Okay so I never leave reviews but I have to! The owner worked on my car, I had inner detailing done.. he was quite busy however, that didn’t show in his work. I couldn’t have asked for a better job.. he made me feel at ease and was extremely welcoming. One last thing! The price is so cheap especially with what the results are.. going to this place is a must! He made me love my car!!!!

Every window, screen and outside trim of my car looks like the photo. So streaky and foggy - it looks like they plopped a rag in a bucket of water to clean them. Only took the two women 2.5 hours to “detail and wax.” (Note the owner I communicated with was never there when I dropped off or picked up). $250 wasted. Reached out to the previously very responsive owner with these photos and got no response. Do not go here unless you want to pay someone again to do it right.

Kelvin picked up my vehicle and dropped it back off. I gave him a doozie!! Trust me. There was more or less 7 years of dog hair collected and never had it been detailed. My vehicle was dropped back off looking and smelling amazing!! He was very courteous and kind and I will definitely go back to him as well as speak volumes of accolades pertaining to his work. You will not be disappointed. I wish I had more before photos to attest to all of the hair and build up but the after photos you can see for yourself - the work is impeccable! I’m not mad, just disappointed. This was my experience… I called and asked for their best package. The gentleman I spoke with said that was for show cars and that I should go with the number 6; he reassured me that this package would exceed my expectations. I set up the appointment to drop off the car at 10am. I didn’t ask when it would be done but expected a few hours. I called at 1:30 and was told it would be ready by 3:00. Longer than I expected, but I didn’t express that I needed it sooner so no big deal. I called again at 4:15 to check in (45 minutes from closing time), the gentlemen said, “whoever told you that it would be done by 3:00 was very wrong! I should be done by 4:45.” Got a call at 4:50 saying the car was done and went to pick it up. Upon my arrival, I inspected the car and found all hard interior surfaces had a glossy/sticky finish, including all touch points. Also, there were several spots on the windows and the instrument cluster with oily smudges, likely from a rag used to apply the glossy/sticky finish to the dash, etc. I wasn’t able to get a good photo of the smudges, but the pictures I did take show some of the spots that didn’t meet my expectations. Once again, as I told the gentleman who billed me out, I’m not mad, just disappointed.

Diego and his coworker were both great and they went above and beyond with my MESSYYYY SUV! There’s a separate waiting area with a tv (helpful with kids) with clear paneling if you’d like to see them clean— They did outside, inside, cleaned my mats, and so much more. I wish I took before pictures but just trust having 2 kids & overdue on a cleaning that it was a mess 🥴🫣 Well worth the price & definitely tipped to show appreciation - Thank you for the amazing experience! i had an appointment for a saturday, dropped off my car at 8 am and got a call at 11, was not expecting it to be done so quick! not to mention, i had a scratch on my rims and the tire rubber was torn; once i got the call that the tinting was done, he had told me he fixed those as well! i wasn't even expecting those things to be done, but was super grateful. very fair price too, $316 for ceramic tinting- 35% front two windows, then 25% back half of the car.

I am so bummed. To start, I really like this place. It's well maintained, clean and the free vacuum service is really nice. The people I have interacted with thus far have always been friendly, which makes this all the more disappointing. I recently got a new car (new to me, but a pristine 2011 Black Jetta 2.5 SE) and I wanted an option to keep the underbelly clean from salt during the winter. A co-worker turned me onto the unlimited Silver package at Nappa as it cleans the bottom of the car. Perfect! I subscribed and went several times and loved it. I went there a few days ago and after getting a wash, I checked the back of my car and was shocked by what I saw. It absolutely tore up my trunk. I have tons of scratches and marks all over it that I NEVER had before. I have had the car for a few weeks and before I bought it, I looked it over with a fine toothed comb so I know what marks it previously had and didn't have. I also have the benefit of having all the screenshots the dealership took of the car to show it didn't have these scratches on it before. I could be wrong here, but I could have sworn I noticed either more brushes than I was used to seeing so I am not sure if this could be a byproduct of new stiff brushes perhaps? There were two employees watching the area with the brushes which I wasn't used to seeing, which is why I'm wondering if maybe something around that area was just upgraded or something. Either way, I don't know what to do. I was loving the idea of the silver package cleaning the salt off the bottom of my car and it was doing a great job washing my car up until this last time, but I can't keep going back if it's tearing up my car. There is nothing I do, use or put anywhere near my car that could make marks like that. I baby it way too much for that many marks to happen by some random chance. I don't quite know what to do. I called two days ago, mid day, but no one picked up. I'm going to be out the money for the subscription, but more importantly, my trunk looks like it's been attacked by a steel wool brush. The pictures show some of what I am talking about. The only thing I did to them was black out my plate number, but nothing else has been touched. Like I said, I really like this place, but it has damaged my paint job so it's hard to recommend. I am open to speaking with anyone from the Washington location if they are interested and showing them the car, etc. I think this needs to be addressed.

