Took my car in to get auto start put in they had the car from 8 am until 630 pm couldn’t figure out the problem took it back a couple days later to get the work finished told me it would be less than an hour there was a snow storm so I told the manager if it’s going to take longer than that please call me so he did told him to just keep the car overnight and I would pick it up the following the. Next days comes haven’t heard anything by 1pm from them so I called he said yeah really can’t figure out what’s going on so I told him I just want a refund I don’t understand why this is such an ordeal my car is a Corolla nothing fancy about it. The manager attempted to give me back 100 less than I paid saying it was a sale price I had the receipt to prove I paid more than apparently everyone else proceeded to give me back 85 I told him to check the receipt again you owe me over 100. Took it to Best Buy within 45 minutes we had the auto start installed and working. They damaged multiple spot on my car wiring wasn’t put back correctly I had to pay another shop 99 bucks to figure that out prior to getting the auto start installed. Company is a total joke. There was no sense of urgency or communication on what was going on. Not to mention the damage done to my vehicle that nobody seemed to bat an eye at. Do yourself a favor is listen to the 1 star reviews like I did not. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual professional

I came into Ziebart with the intent of ceramic tinting my two front windows on my 19 Silverado. I thought the whole process went very smooth and I was very pleased with the professionalism. I have gotten a previous vehicle under-coated here in the past and I was pleased at that time as well. Keep it up!

Visited Wash on Dec 29th 2024. Air is now avaliable at the vacuum stations. This air works great blowing water from hard to dry areas of vehicles such as mirrors. Also works great on the floor mats.

I've used this car wash for YEARS, too many to count, but I never thought to write a review. There are SO many car washes to pick from that I have to share some reasons to come here! 1. They PRE-WASH your car (who else DOES that??) 2. They TOWEL DRY your car (see note in #1) 3. They have brand NEW FREE VACUUMS & mat holders & air stations AND 4. They are REASONABLY PRICED. I see people working there still who've been there for years. Choose THIS car wash!

Take 5 was a little bit,shaky when the first took over Coast but they have worked out all of the problems and have been running very smooth for awhile now. I frequent all 3 locations. As a club member I'm in and out quickly with fantastic results. I would highly recommend them!

Friendly service. Vacuums were great. Didn't get my car entirely clean or entirely dry. They do have compressed air guns to finish drying at the vacuum stations. My only real complaint is that there was a heavy excess of tire shine that ended up all over my wheels and made them look dirtier than before the wash. I will admit the black gloss wheels are difficult enough to keep clean. I had to wipe down the wheels after the wash. Overall left my car looking great.

I was extremely pleased when Jillys opened in Waukesha because we were lacking competition with our current service that was average at best. Jillys has exceeded my and my family’s expectations between pricing and all the amenities so I ended up signing six cars up with them. Nate Who is one of the managers on location is always pleasant, willing to help and continues to be one of the main reasons we come back to Jillys’s. I’ve been a customer with Tsunami Express Car Wash (Waukesha Location) since they opened and it’s been a great experience every time! I switched from Take 5 car wash to Tsunami Express and never looked back. Everything is well maintained, the employees are very respectful, and helpful. There are extra areas to clean your mats, vacuum hoses, and a nice area inside to use towels and glass cleaner for your car. Tsunami Express is probably the best car wash I’ve ever been to. Here’s a couple pictures of the wash after my car was covered in salt.

Love going weekly sometimes more for a wash!! Takes only a few minutes and done!! Car is super clean and the best part is they have all the cleaning equipment for the inside of your car too! Windex, microfiber clothes, and a machine to wash your car mats! It doesn’t get any better!

