Amazing place, my car was beyond filthy after three years of my child’s life and all his messes (and mine 😬) and never having had a detail done. Then, the last straw was having spilled a whole pot of gravy and taken a long time to get it clean so it thoroughly soaked into the carpet. The car now looks like new, better than when I got it. And the family who owns the business is wonderful, they went above and beyond and even offered to keep it drying overnight on Christmas Eve and open up for me to pick it up Christmas Day to make sure it would be fully dry by the time we have to get in it again to head back to Chicago. Really great customer service and work.

The owner was super friendly over the phone and worked me in quickly for an interior detail before I left for the holidays! Made an appointment today for an interior detailing service which exceeded my expectations. It was done within 5 hours even though I dropped it off the same day I made the appointment. Still need to dry out at home but really appreciate how thorough Capitol Car Cleaners was with the service, cleaning crevices like my parking break and areas like the white inside trim around my trunk which I hadn’t cleaned in years. There’s also a nice shine on my dashboard. Thank you also for removing a big crusty stain and some meat juice and soy sauce spill in my trunk.

Capital car cleaners did an amazing job restoring my co-workers car. It was damaged by being sprayed with water that had a ton of iron in it and it sat for 3 weeks like that while on a business trip. If you're looking for a place to get your new car protected, go here! I got a front PPF at a different shop (not realizing they also do PPF here) before coming to Ernesto for a ceramic coat and undercoating. I paid for the interior "resurrection" and was not satisfied. I was told that I could bring it back for more attention to the seats but I was leaving Madison for a month and did not have time to reschedule it (and would have had to pay for more Ubers to and from if I were to drop my car off again). This detail was not worth $350 dollars, and I was recommended to come here from friends who had better luck with the lesser version. First photo is from before (having issues uploading the video - will try again later) and the rest are after (damp footsteps on the ground are from me getting in the car to look so no fault there). I regretted not taking the time to detail it myself.

**Edit September 2021-This is the 2nd time I have taken my car to Josh, first time was January 2021. Car went in for it's maintenance he also provided paint touch up & redid the panel when my car was hit As always it's a joy to work with Josh!! He knows everything about auto detailing! He is on time & always answers my million questions. I still can't stop looking at my car when I walk away. January 2021-Josh Raines is by far the best!!  Communication with Josh was instantaneous.  I got the Level 4 Machine Polish, 5 year Ceramic coating, Windshield Ceramic Coating & was debadged.  Josh did such an amazing  job on my car. & I can't thank him enough. I will be a customer for life!!  My car  turned out amazing,  He is very professional and detail orientated  He also answered the million questions I had.  I purchased the car used  & the swirls were driving me crazy.  I am very particular with my car & didn't want just anybody working on it.  I needed to find somebody experienced in paint correction.   I had no idea who to turn to.   I did a Google  search looking for the best auto paint correction business in the Madison area. I contacted Josh online through his web site & attached pictures of my car.  The response back from Josh was so fast!! I was very excited to hear back from him so quickly.   I had told him what I was looking for and he sent me an estimate via email.  I of course had a ton of questions, &  Josh answered them almost instantaneously via email.   He even gave me additional information which was so helpful.   He kept me informed on the progress of my car & told me when it would be done.   When my car was finished he emailed me and told me when I was able to pick it up.  He was very flexible with me, since I was not able to pick my car up until later in the day.  He sent me an invoice via email to pay for the services.  When I picked up the car I was absolutely stunned, amazed and in awe.  I couldn't pick my jaw up from the floor, my car was silky black!!  I enjoyed meeting him in person, he is the nicest guy ever & very professional.   My car is still clean after driving it home!! I thought for sure it would be full of salt. Josh is an artist for sure!!

Something a picture can’t capture is the smell. My car was so damp when I picked it up, it still hasn’t dried. I couldn’t leave my windows open all day and now my car smells like laundry in the washer has been sitting for days. I did call today and the person I talked to was very apologetic and offered to fix the problem, but my schedule doesn’t allow me to drop my car off again any time soon so they offered a voucher, which I hope is true. At first glance, things looked shiny and clean. After further investigation, that’s not true. Whatever they used to shine my dashboard ended up on the windshield, visor and ceiling. My interior windows weren’t washed. My rugs were so wet that by the time I drove home, they are trashed because it picked up all the dirt from my shoes and soaked it in. There is visible dirt left behind. On the outside of my car, that was ‘hand washed’ there was what feels sticky and full of dirt (picture attached). For an organization that has such great reviews, I had extremely high expectations. I just hope that the awful smell goes away soon.