They did an AMAZING job detailing my car. I felt like it was new again. They even told me to come back once my truck was empty and they would make sure that got done as well. They were very thorough and had great customer service and were very reasonably priced . I’m definitely coming back regularly to maintain it. SO happy with the results!

If I could give 0 starts I would but DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM went in for an oil change on January 4th fast forward to January 12th noticed my engine started making a rattle noise checked it and my engine is knocking checked the oil dipstick no oil was in my engine jacked the car up checked my drain plug it was tightened checked the oil filter and it was loose leaking oil I asked the shop owner Lorenzo if he had tightened them down he said yes but clearly he didn’t tighten the oil filter enough and when I texted him and told him what was going on he proceeded to tell me since I didn’t add half a quart of oil it was already low keep in mind my vehicle was only half a quart from being full he then also told me that “that little leak shouldn’t cause all the oil to leak out bro” and that I would of noticed it right away I told him regardless of when I noticed it the car was in your care should of made sure there wasn’t any leaks before letting me go I assumed he knew what he was doing but clearly not then I proceeded to ask him if he was going to take accountability and fix the issue he told me no that it’s been over a week and that I would of noticed it earlier basically blaming me for his own mistakes he didn’t even offer to take a look at it or drop the oil pan to investigate to see if maybe there was another factor but he didn’t after I spoke to a dealership to see how much it would cost to repair my engine I got told I would need to replace the whole engine engine cost 11k labor cost 5k all together about 17k DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BROTHERS CUSTOMS they cannot do a simple oil change correctly

I took my hyundai elantra N yesterday like around 5:30 so it was cloudy so I thought the wash was pretty good until I seen it today in the morning it has a bunch of swirls & a couple scratches & it's a brand new car now I got to get My new car polished because u guys mest my car up I'm very upset never going back

I took my car to this place because it was close to my work. Please do not go there! I had spilled coffee on the outside and They didn't even clean it properly. But that didn't bother me it, what got me upset was they broke my arm rest!! I called them and they said they couldn't assume responsibility. So unless you want a bad service go at your own risk!

Went in to wash my car and they left dirt and soap all over the car, they denied a refund. Was told that if I bought the membership that would do a better job and they would hand dry it. Why in the world would I do that if this one time wash was terrible and cost me $22 dollars. ? Do not waste your time and money here.

It was nice to have three areas to go to and out in code or pay for car wash. It made it faster than waiting for another person who may not know what they are doing in front of you. The attendant helped guide me into the wash. It took less than two min. There where plenty of vacuums and they worked well after we exited the wash.

Don’t never come here!! The carwash destroys your vehicle and the memberships sucks. You better off washing your own car then come to this bull crap. They automatically take money out your account (which) some people not aware of. The cancellation is a joke. Why not just let people decide if they choose to renew theirs or not.

Something in their brushes destroyed the paint job on my truck. Still waiting to hear how they're planning to resolve this, but it's super annoying and I won't be going back. *update* I was welcomed to come back to look at the footage of my vehicle going into the wash, where they claimed they could see all the damage on my vehicle as I rolled into the car wash. They then showed me a grainy video where they pointed at dirt on the truck that didn't line up with the marks and tried to claim that this was the pre-existing damage. Then they pointed out large chips on the roof, I offered to have them come out to take a look at the truck to show them that those were not chips that that was dirt that had been washed off and then all the things that they were pointing out was just salt and grime from the road. After blatantly looking and seeing that the chip marks that they thought they saw in the video were not actually on my truck they proceeded to lie and Gaslight me and tell me that I had been off-roading when this truck has never done any offroading.

I took my BMW x3 here about a month ago. My vehicle was previously in another shop for 3 months. They couldn’t figure out the problem. Once my vehicle arrived here within 2 days they figured out the problem. Within a week my vehicle had parts ordered and fully repaired. Truly thankful for their service and transparency. Tried out this car wash on a whim. The lot was decent at best. Trash cans were empty which is good and several little things to purchase from vending. However, Unfortunately vacuum number 8 had very low suction to none at all. It would not pick up anything. Also the second stall from the left as you enter had no soap in the high pressure soap wash and the foam brush had very little soap at best. It leaked from its fitting point from the hose to the brush A LOT! The pressure in the brush was minimal as well. I tried all the switches on the wash and all had nothing but ICE COLD WATER! I will say this. It is inexpensive so that is a perk however I think that soap, wax, tire cleaner, etc needs to be refilled. Decent wash to RINSE off your car but definitely not somewhere to WASH OR DETAIL your car on your own. Definitely not worth a return. Hopefully they can make a turn around!!!

