Mitch did an incredible job on my wife’s vehicle (interior and exterior detail). It is cleaner than the day we bought it and it was quite the disaster from the dogs and children. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive from the minute we made the appointment until we picked up the vehicle. I have always tried to clean/detail my own vehicles in the past, but after seeing the quality of work that he does, I will definitely be bringing my truck in to him as well. Would definitely recommend booking with him for your vehicle cleaning needs.

After a years worth of three kids three and under and a 70-lb dog getting transported around, my car was in serious need of a deep clean 😅 I found Mitch and Fox Valley Auto Spa on Google and I’m SO grateful I did! The first thing that impressed me, before my car even got cleaned, was his customer service & care. He was super responsive and a great communicator from start to finish! My husband and I were both so shocked at how clean my car was when we picked it up. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to anything relating to car detailing. I've been bringing them my Audi S7 to wash for a while; I would go there every one to two weeks. My paint wasn't in bad shape, but it was far from perfect. I decided I wanted to install paint protection film in order to keep my paint as close to perfect as possible. It was Dynamic Auto Detail's job to clean and correct the paint, and then Auto Trim Design would install the film. The Dynamic Auto Detail crew was able to get my paint looking better than it has ever been. Their paint correction took out nearly every scratch, and they were very careful and knowledgeable enough to avoid burning through the clear coat. Once the PPF was installed by Auto Trim Design, I also had Dynamic Auto Detail apply a ceramic coating, which makes the paint even glossier, and also make washing my car very easy. I can easily recommend Dynamic Auto Detail; they are the people I trust most when it comes to taking care of my car. Note: the pictures attached to this review were of the front end of my car, which is where the paint protection film was installed. The rest of the car looks just as clean.

Was my go to car wash until a few weeks ago I started to go through and there was no water coming out for the underside wash I backed up swiped my card again because I thought maybe it didn’t read my card and then ended up getting charged twice to cover my truck in soap with no water tried calling the number a few times and left my name and number but never received a call back so I was out $26 plus having to go to a different car wash to actually wash the soap off my truck…

I have used this car wash a few times over the years, and I thought it did a good job. I recently purchased an unlimited subscription, thinking it was a good value and based on a few past experiences. This offering is nice, however the car wash service is just okay and not as good as I remembered. The vehicle goes through the wash process pretty quickly, and I think this is why it only does an okay job. The vehicle doesn't always come clean, and some of the wash mechanisms really pound the vehicle. Today, the main spinning horizontal brush was not spinning and was just dragging over the vehicle. I'm surprised they let me go through with it not functioning. Also, the drying nozzles always drag on the folded side mirrors leaving black streaks on them which is annoying.

Have been a member here for years. Never had any issues until last night. After going through car wash the exterior of all my windows had a hazy film all over them. I went back today to go through the car wash and had this hazy substance all over my windows again. I complained to the staff and they acknowledged something is going on with the car wash. So they called over GM Riley. He stated it could be one of their coatings like the titanium or the wax. Then moments later told me there was nothing wrong with their chemicals or systems as he had not noticed this on any other vehicles. Maybe because nobody else had complained to them yet or noticed. I wasn’t aware of a GM checking every vehicle that came out of the car wash to see if their windows had a film on their vehicle windows. It’s an oily substance that is creating a haze that does not wipe off all over the windows and vehicle. It looks like the windows are fogged up but when you wipe it it’s oily. How does a GM of a car wash state it’s possibly their equipment and then moments later contradict themselves by saying it’s not their system or chemicals. My windows should not be dirtier after going through the car wash than they were before after 3 car washes… like I said never had an issue before but when I notice chemical build up or oil or hydraulic fluid from the equipment on a brand new truck I’m going to make them aware. Crappy that the manager failed to acknowledge it’s their equipment. I come through the wash multiple times a week with a titanium package for the wash. I’ll be leaving this car wash, as will my wife, and I’ll be informing the rest of my close family members that have car wash memberships here as well. GM needs to acknowledge that just because others haven’t complained does not mean something isn’t wrong with their car wash. I even wiped down my windows with rubbing alcohol after last nights wash to get rid of the build up and after coming through again twice today back to back the haze is back on my windows. Clearly it’s the car wash.

Just washed my truck with “ Top Dog” wash, and some how it looks worse then when it then when it was dirty. I will never go back there again, nor would I ever recommend this place!!!! What a waste of time and money, no attendant, no contact number for customer service. This place does not give a tinkers dink about customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be OK if it was cleaner and if they actually had the correct time on the door. The door locks before 11 PM. The sign on the door said 11 PM. the door I'm pretty sure it locked 10 minutes early where all my laundry's in washers, we spent $40 to wash it and we had to leave it. We're gonna have to rewash it. I recommend finding a different place to do your laundry.
