down. Go to any other place if you want service without an attitude from an all teen staff.

Two bays didn't accept coins when I was here. It might have been because they were full? The soap and cleaners seem to be at good levels. The doors are manually operated currently. VERY AFFORDABLE. Powerful vacuums. Will definitely use again for future washes.

Easy access off I-25 and worth my time. My truck gets washed a couple times a year, and coming out of Cleo’s it looks detailed! Reasonably priced, no lines, added services and overall just a great experience makes me want to get the word out. GREAT car wash.

I love Breeze Thru Car Wash! I had some residual gravel in the back of my truck, and the kind lady wouldn't let me go thru. She quickly called another associate, and he came and helped me clean the bed of my truck out. Now that is customer service! Great job, Breeze Thru!!!

The people that work here are so kind, respectful, and professional! They went out of the way to help with an issue with my license plate that was stuck and wouldn’t come off. They tried various forms and tools to help me with this all while talking to me like a human being! If I ever need my car worked on, they are the right people to go with! Angelos came out while I was drying my vehicle and asked how my experience was. It was great but I expressed one concern that was very minor. Sand/dirt had blown onto my wheels at the end of the tunnel from the blowers, in the past. Very slight amount this visit. He said he’d pass this information along to his boss and also told me if it happens in the future to make sure that they’re aware and I would be able to go through the wash again. Overall, great experience and very friendly staff.

I've been a member for over a year now and Tommy's is by far the best carwash there is. It cleans and dries better than any other carwash I've been to. When I'm down in Denver I'll go out of my way to go to Littleton and get my truck washed at Tommy's. I wish I was a franchisee because I'd open these things all over Northern Colorado and Western Nebraska.

PLEASE READ! I was excited when the car wash reopened after getting upgrades to their drive through washing equipment. I have a monthly pass and was happy to be able to go back to my regular location. The first time through the “new wash” my 2 door Jeep Wrangler suffered some very unfortunate damage!! The car wash seemed to be moving a little too fast, and somewhat out of control, while we were being pulled through and as a result the brushes tore off my antenna and the housing for it and it literally shattered the back passenger window! The attendants had to stop the machines and have me drive through without finishing the wash. To say that I was devastated, would be putting it mildly. Once parked in the vacuum bay, one of the workers/supervisors, Clay, came out to speak with me and my husband and to file an incident report. Clay is the absolute nicest young man and was extremely helpful, caring and professional through the process even though it was evident that the poor kid was a little stressed and concerned about what had happened. I received a call two days later from the manager of the location, Alex. The very first thing that he asked me when he called was weather or not everyone that was in the Jeep that day was doing ok and if anyone was injured. That, in and of itself, showed impeccable customer service! He then advised me that it was clear to see on their surveillance cameras that the wash was way too aggressive and was absolutely at fault for the damages to my vehicle. He proceeded to let me know that the company would take care of any and all costs of the repairs at the body shop of my choosing. The only delay in getting the repairs was that the body shop was a busy place and had to schedule me a couple of weeks out. As the repairs were completed, Alex worked directly with the body shop regarding payment and I had not one out of pocket cost. This was an unfortunate mishap that I don’t believe is a common occurrence and yet both Clay and Alex handled everything with the utmost respect, care and courtesy and they also ensured that everything was done quickly and correctly! I have since “Breezed Thru” the wash at least weekly if not more often and have had absolutely no further problems. Every time either Clay or Alex are there when I drive thru they take the time to say hello and see how everything is going and I love being considered a “regular”! I HIGHLY recommend this car wash and will be a customer for life!

The staff was great and kind but the brushes at the car wash seems to be super rough. Going through they had closed my side mirrors in pretty hard and they also destroyed my license plate cover, the license plate cover is made out of metal and it shocked me with how bad it bent both my cover as well as my license plate not only did it bend my metal cover it also snapped it as well. I don’t think I’ll be back just due to the damages that I had received

Absolutely love this repairs shop. They are thorough and their attention to detail is top notch. From all the technicians, mechanics, paint specialists, estimator, and service advisors there was professionalism from the business. They kept me informed of everything that was going on with my vehicle. They worked with my insurance without myself having to do a lot of the communication between them. I would highly recommend this company. They also had my vehicle done a week before I was thinking they would be done.

The coin machine is broken and nobody is actively working during business hours. I spent an hour here and didnt see one worker... all of the other car washes are 3x better than this can. Also the vacuums are trash! This is what happens when you go to trash places like this and waste your money!

Unfortunately the automated wash is in need of some TLC and investment. The soaps blow all over instead of on my truck's paint since there are not functioning doors. The dryer has been jammed for over a year. This car wash could be making bank on the touchless automated washes this summer. The only other touchless in town is broke. 10-14 bucks is in line with the expensive contact wash services and those are readily updated and maintained at that price point. I won't take my rig thru those due to the scratches they impart on the clearcoat. I hope the owners invest in this car wash and make it something this town needs. A covered/heated self service wash rack (for winters and to keep the sun from drying out soaps) and a modern well maintained automatic wash at the price point they charge.

It took about 10 days to get in,but once I got in, it went quickly. It took a little over an hour for them to finish my truck. Customer service, workmanship, and quality were all outstanding. I'm extremely glad I got my windows tinted here. Customer for life.

Although this is a small shop, I’ve felt like I was a priority every time I’ve gone in. I have gone in for oil changes, a battery replacement and tire pressure issues. Recently, I was experiencing an issue with my breaks. I had taken my car to a different shop due to the location being more convenient. Within a month I was having the same issue, only it seemed to be worse than before. I called Twisted Wrench, and they were happy to squeeze me in. Twisted Wrench identified the issue quickly, I feel like I was fairly charged (given my last minute request), and I have not had any more issues. I will drive a little further from now on to get better service.

Scheduled a detailing for exterior and interior. Dropped vehicle off in the morning around 9 and after an entire day only the interior was done. When I bought my car home it was leaking coolant. A few days prior my vehicle was at the BMW dealership inspected; there were no issues. I would not recommend their service. Seems shady and dishonest. They called to say my vehicle would be ready soon. I decided to head there. Once I arrived they in their office around a computer and not working on my vehicle. I waited hours once I arrived to get my vehicle back around 5:30. Poor service. Please be cautious.
