Just had my 2021 Toyota Tacoma in for detailing. They did a nice job on the interior and exterior paint. Unfortunately they forgot to clean the engine bay and didn’t bother to clean the bed. There were water spots and dirty shoe prints inside the bed. When I brought it back to have the engine bay cleaned I showed them the dirty bed but I was told there is an extra charge for cleaning it and then they accused me of leaving the truck out in the rain, which is not true, the truck sat in my garage until I brought it back to them. I would have been satisfied if they would have just taken a damp rag and wiped off the shoe prints. I paid over $500.00 for the detailing and I would have thought that washing the bed would be a part of the washing process but I guess not. It should have been explained at the point of sale. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I didn’t plan on stopping at this place but my tire was going flat and they were the first place I could turn into off the freeway. These guys were so quick to come offer me help and take a look at my tire. They found that it had a screw in it. They changed my tire for me so quickly and for very cheap. Very impressed by the customer service I received. This was yesterday at about 5:30pm.

I came back from work overseas and needed my Lexus to be detailed for an upcoming road trip; I was recommended Fresh On The Lot from a friend at work. I called Isaiah and explained my situation (I had less than six days before my trip); Isaiah was able to schedule me in last minute for the interior detail. The vehicle was completed in a few hours (I dropped it off at 10:00 AM and picked it up at 4:00 PM) and the inside looks spotless. The prices are fair and the communication of Fresh On The Lot is suburb. Took one of the family cars in for interior detailing. What I liked: I couldn't believe how clean they got the inside of this sixteen year old vehicle. It looked really good. What I didn't like: I'm deducting two stars because, they don't accept personal checks and I was hit with a 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card. If this policy was posted anywhere, I never saw it. And it was not pointed out when I handed over my card. So, this extra charge added just over ten dollars to the $265 tab. Since I rarely carry around a walletfull of dead presidents, this was my only payment option. In general, I don't do business with places that charge extra for this "convenience". Sorry.

Even though I try to take good care of my vehicle, It is 6 years old and was showing some scratches, swirl marks, pits in the windshield, etc. I took it to Duerst auto detailing and could not be more impressed. Troy performed his magic, cleaned, paint corrected, removed rail dust, polished, shined and applied a full ceramic coating. He polished the windshield and coated it and both sets of wheels as well. He went above and beyond to make my SUV look better than new. The coating is amazing, as I have been driving it now for a week and it is still clean, as the ceramic seems to wick away dirt like a bad dream. Got a full interiors detailing done today. For a good price, Montreal and his daughter did a good job on shampooing the car seats. I would give it a 5 star, but when I drove my car after getting it cleaned, there were some soapy spots that felt sticky when touching the car seats. Maybe it just needed an air dry or be wash again without soaps.

Outstanding paint correction and coating. I bought a new/used vehicle and the previous owner must of gone through a brushed car wash on a weekly basis. The paint was in dire need of polishing and correction. When I picked it up from Ryan at American Made Detail, the finish was better than new. I was incredibly impressed. The whole process from estimating, scheduling, and pickup of the vehicle was an easy and smooth process. Ryan clearly takes pride in his work! WARNING!!! Chemicals in AJs free air freshner + hot sun literally melted car detail. Will never be the same. If it weren't for this mishap- would have been a great review. Do not hang air freshener on shifter or anywhere that it has contact with a surface.

Avoid this place at all costs, it is impossible to cancel your monthly membership. We have called for weeks and am always told a manager will get back to you and never does, when I ask who the manager is they don’t even know their name. I finally showed up in person to see if I could cancel, the entire place was closed with not a staff member in sight.

Prestige recently fully detailed 2 of our vehicles and we were very impressed with their work! I had a negative experience with a different detailing company and received my car back with some damage. I don’t trust many people with my vehicle, but Prestige took great care of it and made her sparkle both inside and out! The previous owner of my daughter’s car smoked and we did everything to get the smell out with no luck. Prestige made the interior look and smell new! We were shocked with how great the exterior looked on her vehicle, too! I have recommended many people to Prestige Auto Detailing- they are professional, reasonably priced and do great work.

A construction worker/Bobcat compact loader backed into my car. These guys did a great job! * see before and after photos. I wanted to wait (work done about a month and a half ago) to leave a review to see if there were any changes but it still looks great! I waited 1 week before I did a touch free car wash and 1 month before doing soft touch. Highly recommend!