I dealt with Lou, the owner, he is very professional, honest, and fair priced. His work is absolutely outstanding. I had purchased an SUV that I thought was long gone, it was disgusting, and he made the carpet, leather, dash, and every single part of the interior look like BRAND NEW! Recently bought a slightly used GMC Sierra 1500 which needed a ton of paint correction due to the dealerships poor work trying to get the truck ready for resale. After a lot of research, I decided to go with Bobs Auto Detailing based on the great reviews and customer testimonials. I was able to schedule a paint correction and ceramic coating within a couple weeks and could not be happier with the results. The truck looks great, probably better than it did the day it rolled off the production line, and I've been getting compliments since the day I picked it up. Being a black painted truck and working in the construction industry, it does take long to get dirty but the ceramic coating Bob applied makes cleaning as easy as hosing it off. I highly recommend Bobs Auto Detailing and will defiantly be using Bobs for all of my future vehicle detailing needs. I went camping last week and both of my cars still smell like it. I found Infinity car wash via google and was pleasantly surprised with the reviews and thought I would give it a a shot. Very easy to schedule and next day service, couldn’t get it anywhere else! Drove 30 minutes and arrived on time to my time slot. Dropped my first car off and came back 3 hours later. It smelt AMAZING! Couldn’t even tell that I went camping. One area of improvement I would recommend is the outside/window wash. It doesn’t look like they dry the outside after they wash it as there was spots all around. The windows also had spots, which was a little disappointing since I just got it cleaned. Dropped my second car off and again came back 3 hours later. When I opened my car there was a strong odor, not bad not good. Immediately, the young man who work on my car apologized and said he thinks it’s from the water the spilled in my trunk. He grabbed another employee and they figured out how to open the bottom of my trunk and cleaned it again, very appreciative of that. A few areas of improvement for this one: again, there was spots on the outside of the car and on the window. With this car, I have cloth seats and there are a few stains still on them. Additionally, the scratches on the plastic pieces of my car (trunk, glovebox, door, etc.) are still very prominently there. I understand that it is permanent but I have gotten cars cleaned with worse scratches in the past and you can’t even tell they are there. Now for the main reason for my 3 star review. Last night when I found Infinity car wash I called the number on their webpage to get more information. I wanted to find out what exactly was included, price and to schedule a service. The gentleman I spoke to Miguel, I believe the owner, stated that they clean both the inside and the outside throughly. He asked what vehicles I had and I stated a Ford Escape and a Hyundai Santa Fe. He said for the silver package cleaning it would be $160 for each vehicle. I confirmed twice with him throughout the phone call that it would be $160 for each vehicle and he agreed and confirmed. When I dropped my cars off today I had very little interaction with the gentleman as he only speaks Spanish, so no confirmation of price. When I went to pick up my last car and pay I was being charged $400. I was told I am being charged $180 for the Ford Escape and $190 for the Hyundai Santa Fe plus tax. I would have been okay with this price if I was told this up front, however, I confirmed twice that it was $160 for each car and then after the service was done they are trying to get me for more money. I feel scammed and unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it besides posting this review and warning others. I was going to tip the gentleman $50 for a tip as that is what budgeted for, but after the spontaneous price increase I didn’t have any more to spare. I hope the extra money I paid went to the employee and not the owner. On a side note, the company is called Auto Detail Infinity Car Wash but on my receipt it’s called Davami Car Wash Group. Not sure why but thought I would share that as well. Overall, I will not be going back but it may be a decent place to bring your vehicle if you get your quote in writing up front or pay before the services.

I've already become a repeat customer! Had two vehicles cleaned at Infinity: a mid-size SUV and a 3-row SUV. Both vehicles came back clean and looked almost brand new, which is crazy given one is 15 years old and the other is 10. I opted for the Platinum package on both, mainly for the exterior wax with winter approaching, which I feel was well worth the cost. As others have said, windows may need a touch-up after you pick up your car, but that's mainly because of the material conditioning performed as that product will get on your windows if you roll them down within 24 - 48 hours after pickup. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I recently had the Modesta BC06 coating put on our Tesla Model Y and Chevy Tahoe. Both vehicles are immaculate and so shiny! We’re so happy we brought them in based off of a recommendation from another Tesla-owning friend. He popped the winter wheels / tires on my Tesla too, which was super convenient. I just had bucks legend do ceramic coating on my entire car including wheels and glass and it looks great. He pointed out a lot of the manufacturers paint flaws and was able to paint correct it. He was great to work with and kept me updated on the progress throughout the time he had the car. I wish I knew about him before I drove 2 hours to Illinois to get my other car done. I will be bringing all my cars to him in the future.

