Worse car wash I ever been. Paid $22. For full services wash and see the pictures of what I got. Told them twice to clean it again and they said it’s the best they can do. I will never recommend it.

I’ve been coming here for years, Every car I’ve had I’ve trusted them to wash it inside and out.. But the last Three trips here have been less than desirable! One time I came in they didn’t wipe off the center council in my truck which I paid two dollars extra to wash and the lady said I have to ask for that to be done…. So I asked them to add on the tire treatment and the gentleman put it on by hand, which looked great. This last time I went, I asked for the same thing and they told me it was just put on during the wash my tires look the same as when I brought it in… I’m not quite sure what the inconsistencies are from? But I hope they start doing better

Prestige recently fully detailed 2 of our vehicles and we were very impressed with their work! I had a negative experience with a different detailing company and received my car back with some damage. I don’t trust many people with my vehicle, but Prestige took great care of it and made her sparkle both inside and out! The previous owner of my daughter’s car smoked and we did everything to get the smell out with no luck. Prestige made the interior look and smell new! We were shocked with how great the exterior looked on her vehicle, too! I have recommended many people to Prestige Auto Detailing- they are professional, reasonably priced and do great work.

I could not be happier with how my car turned out. I had a full detail, PPF, Ceramic, and windows tinted. They all took the time and explained everything they did to the car. We took out Toyota Sienna in to 5S Detailing for an interior detail. We have four little kids and a busy schedule, which means a lot of time spent together in our van. We were in need of some deep cleaning. Brian blew away our expectations!! He was a pleasure to work with. Took one of the family cars in for interior detailing. What I liked: I couldn't believe how clean they got the inside of this sixteen year old vehicle. It looked really good. What I didn't like: I'm deducting two stars because, they don't accept personal checks and I was hit with a 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card. If this policy was posted anywhere, I never saw it. And it was not pointed out when I handed over my card. So, this extra charge added just over ten dollars to the $265 tab. Since I rarely carry around a walletfull of dead presidents, this was my only payment option. In general, I don't do business with places that charge extra for this "convenience". Sorry.

I came back from work overseas and needed my Lexus to be detailed for an upcoming road trip; I was recommended Fresh On The Lot from a friend at work. I called Isaiah and explained my situation (I had less than six days before my trip); Isaiah was able to schedule me in last minute for the interior detail. The vehicle was completed in a few hours (I dropped it off at 10:00 AM and picked it up at 4:00 PM) and the inside looks spotless. The prices are fair and the communication of Fresh On The Lot is suburb. I plan on returning for an exterior detail and I strongly recommend Fresh On The Lot to anyone looking for an outstanding detailing business. Thanks again, guys!

Had them tint my windows. I have previously relied on BlackOut for past vehicles and was always satisfied. When I made my appointment one was available in the next couple days. When I dropped my car off I was a bit worried because it was the hottest day of the summer in the afternoon. I figured whoever was doing the job might be uncomfortable. They finished in a timely manner. And I was told not to judge it or roll down windows for 3 weeks. I followed this to a tee. After 3 weeks I looked it over and noticed a few tiny bubbles on one of the windows (most people probably wouldn't be as anal as me-it was a good job (I've seen bad) I was in the neighborhood and pulled in) They were super. They immediately asked if I wanted to make an appointment or if they should take care of it now. I was surprised and asked how long would it take. 45 minutes- I went to the McDonald's across the street ate and my car was done. I didn't roll the window down for 3 weeks and it is flawless. I never thought I would use anyone other than BlackOut but I am extremely happy with West Allis Ziebart and their staff. A+ all around ps the guarantee makes it to me a no brainer

$17 for a car was that didn't even include an underbody flush, and my van was still very dirty afterwards. Wheels not clean, tailgate not clean. The rinse didn't get all the soap off. The dry didn't get all the water off. Don't waste the money here.

Long story short, Todd did my 2024 Highlander twice in about 3 weeks. Got it to him after I got the car for a full front end, hood, front fenders, mirrors, running boards. I’ve had clear bra done on my 2019 Bullitt. He’s the best you’ll find in the Milwaukee area!! Two weeks later he did it all over again with the same results after a deer ran into the car with only 280 miles on it and after the body shop experts at Concourse Auto Works did the most perfect auto body repair I’ve ever had done. Todd did a fantastic job on our 2024 BMW m340i with installation of a clear bra. We had the full hood, front bumper, and back by the trunk (where you drag luggage) done and you can't even tell there is film on it. He took the time to explain things to us, and also does a check on your car every year for 4 years to make sure nothing is peeling or needs a touch up. He even added a couple thoughtful extras that we appreciated very much.

Got a full interiors detailing done today. For a good price, Montreal and his daughter did a good job on shampooing the car seats. I would give it a 5 star, but when I drove my car after getting it cleaned, there were some soapy spots that felt sticky when touching the car seats. Maybe it just needed an air dry or be wash again without soaps.

Jay’s detailing has done a great job detailing 2 of the cars in my family (so far). Nathan did an absolutely fantastic job! He said he would get out 80 to 90% of the scratches and it was greater then 90% he got out. His attention to detail was also fantastic. He also recommended the soap rags and cleaner to use on the ceramic coat. The coating makes cleaning the truck super easy. I will probably be bringing another car to him soon.

He was very thorough and took the time to explain the entire process and pointed out the issues I didn’t notice when I purchased my new vehicle. I had the level 3 ceramic coating done. I'm conflicted about a low review, because he's a nice guy. Some gum on the seat (one of the reasons I wanted a detail) was just colored black with marker. If you don't already keep your car clean, this is not the place for you. I also had repeated problems calling and asking for an eta, but each time I was lied to (I don't think maliciously) about the car being ready in 2 hours. If LUX learns how manage time better, this would be a good service. He does seem to be a nice, hard working guy

Went to get my interior cleaned on my old Prius. I haven’t gotten it cleaned ever since I bought it. And it has come out looking better than when I first got it! And smells amazing too.