Maaco did an awesome job of repairing the body damage on my Ford Explorer. Looks good as new! And it was ready even earlier than promised. This is the second time I have used Maaco, and will definitely use their services in the future if I need body work.

Had them tint my windows. I have previously relied on BlackOut for past vehicles and was always satisfied. When I made my appointment one was available in the next couple days. When I dropped my car off I was a bit worried because it was the hottest day of the summer in the afternoon. I figured whoever was doing the job might be uncomfortable. They finished in a timely manner. And I was told not to judge it or roll down windows for 3 weeks. I followed this to a tee. After 3 weeks I looked it over and noticed a few tiny bubbles on one of the windows (most people probably wouldn't be as anal as me-it was a good job (I've seen bad) I was in the neighborhood and pulled in) They were super. They immediately asked if I wanted to make an appointment or if they should take care of it now. I was surprised and asked how long would it take. 45 minutes- I went to the McDonald's across the street ate and my car was done. I didn't roll the window down for 3 weeks and it is flawless. I never thought I would use anyone other than BlackOut but I am extremely happy with West Allis Ziebart and their staff. A+ all around ps the guarantee makes it to me a no brainer

Can you love a car wash? If yes, I love this car wash!! The staff greets you with a friendly smile and are super helpful explaining the operation and the packages. i.e you go thru the wash before vacuuming the interior.Love the dash wipes and deodorizers. They have a mat wash also. Who doesn't need that? Nice job Jilly's. Great job hiring the right people!!

Worse car wash I ever been. Paid $22. For full services wash and see the pictures of what I got. Told them twice to clean it again and they said it’s the best they can do. I will never recommend it.

I’ve been coming here for years, Every car I’ve had I’ve trusted them to wash it inside and out.. But the last Three trips here have been less than desirable! One time I came in they didn’t wipe off the center council in my truck which I paid two dollars extra to wash and the lady said I have to ask for that to be done…. So I asked them to add on the tire treatment and the gentleman put it on by hand, which looked great. This last time I went, I asked for the same thing and they told me it was just put on during the wash my tires look the same as when I brought it in… I’m not quite sure what the inconsistencies are from? But I hope they start doing better

Took my car in to get auto start put in they had the car from 8 am until 630 pm couldn’t figure out the problem took it back a couple days later to get the work finished told me it would be less than an hour there was a snow storm so I told the manager if it’s going to take longer than that please call me so he did told him to just keep the car overnight and I would pick it up the following the. Next days comes haven’t heard anything by 1pm from them so I called he said yeah really can’t figure out what’s going on so I told him I just want a refund I don’t understand why this is such an ordeal my car is a Corolla nothing fancy about it. The manager attempted to give me back 100 less than I paid saying it was a sale price I had the receipt to prove I paid more than apparently everyone else proceeded to give me back 85 I told him to check the receipt again you owe me over 100. Took it to Best Buy within 45 minutes we had the auto start installed and working. They damaged multiple spot on my car wiring wasn’t put back correctly I had to pay another shop 99 bucks to figure that out prior to getting the auto start installed. Company is a total joke. There was no sense of urgency or communication on what was going on. Not to mention the damage done to my vehicle that nobody seemed to bat an eye at. Do yourself a favor is listen to the 1 star reviews like I did not. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual professional

I came into Ziebart with the intent of ceramic tinting my two front windows on my 19 Silverado. I thought the whole process went very smooth and I was very pleased with the professionalism. What you have here is a store ran by employees who go above and beyond and so very helpful. You call yourself lucky if you get the privilege of being checked out by Debbie, so kind, so very helpful and just all around nice lady. If it were up to me Debbie wouldn't just be employee of the month, but employee of the year along with a healthy sized raise or bonus. In fact you should film her for a day and base your training videos on how she operates daily. I will be switching my daily go to station to kwick trip store #534. OMG!!! Muskegos title secrete!!! The owner Dave has this place dialed in !! First, three motor vacuum system... incredible sucking power!! Second, touch less or soft touch, amazing results! Just pullout, do a quick wipe off and go! If your looking for an every inch clean, go get a full car detail. Then stop by and maintain that detail at warrior car wash in Muskego!