I took my car to Buck’s Legend Pro back in July 2024. I had accidentally scratched my brand new car with a metal baseball bat. It was a long scratch!! 😭 Someone from another car shop referred me to Buck and said that he was the only one and the best in town that could take away the scratch safely. Buck did just that!! We had an outstanding experience with Jake and his company. We have several show/collector cars in our collection that we had ceramic coated with the 10 year product. The results were astonishing. Jake performed paint correction and polish before applying the ceramic product. The paint looks absolutely flawless. The 1978 C10 will be displayed at The Muscle Car And Corvette Nationals this year and needless to say is ready for that event. The other is a 1970 Dodge Charger with over 25 year old paint on it. It honestly now looks as if it was professionally repainted. We were so happy with everything we had our company car coated as well. Most importantly Jake was extremely punctual and kept open lines of communication throughout the entire process. The customer service was outstanding. Very happy with all aspects of the encounter. Made arrangements over text with Peter to come to my home the following day to detail the interior of my husbands Explorer. We had never had it done and simply didn’t have the time and energy to do it ourselves. He showed up right on time, did a beautiful job and was gone in under 3 hours. I connected with TMD via facebook marketplace looking for someone to put some life back into a company cargo van. A disgruntled employee returned the van in complete shambles and we were left with no immediate answer as our company is too busy to detail a vehicle. We were very lucky to slip into their schedule! I paid for the works treatment ($38) and found many areas of the vehicle completely untouched. When I returned five minutes later to have them fix the issue (as the signs posted around the building encouraged us to do) there was no acknowledgement of the issues, I was told to try paying for a detail package and maybe they can do a bit better. We will not return.

Disappointed. I went today because I didn’t feel like cleaning the inside of my car because my back hurt. I spent $34 for a car wash and they only did a light vacuum and sprayed some air freshener on the inside. I don’t think they wiped a single thing down on the inside. The dash still looked dusty and the center console for sure had not been touched. I am not one to complain or write reviews, but this was very disappointing. I will think twice the next time about going to have them clean my car. I could have just gone through the drive thru one and saved myself $20.

Well, this experience was not what I expected. When you show up anywhere for any car repair, you expect delays, indifference, and likely a ripoff when it comes to price. Not at Auto Color in Middleton! It was described to me as the option you choose (versus a full body shop) if you're ok with your car not looking quite perfect. The full body shop gave me a $4700 estimate. Auto Color gave me a $1500 estimate. Based on the age and condition of my car, I figured "good enough" would do. Nonetheless, by the time they were done, I couldn't even tell where the damage (deep cuts and dents) had been in the first place. Best of all, Andy treats you like you're an old friend he hasn't seen for a while--but I was a new customer and we'd never met before. The cost? Right on budget. The workmanship? Impeccable. The customer service? Out of this world. If you had any doubts about Auto Color in Middleton, don't. They're not "good enough"; they're really outstanding.

I have been here several times. I noticed a couple of years ago they did a much better job! The last time I went there the inside was still dirty. I went here today and they did not do a good job sweeping out and cleaning my car! They left the floor mats piled on the passengers side floor. In addition, they ripped my atlas when they pulled it out from under the seat and just threw it and other items on the seats and left them there. On top of that when I pulled in the man who asked me what I wanted was rude, and that person is usually nice. Then when I pulled in to the area where they sweep out the car I did not unlock the doors until I was completely out of the car. They always open my passengers side and start sweeping before I am even out of the car; and that makes me uncomfortable! The person who opened the passengers door kept trying to open the door even though it was locked. When I got home I noticed they actually pulled the silver part of my door handle apart from the black rubber part of the door handle. When I called and the manager returned my call, he lied and stated they did not do that. I am certain he is aware that they damage peoples vehicles.I loved this place a couple of years ago, but now I do not recommend going here at all!

The store part was cool, offering basic products for your car(Got a little trash can), and some Mcgraws you can watch while waiting. The cashier was very nice, and I answered my questions. My windows turned out super clean over all, and the outside was your standard clean. Cons: Interior clean was not the greatest. Did not clean or vaccum center console. Even though I left a few things, there were still other parts they could have tried to clean. Overall, for the price for the Pearl package, it was not a bad deal!

