Got a full interiors detailing done today. For a good price, Montreal and his daughter did a good job on shampooing the car seats. I would give it a 5 star, but when I drove my car after getting it cleaned, there were some soapy spots that felt sticky when touching the car seats. Maybe it just needed an air dry or be wash again without soaps.

Went to get my interior cleaned on my old Prius. I haven’t gotten it cleaned ever since I bought it. And it has come out looking better than when I first got it! And smells amazing too. Wonderful staff, and the manager was friendly and gave me all the appropriate timelines for drop off and pick up. Took one of the family cars in for interior detailing. What I liked: I couldn't believe how clean they got the inside of this sixteen year old vehicle. It looked really good. What I didn't like: I'm deducting two stars because, they don't accept personal checks and I was hit with a 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card. If this policy was posted anywhere, I never saw it. And it was not pointed out when I handed over my card. So, this extra charge added just over ten dollars to the $265 tab. Since I rarely carry around a walletfull of dead presidents, this was my only payment option. In general, I don't do business with places that charge extra for this "convenience". Sorry.

I was looking for a place close by to tint my windows, after seeing this place and reading some reviews I reached out for a quote and was surprised by how reasonable the price was for a full tint job. The job itself took a few hours which worked out well since I had other things to do that day and they promptly texted me saying my car was done. Headed over to pick my car up and saw the amazing work they did. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and informed me well of my options for tint, cost, warranty and how to take care of my tint. With children interior detail is a must I was embarrassed how my seats look with crumbs all over and since she’s not tall enough always had footprints on my leather. I had spilled a drink and my door my seat were all splashed. No evidence of that after. Loved the smell of new after I received my car.

I purchased an exterior wash and interior detailing. The exterior was pretty good, I had to ask them to wash some bird poop off that didn’t come off in the automatic wash. The detailing was horrible. Windows and mirrors are smudged, they didn’t take the floor mats out to vacuum, they went over the seats, but not very well, the hubcaps except for 1 were gross. They also left grease marks in the back seat. I asked them to fix a few things but then I just felt like a total Karen standing there asking them to redo stuff. Do not recommend at all.

I’d been an unlimited member for years with an option they offered for a family membership. $30 month for 10 washes. This year, without any notice, my rate went from $30 a month to $49 a month and now up to $69 a month for a basic wash with 10 visits. Their top of the line Unlimited offer on line includes EVERYTHING for the same price. While I am getting a basic wash. The worst thing is I tried calling, emailing, with no response. Until I placed a bad review. I had called and cancelled on line and was supposed to get a response but it took 2 times to get it, and then I got a song and dance about how prices have gone up. So why not for unlimited top tier membership??? I have to say I will miss an employee Alvaro who was always marvelous, courteous and friendly. I have found newer providers that offer more for less.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WORK!! After my car was detailed at Ceramics last night, it shockingly looks and smells even newer than when I bought it… if that’s even possible!! I cannot imagine the amount of work that was put into cleaning this. After some very unexpected & unfortunate events 3 yrs ago, I bought a new car out of necessity. Admittedly, I was not in the best head space for a long time and did not take care of my car. It literally looked and smelled pretty bad. This morning I cried happy tears while driving it to work. Absolutely perfect! Gabe went above and beyond on my 2013 corvette! Detailed the exhaust tips that were looking a little dull, this was not on his list, but did them anyways. Caramics wants your car looking top notch when it leaves even if it takes a little more effort. The attention to detail is amazing! I came back from work overseas and needed my Lexus to be detailed for an upcoming road trip; I was recommended Fresh On The Lot from a friend at work. I called Isaiah and explained my situation (I had less than six days before my trip); Isaiah was able to schedule me in last minute for the interior detail. The vehicle was completed in a few hours (I dropped it off at 10:00 AM and picked it up at 4:00 PM) and the inside looks spotless. The prices are fair and the communication of Fresh On The Lot is suburb. I'm conflicted about a low review, because he's a nice guy. Some gum on the seat (one of the reasons I wanted a detail) was just colored black with marker. If you don't already keep your car clean, this is not the place for you. I also had repeated problems calling and asking for an eta, but each time I was lied to (I don't think maliciously) about the car being ready in 2 hours. If LUX learns how manage time better, this would be a good service. He does seem to be a nice, hard working guy

Nathan did an absolutely fantastic job! He said he would get out 80 to 90% of the scratches and it was greater then 90% he got out. His attention to detail was also fantastic. He also recommended the soap rags and cleaner to use on the ceramic coat. The coating makes cleaning the truck super easy. I will probably be bringing another car to him soon.

Long story short, Todd did my 2024 Highlander twice in about 3 weeks. Got it to him after I got the car for a full front end, hood, front fenders, mirrors, running boards. I’ve had clear bra done on my 2019 Bullitt. He’s the best you’ll find in the Milwaukee area!! Two weeks later he did it all over again with the same results after a deer ran into the car with only 280 miles on it and after the body shop experts at Concourse Auto Works did the most perfect auto body repair I’ve ever had done. Todd did a fantastic job on our 2024 BMW m340i with installation of a clear bra. We had the full hood, front bumper, and back by the trunk (where you drag luggage) done and you can't even tell there is film on it. He took the time to explain things to us, and also does a check on your car every year for 4 years to make sure nothing is peeling or needs a touch up. He even added a couple thoughtful extras that we appreciated very much.
