I chose this place because my aunt was pleased with her mini suv. I didn't get the same results. Parts of the interior appeared skipped over and when the owner said to me upon car drop off not to expect all the stains to come out, I should have taken that as a red flag and went somewhere else! My seat belts also make a clanging noise when I turn corners and that has never happened until coming to this place. So I had a careless encounter here. Do not recommend. Be careful how you treat people (esp God's chosen) because it will come back on you one day.

Purchased a car from Michael at Winston Automotive recently. It was a pleasure to work with them as they are automotive enthusiasts. Spent some time talking classic cars and getting to know them. I have bought and sold many cars over the years and there is a reputation in the used car industry that many sellers are not exactly honest or reliable. Not here, nope. I should have listened to my gut and relied on my judge of character as I felt very good about working with them initially. Instead I went into this transaction with some hesitation assuming the worst (being burned before). Michael proved me wrong and I am embarrassed to have assumed the worst from him. He is a stand up guy, and held up his promise and delivered just as he said he would. It is so reassuring to know that there are still good people out there that do what they say they will do. Where an old school handshake still means something. Real car enthusiast do care and Winston Automotive delivers! The car I purchased was represented accurately. No hidden surprises. Updated Review - 4/7/23: I really like this car wash. I use both parts. The self-spraying part so I can clean my floor mats…. And the drive-thru part to wash my car. Today we went and we had no change. So I went to the change machine…. It was not working. Right then someone pulled up that worked there. He immediately gave me change! Great customer service…. And after the wash my car looked great!!! 5 stars!!! —————————————————————————— Great car wash. Today we used Regency Car Wash for two reasons. My floor mats were gray from all the salt. So, I used the spray wash. It worked great! They looked brand new after they were cleaned. Than we used the No-Touch Car Wash. My car was a mess from all the snow, salt, and rain. It worked perfect. Afterwards, the car looked great! I highly recommend Regency Car Wash!

We stopped here Saturday morning 1/8 with our two screaming toddlers in the back. Our youngest is terrified of the car wash, and she heard us mention it so she started loosing it before we could even pay. The two ladies working the cashiers window were so beyond sweet and kind. They offered my kids this little toy AND a sticker to try and give them (and us) a better experience. They totally went out of their way to do a kind gesture, & I hope it returns to them 10 fold. I used to go to scrub a dub. To get my truck washed. But they changed there policy's on the overhead washer for trucks. So some employees are new how to set but others didn't. Rocket wash does a much better joh of cleaning your vehicle.

Completely ridiculous waited over an hour to get a simple oil change just for me to pull in the garage and told it is cash only. Even when someone came out and apologized for the wait and should’ve said it is cash only. Definitely won’t be going back ever again. And when a worker told the manager I didn’t have the full amount in cash he was simply rude and said “you will need to leave and return with the full amount because he can’t do shit with his system down”. Waste of my time. And i understand things happen but at least have the decency to inform customers that it will be cash only instead of having them wait for over an hour and then be rude about it.

This is such a beautifully kept clean place with friendly attendants who maintain the place very well and plenty of vacuums and garbage cans and even a free mat wash! It’s heaven! Plus there’s Scooters Coffee right next door so you can drive over after or walk just over the connecting hill to get your honey who’s still cleaning the car a little something sweet. The sunset view is gorgeous too!

i really like rocket wash compared to the other car washing companies because of the great work and the staff. They give out free wash specials and have an amazing subscription program that's worth checking out! The best part is that the car wash uses ceramic protective coating that protects your car and makes your car wash last like no other company. :)

Highly recommend! Spilled a 24 ounce iced latte all over the drivers seat, carpet, and me. Big mess. Called at 9 am took vehicle in shortly after. They steam cleaned, dried and had my vehicle back by Noon. Spotless and so clean, very happy customer.

Car still had dirt film even windows you could see wiper tracks between the dirt. Hard to see payment panel and dryer didn't last long. $9 wasted. Good vacuum though.

I just went to this place with my mom’s car, the manager and another gentleman were polite enough but at the end they wiped down the car. When we got home the back of my mother’s car was filthy! You would think they would say something as they hand dried it. But they let us drive off!

Ryan was very friendly and helpful, and after getting my car in for some testing, was very good and thorough in explaining what all they had found and what should be done, as well as things that might need addressed later on down the road. Service was done in a quick manner, and they even replaced a part they had damaged free of charge, and were upfront and honest about that occurring. Would definitely recommend!

Every window, screen and outside trim of my car looks like the photo. So streaky and foggy - it looks like they plopped a rag in a bucket of water to clean them. Only took the two women 2.5 hours to “detail and wax.” (Note the owner I communicated with was never there when I dropped off or picked up). $250 wasted. Reached out to the previously very responsive owner with these photos and got no response. Do not go here unless you want to pay someone again to do it right.

Kelvin picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off. I gave him a doozie!! Trust me. There was more or less 7 years of dog hair collected and never had it been detailed. My vehicle was dropped back off looking and smelling amazing!! He was very courteous and kind and I will definitely go back to him as well as speak volumes of accolades pertaining to his work. 5 stars across the board! I went here for the first time and did the basic cleaning for my SUV & wow..So happy with the whole experience & customer service!! Diego and his coworker were both great and they went above and beyond with my MESSYYYY SUV! There’s a separate waiting area with a tv (helpful with kids) with clear paneling if you’d like to see them clean— They did outside, inside, cleaned my mats, and so much more. I wish I took before pictures but just trust having 2 kids & overdue on a cleaning that it was a mess 🥴🫣 Well worth the price & definitely tipped to show appreciation - Thank you for the amazing experience! Karen and the team do a spectacular job cleaning deck and all canvas. Incredibly thorough and professional (including sending pix after each cleaning is accomplished).