Worst $10 I ever spent. Was supposed to get an underbody wash with resistance. After wash the wheels looked like they where just sprayed with water. I then looked at the underbody. Dry as a bone. I just paid for a service I didn't receive. What ever happened to a man's word? You pay cash up front. Don't expect me back

Im a disable veteran and this place just stole my money. The old guy didn’t know how to install my tonneau cover on the my truck. Messed up seals , butcher the whole thing. I confront him about it. His response I never done one of these before. Well you could have told me you had no experience I would have done it elsewhere. The thing leaks , gets water when is not supposed to. Left the whole thing misaligned. Terrible job. Top it off it was a 30 minute install , I google it and YouTube it. He took hour and half and charge me for it. Only took off 10$ after I told him what a shifty job he done. I had to really confront him about it. He got very nasty and aggressive. I was charged almost another $200 for installing plus the $1,300 for the tonneau cover. Asswhole , very rude , bad business , shouldn’t do a job if you don’t know it. Instead of just stealing my money. I get to sit on a bad cover and can’t really keep much on the back without getting wet. I live out of my truck and just so frustrating the money wasted.

Update: So someone called and left a message that they were the manager and he wanted me to send pictures of the damage done to my car and said send to the number he called from instead of leaving a number. I sent the pictures to a number using time of call and message time and I have heard nothing since! Really bad service will not return! My car was damaged by this car wash. The brushes pulled the molding off the side of my car as well as put deep gouges in my paint job. I reported what happened and have yet to be contacted back by anyone. I've left several messages at the site as well as with the franchise online who promises to get me in touch with the owner. I've been trying to get hold of someone for over a month. This is awful and unexpected. Guess I'll be contacting my lawyer and insurance company and let them deal with it since no one will deal with me personally.

I’m so frustrated with this location and will be rescinding my membership at the end of the month. The young men and women who work here are very nice but poorly trained. The outside area is always dirty. The vacuums that work - barely work. They are closed when they are supposed to be open. Sure wish some (Jilly’s) would buy them out and give the area what it deserves and we are paying for. I’ve run out of patience.

Just had my 2021 Toyota Tacoma in for detailing. They did a nice job on the interior and exterior paint. Unfortunately they forgot to clean the engine bay and didn’t bother to clean the bed. There were water spots and dirty shoe prints inside the bed. When I brought it back to have the engine bay cleaned I showed them the dirty bed but I was told there is an extra charge for cleaning it and then they accused me of leaving the truck out in the rain, which is not true, the truck sat in my garage until I brought it back to them. I would have been satisfied if they would have just taken a damp rag and wiped off the shoe prints. I paid over $500.00 for the detailing and I would have thought that washing the bed would be a part of the washing process but I guess not. It should have been explained at the point of sale. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I came here because of a bad experience with another local well-known detail shop, and I am glad I did! I had Charisma Customs ceramic coat and tint my new truck and they did an incredible job. I’m pretty picky, but their work ethic, quality, and attention to detail left me with nothing but positive things to say. Got a full interiors detailing done today. For a good price, Montreal and his daughter did a good job on shampooing the car seats. I would give it a 5 star, but when I drove my car after getting it cleaned, there were some soapy spots that felt sticky when touching the car seats. Maybe it just needed an air dry or be wash again without soaps.

Don’t even know where to begin. Drove over 2 hours EACH way to my vehicle PPF and ceramic coated. The way I was treated from the second I got on the phone with them and throughout the whole process till I left, was unbelievable. Yoosof and his wife exceeded my expectations and I know I left my car is the best hands. Went in to have an estimate done. My car was inspected and all my question were answered. I was not rushed and the different services were fully described to me and my wife. I made an appointment to have my paint corrected and a ceramic coating put on. I feel based on the treatment we were given that the upmost attention and care will be used on my vehicle. It was a pleasure to meet with Yoosof and his wife. They made us feel like we mattered. Follow up. Had my car done and it turned out awesome! The car is 11 years old and the color is black. So it was a major task to restore the finish. The corrected and ceramic coated finish brought the finish back to 90% of what it was when new! If you are looking to have a vehicle done, this would be the first place I would go. I drove 45 miles each way and Will be taking my other cars to them.