This was my first time using this wash. The lot was very clean as well as the washing stalls. They accept quarters or if you don’t have any on hand they also accept Credit card. Soap output on the foam brush and on the pressure wand was great; Lots of soap coverage once it revved up. The prices also beat out some other local car wash spots.

Excellent self-service car wash with hot water! Prices are great too! The high pressure 1500 psi bays are excellent! I come from Racine to use these self spray bays, and it’s absolutely worth it!

There's a lack of quality self-serve bays in this part of the state. This place is pretty decent. Strong water pressure and the nozzle selections do what the selector says they will. No air dryer but I prefer a hand dry anyway.

Was an unlimited member until the car wash damaged my car. I’ve been very understanding that things happen. It has been 10 days since the incident and the general manager has been “too busy” on 2 occasions now to review cameras. Very unprofessional! Update. I have called customer service and was told a regional manager would be in contact with me 2 times now and have yet to receive a phone call. Went back to the car wash to see what was taking so long and the GM isn’t going to be back for 3 days at that point it will be well over 2 weeks since the accident. Very very very poor customer service!!!

Rocket car wash was down again so I decided to go to Mister and glad I did unlike Rocket I am able to wash as many times as I would like with their membership which is not limited to just once a day. The staff was waiting to accompany me and walk me through the process which might I add was very helpful. Great customer service, sophisticated look, by far the best wash in the area and the vacuums were unclogged. Definitely happy with my decision to switch over.

Andrew helped me fix a totaled car by my insurance company which I decided to keep. It’s now my son’s car and looks better than before the accident. Andrew runs a great local body shop in an industry that’s being taken over by large companies buying out all the local shops. I highly recommend this body shop! It was so easy to work with Andrew and Victor. They took care of everything including helping me get a loaner car through Enterprise, which my insurance covered. They did a fantastic job making my car pretty again! Plus, my car was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. The waiting area was clean and I felt comfortable there. I chose this place because my aunt was pleased with her mini suv. I didn't get the same results. Parts of the interior appeared skipped over and when the owner said to me upon car drop off not to expect all the stains to come out, I should have taken that as a red flag and went somewhere else! My seat belts also make a clanging noise when I turn corners and that has never happened until coming to this place. So I had a careless encounter here. Do not recommend. Be careful how you treat people (esp God's chosen) because it will come back on you one day.

I was looking for a tire for my vehicle unfortunately they did not have it, but the owner was kind enough to call around and found one for me at Jantz and told me to bring it back so he could mount it for me. Saved me all the hassle, so thankful! Also would like to add I witnessed great customer service to someone else in the shop who did not speak English, Eric took out his phone and started using google translator in order to communicate effectively and I think that was the first time I’ve seen someone go out of their way to accommodate their clients. I was impressed! 5 stars :)

Toyota Sienna '14 Front bumper replacement with painting. Alfredo and his guys are the best! Decent and honest top-level specialist. The price is an order of magnitude lower than what was given in other places. Timing - as soon as the terms were agreed upon, he took the car to work. Job was completed clearly within the agreed time frame, in my case, from ordering parts to receiving the car - 2 days. The result is beyond praise. Fantastic job!

This is the best place for auto repair in kenosha. Example was looking for complete break job on a newer buick lacrosse and was getting some high quotes $$ I found DAS AUTO by chance and the did the replacement for half what I was quoted from three others. Even found a bad wheel sensor that other shops wouldn't even check without wanting to do a scan test first.. Honest good repair shops are hard to find and I'm keeping this one as my perm place to go for now on..

We are very pleased with this local business and will definitely be back (hopefully won’t have to since it’s a collision repair shop, but you never know!) I am a first time customer and I brought my brand new car to them with paint damage from a parking lot incident. Such a great experience with the Classic Collision Center team! Jenny was super helpful with insurance questions, responding to emails quickly and reviewing the quote with me. John was knowledgeable and fair! His matter of fact communication was appreciated. Machine broke trapping car inside with soap the owner said back out get lost. No refund he said it was your fault for hitting the brake??? Don’t pull in that dangerous building he will tell you to back out with no rinse if the machine stops (It does).

Not bad for a gas station touchless car wash. Washes range from $7 to $13 which seemed fair. Car wasn’t touched by anything but soap and water. Came out looking good but still a bit wet. Wasn’t a good spot to hand dry after the wash but overall I’d recommend it.
