The cleaning/detailing work is always top-notch and good. Only issue is/was the back seats were still wet in some places and fully dried where I had to air-dry an additional 3 hours to fully dry the seats. Kind of annoying as the vehicle was not fully done when we picked it up. Will use another cleaning service the next time.

This is my third time (3rd different vehicle) using Auto Supreme for an interior detail and I really can not be more impressed. I recommend this place 1000%! I got my car detailed here- it was VERY messy due to previous owner. Jon was great about contacting me to confirm things like price and which package I wanted, when it would be done, etc etc. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it- an estimate a lot lower than I was expecting to pay for the mess! He was non judgemental, took pride in his work, and returned my car to me looking brand new. It smelled like lemons. I will definitely come back next time I need a service that he provides. He was patient with my difficult schedule, and very friendly the entire time!

The cost of going through this car wash and a sped I would call, hyper-speed was not worth the dollars I paid. Please, for appearances sake, slow it down so customers can at the minimum feel like they are getting their money’s worth.

Okay, reviewed their services on their website and decided to stop in for a full car wash. I'm in Lacrosse for Thanksgiving so only the express wash was open. Reasonable. But it was a waste of $20 as the road grim from the 10 hour drive from MI to WI was still on the car. Seriously, see the photos. Would not recommend this car wash based upon my experience. Go elsewhere.

They never pick up their phone when i was trying to cancel my membership. I left a voicemail but they never cancel my membership and they charge my card $41+ even several attempt of calling them to cancel my membership. I cant cancel personally coz I don’t live in the area anymore. They are scam. Never purchase a membership from them coz they will never cancel it rven if you requested them to do so and will keep charging for the service you nonlonger need or use.

We brought our truck in to prevent future rust with NHOU! We were so very pleased with the quality of work that was provided! Drop off and pick up was easy. Wish we would have done this sooner! We are new to the area, Ship Shape was the first "Full Service" car wash option that Google showed me. Immediately after clicking on it, I was offered a complimentary $20 wash, and a discount code to share with friends and family. I visited yesterday (Saturday afternoon) 30mins before closing. I was greeted by exceptional customer service even though it was 30mins before closing. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Check them out, you won't regret it!

The car wash is amazing. I used to go to another car wash in town for the monthly package but switched to Soaring Suds a couple months ago. Never have to wait in line, convenient and the wash is great. I put it to the test this afternoon with the dirty Jeep from off-roading in the UP this weekend. Very satisfied! Amazing!!! Seriously went above and beyond in every aspect. I had who knows what (toy, food, or dough from kids??) melted, baked and cemented onto the back of the inside of my car where the sun hits it from something that got left there for a year. At this point I figured it was permanent, and had no expectation of it being removed. The car was incredibly dirty and barely the original cream colored fabric anymore. I have no idea how it's possible for this car and the fabric to be as clean as it is and back to being cream colored. Incredibly fair and reasonable prices. He let it air out overnight for me at his garage and there was just a slight clean car smell left (I had been to a different place years ago and I could barely drive the smell was so bad from cleaning) when I picked it up the next day.