The first time I called was the first time I heard about this business and I'm really happy that I did call. Luis/Louise (unsure of spelling) answered all of my questions and provided great customer service. I stopped over right away. When I got there, there was an employee named Ryan behind the counter. very attentive and polite, so I thought he was who I spoke to on the phone. I thanked them both so much for their great customer service. I am definitely going to recommend this place. I really do appreciate the guys fitting me into their schedule and making it a stress-free environment. Prices are great too! Top notch service with employees who actually care. Keep eyes on those two for sure when considering career advancement within the company.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the rust protection that was done on my brand new vehicle after a 2 month wait to get it in to the Madison Ziebart location. In the photos you can see all of the things that they did not spray because those areas are not nice and black. This also indicates to me that they did not properly wash and dry the vehicle prior to coating the areas that they did, they claim they did wash it though. They told me that they do not coat these areas for maintenance purposes down the road however I have talked with other Ziebart locations and have been informed that that is incorrect and that these areas should be coated. When I explain this to them they tell me that the other locations are doing it incorrectly and should not be coating these areas. My point of view on it is that if they are not suppose to do it why would they?, it wouldn't benefit one of those other locations to use more product and time when they are not suppose to because that would cause them to lose money, correct? Looking inside the doors, I used whats called a Porta scope to look in through the holes they drilled to verify that the correct thing had been done. I would like to mention first that these holes are now bare metal and have nothing but a plastic plug to stop rust from starting. Of course it does not appear that the inside of the doors were done as I did not see any materiel as depicted in the Ziebart videos you can find on Youtube. I also added 3 screen shots from Ziebart video for quick reference. I was only able to take photos of inside the back hatch, in the photos with the blue and yellow circle area you can see where I ran my fingers and wiped away the dirt and left a nice clean surface that does not have any coating on it. In the photo with the brownish colored spot (the coating) you can see the coating that should be all over the inside of the door as depicted by Ziebart video (also suppose to be sound deadening) however this shows me that the sprayer was put up to the drain hole and sprayed in and that was as far as it got. In the other photo you can see no residue and that is on the corner of the door where they did actually drill a hole. I presented my argument to them about this and how the Ziebart youtube videos depict an actual layer of rust preventive coating using special tools being applied they claimed that its an invisible film left there that you cant see. They took me back to the area of the shop where they do this work to demonstrate to me how the material sprays out of the one of two spray rods the guy had (one short rod and one longer rod), upon demonstration the sprayer produced no material while still producing the sound of moving air, this was due to a clog in the line which doesn't help there case because how do I or the guy doing the work know if it was simply clogged when he was "spraying" inside my doors? I would also like to note that Ziebart mentions the techs having special tools and sprayer "tips" for each application but this location did not. I took my vehicle here after seeing the outcome on a vehicle exactly like mine that was done by one of the locations I contacted. That vehicle had everything coated as depicted by Ziebarts many rust protection videos on youtube. For example in my photo you can tell my vehicle is white by looking at the edge of the pinch welds that did not get coated completely on either side or the red recovery points that have no coating, the other vehicle mentioned has the same exact recovery points installed and the location that did that vehicle took the time to tape off the loop of each recovery point and coat the rest of it as well as the frame where its bolted to. Mine has no coating on it or the frame around it. Everything not coated on my vehicle is done on the other vehicle mentioned. I requested a refund because I would like to take it to a different location to have it done properly but I was denied. This service cost about $600 initially and then about $55-$60 a year for the next 10 years in order for the warranty to be active. Go look at photos section.

Amazing experience at four seasons! Their location is convenient and we were able to drop our vehicle off the night prior which was helpful! I wanted to sell our jeep due to it being so disgusting but four seasons made it literally look like new. I am so happy with it! Their professionalism and timeliness made it all such a breeze. I will come to them again in the future for all car detailing needs and recommend them to my family and friends. I got an exterior wash + wax, and I really appreciated the local pickup/drop-off at no additional cost. The convenience was a big plus for me, and everyone was very friendly from scheduling to picking up. The wash is what I expected and I appreciate the Fiji water they left for me for supporting their business. However, I did notice that there was dried product leftover on the vehicle in some spots, dried water residue left over in some areas, and some parts were not throughly cleaned like the front end as it still had dead bugs on it. Despite the inconsistencies, I really appreciate their service and I would recommend this company to others. I will not be nit-picky and down grade the review because of this as I understand not everything is going to be perfect, Just keep this in mind and I hope they see this so they can keep improving as I really like what they have here.

