I purchased an exterior wash and interior detailing. The exterior was pretty good, I had to ask them to wash some bird poop off that didn’t come off in the automatic wash. The detailing was horrible. Windows and mirrors are smudged, they didn’t take the floor mats out to vacuum, they went over the seats, but not very well, the hubcaps except for 1 were gross. They also left grease marks in the back seat. I asked them to fix a few things but then I just felt like a total Karen standing there asking them to redo stuff. Do not recommend at all.

I’d been an unlimited member for years with an option they offered for a family membership. $30 month for 10 washes. This year, without any notice, my rate went from $30 a month to $49 a month and now up to $69 a month for a basic wash with 10 visits. Their top of the line Unlimited offer on line includes EVERYTHING for the same price. While I am getting a basic wash. The worst thing is I tried calling, emailing, with no response. Until I placed a bad review. I had called and cancelled on line and was supposed to get a response but it took 2 times to get it, and then I got a song and dance about how prices have gone up. So why not for unlimited top tier membership??? I have to say I will miss an employee Alvaro who was always marvelous, courteous and friendly. I have found newer providers that offer more for less.

I could not be happier with how my car turned out. I had a full detail, PPF, Ceramic, and windows tinted. They all took the time and explained everything they did to the car. I have never had such a great experience like this before. Plus the communication before, during and after was an added bonus. I will definitely be going back for my detailing.

I was charged a $2 fee for a new sticker because I traded in my old car. That is ridiculous. The employee took it personally about my concern. It is about customer service and not getting money for no reason at all. I will soon be cancelling my subscription, unless they rectify and make changes to a ridiculous policy.

Scrub-a-Dub gets 5 stars from me for EXEMPLARY service. My car had sticky gross spots that didn’t respond to a first wash and the kind workers not only let me go through 4 TIMES but hand scrubbed some of the spots to get them off and customized my washes each time to maximize the effectiveness. I highly recommend their services and customer first attitude!

Found K&D via Google, convenient to my work, & was able to get an appointment with short notice for their Diamond detailing package: complete exterior wash & interior deep clean. I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! I'll definitely be back with my other car & seems like a great place to drop in for the occasional hand wash / wax, which is hard to find. Recommend!

I went to K&d's auto detailing for a basic wash and it had been a while since my last wash. I wish I took before pictures! They did an amazing job, my car looks like it did when I purchased it a year ago. They are extremely professional, the facilities are clean and welcoming and they also adhere to strict covid19 guidelines. I will absolutely be back and plan to book a detailing service for my mother.

Highly recommend! Spilled a 24 ounce iced latte all over the drivers seat, carpet, and me. Big mess. Called at 9 am took vehicle in shortly after. They steam cleaned, dried and had my vehicle back by Noon. Spotless and so clean, very happy customer.

This was my first time working with Mitchell @ Throttle Detail and it won’t be my last. My wife’s car looks better now than it did the first day we brought it home. Mitchell is very professional, detail oriented, hard working, and kept me well informed throughout the entire cleaning process from the initial call to completion. If you love your vehicle and want it looking it’s best you have to give Mitchell at Throttle Detail a call. This isn’t your typical wash, rinse, and vacuum. It's a good cheap car wash they just need to fix the coin collector because it's not registering the correct amount of quarters. I paid 5 dollars for what was suppose to be a 3 dollar wash.

Great way to scrub all the bug guts off the front of your car (because you know the Touchless won’t do it!) Four minutes go fast though, so bring plenty of quarters! And a towel!

Nathan did an absolutely fantastic job! He said he would get out 80 to 90% of the scratches and it was greater then 90% he got out. His attention to detail was also fantastic. He also recommended the soap rags and cleaner to use on the ceramic coat. The coating makes cleaning the truck super easy. I will probably be bringing another car to him soon.

He was very thorough and took the time to explain the entire process and pointed out the issues I didn’t notice when I purchased my new vehicle. I had the level 3 ceramic coating done. Typically a great car wash, but went here last night, 9/14/24, all 3 auto washes were down, but only 2 closed off. Paid for wash, but couldn't use it. Go to the wash bays, swipe the card, this bay has no soap. Took it as a loss and vacuumed the car and cleaned the inside. Literally my only issue at this wash. Been coming here for like, 4 years, this is the first issue I've had. Hoping all is fixed in time for my weekly wash next Saturday🤙

I have lived in the Butler area for almost three years, and I have been able to watch the transformation of this washing bay station change, respectfully, over sometime. I see how the owner cut down some trees in the front, and respectfully, I can see the washing bay more from Hampton and 124th. That’s what originally got my attention. I see the owner installed a new sign, and the premium automatic wash for $12 was very reasonably priced. I was impressed by how the automatic wash cleaned my car of probably around 6 months of my car washing neglect, and it was able to remove some nasty animal dropping marks that was stuck in there for sometime. I was not paid to write this review. Thankful for the service! I recommend people go to this place to get their vehicle cleaned up. Thank you! 😊

Got a full interiors detailing done today. For a good price, Montreal and his daughter did a good job on shampooing the car seats. I would give it a 5 star, but when I drove my car after getting it cleaned, there were some soapy spots that felt sticky when touching the car seats. Maybe it just needed an air dry or be wash again without soaps.

