Ryan's work is nothing short of outstanding. I brought my new-to-me S5 in for an interior and engine bay detail. The seats in particular needed some serious attention, but there's nothing like a full detail to get every little trace of the previous owner out of the car. I was already impressed by the interior (this is my first Audi) and it's not like it was gross when I bought it, but after the work was done, I struggle to believe it came out of the factory looking this nice. Unbelievable how much of a difference it made. As for the engine bay detail, I'm glad I didn't sleep on this service. It was an incredible transformation, enough to make me wish I took "before" pictures before I dropped it off. I would recommend ShineCraft to anyone and everyone who wants to get their vehicle the TLC it deserves. I'll certainly be coming back!

I just had my car detailed before selling it, and he did an excellent job. The car is 10 years old and looks better than the day I bought it. My wife and I were both shocked at how great it looked. I initially scheduled a full interior and exterior wash for my Tesla, but when the weather didn’t cooperate and it started raining, Carson took it in stride. He spent extra time doing a thorough interior cleaning and kindly offered to reschedule the exterior wash for a later day. When we finally got to the exterior, he did a fantastic job – my Tesla looks amazing! Carson was incredibly accommodating, especially with my unpredictable schedule, which I really appreciated. His professionalism and attention to detail are top-notch. Highly recommend Carson and Central Wisconsin Auto Spa – 5 stars all the way!

As a mom of 5, ages 3 months-12 years, my vehicle sees it all! We’re constantly in and out getting to all the activities and taking snacks and drinks on the go to stay on schedule. I drive a Ford Expedition Max and as much as I love a clean vehicle it got away from me with how busy we had been through the holidays. The worst case scenario happened: an entire gallon of milk spilled out onto the carpet while I was driving. Not only did most of it soak in, but the smell continued to worsen over time. Carson was available quickly and cleaned it beyond my expectations! I got my car back in brand new condition with detailing in only four hours! With an ozone treatment available as well, my vehicle is brand new. Updated 12/23/24 to 2 stars as the CEO and GM are both in contact with me. Situation was not rectified as of yet, but at least they are in contact with me. 1 star review 12/21/24 - BEWARE...... Car Buffs used to be fantastic. It isn't anymore. I gave y'all a 2nd chance and you failed to make the mark yet again. This is the 2nd time I've spent $40 on a "Best Wash" and gotten nothing but garbage back. My car was not filthy by any means to begin with. I think all they did on the interior was wash the windows and floor mats. I don't even think a vacuum touched my car. PLUS - even though they say in their sign "dry the door jambs" and I've seen them dry my back hatch jamb in the past, they didn't today..... And my hatch is now frozen shut. See the photos. The crumbs were still on the back seat, dust and crumbs in the front cup holder, lint and smears all over the windshield (unable to captured by photo). It's ridiculous that I spent $40 and needed to clean it out the right way at home. I used to be a very loyal customer, but after this 2nd time, I will definitely not be back ever again.

Matt was awesome to work with and very responsive. He does top notch work. He removed rust spots from chrome trim and exhaust pipes on my RAM truck I didn’t think would come out. The ultimate wash is a touch less car wash. It does a fair job. Poor job on the rear of my suv! The overhead door drips nasty floor water all along my suv during blow drying, also the nozzles drip on my suv, so the end result after shelling out $13, is fair to poor. Not at all happy……

Took my daughter to pick up her truck that she had windows tinted and a ceramic coating put on. I must say I wasn't thrilled with her wanting to spend money on doing this to her truck, but when I saw it in person, it was really beautiful. Looked show room ready. The ceramic coating was flawless. The truck just shined. I was absolutely impressed with the look of the truck. They did an awesome job on both the services they supplied.