These guys were great! They called ahead of time to see if they could come early, and I asked them to wait about 30 minutes, and they showed up right after 30 minutes. The 3 were personable, fun to joke around with, and professional. I have an SUV that has gone on many week-long road trips with 4 little ones, many camping trips, and normal day-to-day messes with my little piggies, so needless to say they had their work cut out for them. They did an amazing job, and really put the time and detail (no pun intended) in making my truck clean again. The price is so fair for the hard work they do, and I couldn't be happier. It literally looks like the first day I drove it off the lot. Also, the fact that they come to your house is so convenient, and saved me the headache of having to sit there with a 3 year old at a shop. They got my vote for next year's detail for sure (as I'll never wait 2 years to get it professionally cleaned again). My babies were so appreciative and felt bad for the mess they left them that they even asked me if they could give them chocolates as a way to say thank you. Thanks again guys! You were awesome!!!

I have a 16 foot Boston Whaler that was detailed by Madison Mobile Auto Detailing. When they washed the interior of my boat, they used a pressure washer and the pressure washer created holes in the gel coat of the inside front of my boat. This occurred on May 6, 2016. I was not home when they first arrived but my father talked to the main employee who was working on my boat and he stated to my father that they “. . . initially were going to power wash the inside of the boat but that didn’t work so they decided to use the water from my hose on my house and hand wash it.” My father observed them hand washing the boat. I also talked to the two gentlemen who were cleaning my boat and at this time, the power washer was not being used and was in the driveway in front of their van. They were hand washing the interior of the boat. Neither employee of Madison Mobile Auto Detailing did not say or mention any thing to me about the damage that had occurred to the interior of the bow of my boat when I talked to them. It was not until later on Friday, after the two employees had left, and I had returned home from work that I looked at their work and immediately saw the damage to the interior of the bow that was caused by the use of a power washer at a much too high level of power. I sent the owner both an email and pictures of the damage. If you could see the pictures, you would see the power washer created “holes” in my gel coat in three different sections. What is troubling is the employees did not tell me about the damage to my boat and they did not tell the truth to the owner. It is clear they damaged my boat as the power washer was “put away” in front of their van and they were using water from my house to clean the boat. When I contacted the owner to address my concerns, he stated that he "believed" his employee and the matter was closed. I would not trust or ever use Madison Mobile Auto Detailing again.

Outstanding work and customer service! My SUV was spotless both inside and out - just like it was brand new! I had both the exterior and interior cleaned and will definitely continue to use them going forward. They were very understanding in rescheduling my detail when snow was in the forecast and I appreciate how they worked around the weather. Everyone I spoke with were very pleasant and they got the job done fast and well. So glad we have such a great business like Truck Specialty and Detail in town!

I have a 2020 GMC Terrain that needed a hitch for very light towing. Made 1 phone call, and they got back to me quickly with a quote way cheaper than Madison shops. Had the parts in quickly, and it only took a couple hours. Very nice people and extremely good work. Even went so far as to attach a bracket to keep the electrical harness from dragging on the ground. Cannot say how nice it is to keep pushing business to a small town shop. You just don't get the above and beyond at some really big places, nor do you have people that give a sh&t. I highly recommend this place.

I just left this location after spending $30 for a deluxe wash. How does my rear view mirror and window both look like this still. The back window looks like something liquid was poured down it and the review mirror wasn’t even touched? Is that not included or is that something I have to request like the air freshener? It states it’s included but if you don’t say anything you will not receive a fragrance. I also watched them close 10 min early. I pulled out at 4:57pm and the cone was out blocking the entrance and there was a customer trying to pull in for a car wash. I got my detail here when they first opened and they took my cup holder ashtray. The only reason I went today is because I really wanted my car washed and not do it myself. BAD CHOICE. Wasted $30 and I still have to wipe my back window and mirrors.

The building itself is immaculately clean. My van, which I paid almost $110 for a deeper clean, is not. The outside looks great, but the interior looks like they did a halfway job of cleaning it. Lots of dust left on the dash, dirt on the floor mats, crumbs left in the cup holders. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

Rocky's is great. They always do a really nice job. My car looks good as new every time. This past detail I called at 10 am to see if they could do a walk in. They were really busy, but squeezed me in and it looked fantastic. So worth it with these guys.

I've had quite a few detailings, and i must say this has been the best detailing service i've ever had. My car looks and smells like a new car again. The price is very much affordable for the amount of service that is offered. I have recommended to another friend who also used BLK Market Mobile Detailing and they absolutely loved it.