Terrible is an understatement, it soaped my truck up and stop working, no wash or rinse just soap, and the attendant tried for 15 minutes not to give me a refund even after she came outside saw all the soap and verified that the wash was broken because it didn't work for the next customer also! I was on my lunch break and was late getting back to work because they wanted to give me a free wash but it clearly wasn't working and I was on a time schedule.

Had them tint my windows. I have previously relied on BlackOut for past vehicles and was always satisfied. When I made my appointment one was available in the next couple days. When I dropped my car off I was a bit worried because it was the hottest day of the summer in the afternoon. I figured whoever was doing the job might be uncomfortable. They finished in a timely manner. And I was told not to judge it or roll down windows for 3 weeks. I followed this to a tee. After 3 weeks I looked it over and noticed a few tiny bubbles on one of the windows (most people probably wouldn't be as anal as me-it was a good job (I've seen bad) I was in the neighborhood and pulled in) They were super. They immediately asked if I wanted to make an appointment or if they should take care of it now. I was surprised and asked how long would it take. 45 minutes- I went to the McDonald's across the street ate and my car was done. I didn't roll the window down for 3 weeks and it is flawless. I never thought I would use anyone other than BlackOut but I am extremely happy with West Allis Ziebart and their staff. A+ all around ps the guarantee makes it to me a no brainer

This is a great car wash they have good prices great work. The owner is always there and he is the nicest old man and he still works on the cars. Great value detailing option. Just bought a used car which was very dirty inside and out. I didn't want to spend days of time time trying to get all of the stains and smells out myself. I was surprised when the quotes I got from various detail shops went up to $1000! Really, though, that level of service didn't make sense for my well-used car; I just wanted it to be clean. The ultimate detail package from Jilly's fit my needs perfectly. It wasn't a flawless job by any means, but I didn't expect that at this price point. They substantially improved the appearance and condition of nearly every surface of my vehicle, leaving it looking and smelling fresh. Scheduling with them was easy, and staff were ready and expecting me at both drop off in the morning and pick up that evening. I could never have achieved this level of car cleanliness by myself, and the price is quite reasonable for the amount of work that they did.

I requested an appointment for a hand wax and Jill got back to me same-day. We confirmed the appointment for the next day and Steve took my $50 deposit over the phone (the deposit was applied towards the total owed). My car looked beautiful and was done in about two hours. Just ok. A few months after this location opened, now the attendants don't even attempt to scrub the vehicle for the middle-tier $20 wash. Vehicle was covered in a pinkish/purple liquid afterwards that I needed to wipe off. People are harangued to join the monthly subscription and the credit card machines are finicky and slow to process resulting in additional delays. The sign up process is done while people behind are forced to wait. Slow, inefficient, and still a dirty vehicle at the end.

This is a new car wash that opened up and man the service is immaculate! Everyone is so friendly and have awesome attitudes! When you enter the car wash they literally personally spray off tough spots they see so it comes off better in the car wash. The vacuums have amazing suction and there is even a mat cleaner and sink with a scrubber and jet sprayer for harder stains. A great car wash! Definitely worth the membership thanks!

Went to get my interior cleaned on my old Prius. I haven’t gotten it cleaned ever since I bought it. And it has come out looking better than when I first got it! And smells amazing too. I came back from work overseas and needed my Lexus to be detailed for an upcoming road trip; I was recommended Fresh On The Lot from a friend at work. I called Isaiah and explained my situation (I had less than six days before my trip); Isaiah was able to schedule me in last minute for the interior detail. The vehicle was completed in a few hours (I dropped it off at 10:00 AM and picked it up at 4:00 PM) and the inside looks spotless. Took one of the family cars in for interior detailing. What I liked: I couldn't believe how clean they got the inside of this sixteen year old vehicle. It looked really good. What I didn't like: I'm deducting two stars because, they don't accept personal checks and I was hit with a 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card. If this policy was posted anywhere, I never saw it. And it was not pointed out when I handed over my card. So, this extra charge added just over ten dollars to the $265 tab. Since I rarely carry around a walletfull of dead presidents, this was my only payment option. In general, I don't do business with places that charge extra for this "convenience". Sorry.

With children interior detail is a must I was embarrassed how my seats look with crumbs all over and since she’s not tall enough always had footprints on my leather. I had spilled a drink and my door my seat were all splashed. No evidence of that after. Loved the smell of new after I received my car.