Shout out to this place. I moved from the UP to here in November last year. The price and service is unmatched compared to the other places I have tried in the wausau area. From the fellas who did the oil change to Brad and Braylon doing an exterior wash with a hand towel dry for FREE, the service and conversation just added to the great affordable price and perks. Can't forget the young man who took the payment at the counter either. Awesome experience and I will certainly be using this place going forward. Rarely have an interaction at a business where everyone is smiling and good to talk to. 10/10 vibes, service, and price.

Yachs did a great job repairing some damage I got from a deer. My car is older and had hidden rust that made the repairs difficult but they were able to return it to me in better condition than it was previous to accident. My son had contacted a few detail shops regarding tinting for his beloved Crown Vic. The customer service left much to be desired and the prices were outrageous. Not having any experience in this area, I was uncomfortable looking into this myself to surprise him when he comes home a US Marine. It needed to be perfect. Tyler explained the options to me, multiple times until they sunk in, and even suggested one based on my son's car and profile. I am absolutely blown away. My son is going to be overjoyed! Meh, for $50+ a month it should better better. We have gone through about 6 times I'm the past 3 weeks. The conveyor is rather jerky, the towels that are provided in the self vacuum area are always damp from top to bottom of the pile (not sure if that's by design but a wet towel does not dry well), and to top it off the entire car is streaky as heck. Glad we got the deal for the first (and only) month after we pulled in and got sticker shock at the menu pricing. The streaking isn't from us, it's from the wash itself.

I’ve been bringing my ten year old car to the dealership since I bought it new. The nearest dealership is about 2 hours away, given the age of the vehicle I decided to look for a local shop to take it. After reading the reviews I decided to take it to Olson and I couldn’t be happier. The service was top notch, they did a thorough inspection of my car and even gave me some tips on how to determine when my vehicle needed maintenance. The last time I took it to the dealership they told me I would need new brakes at my next service interval. After Olson looked at the brakes they told me I could get one or maybe even two more service intervals out of my current brakes. They are honest, and trustworthy. I will continue to take my car there and I suggest everyone else takes their vehicle here too.

This guy was pretty cool to meet me at a time that I was available to get my tint done. He got the tint done in not even 10 minutes, felt like it was rushed to get it done. At first I thought everything was good, didn't inspect until I got home, so i sent him pictures of the mistakes, there was at least 2-3cm of gap that was visible. He just told me that it can happen due to seal not allowing it to slide further. The tint color was different from the factory so I asked him about it and he said that factory has a coating VS tint, which was understandable. He also said if there was a light gap it wouldn't be normal, so i sent him more pictures of the visible light gap. From there he just never answered my text... I would wish that as a business and a professional, he stand up to his promises on his website, as well as man up to his mistakes. I understand not everything goes perfect, but I would expect that as a paying customer, I would be treated better. After further inspections, there's actually particles between the tint and the window causing it to have bubbles. Hoping that I would get a response back to have it redone. Hoping to not be one of those guys that had a bad experience, saw more good reviews than bad about this place that's why i took my truck to him. I will change the ratings here once everything gets fixed. Attached are the images, I dont think thats normal... what do you think? you can also see the tint color differences as well.

We paid for their premium $11 car wash today on Monday 11/06. Once inside, the machine only went over our car three time then the blowers kicked on. Our car was left with a white milkey film which we didn't notice until a while later. I looked for a phone number to call them but was unsuccessful. This car wash did a terrible job cleaning the outside of our car considering it's cost.

The dog wash is disgusting. It is amazing that they offer a self service dog wash BUT they desperately need to upkeep it. It looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned in at least a year. We have used many self service dog washes across America and have never run into one this mismanaged and gross.

THANK YOU AUTO BROS!!! Wife brought her car in to Olson's, spent $1100+ to get her vehicle fixed (violent shaking in front end). Still shaking. She then took it to Midas for the same issue. Spent around the same amount to get it fixed. Still shaking. Finally, she brings it into Auto Bros. Spends same amount-ish, but got the fan motor (and something else related) fixed/replaced as well. NO MORE SHAKING!!! Auto Bros seems to know what they're doing!
