My windshield had a chip just beneath my wiper blade that doubled in size in one week. I knew extreme cold temperatures were in the forecast and I had better get this fixed before it started to spiderweb across my windshield! The customer service was extraordinary! I do not live in Green Bay. Normally they are on route and do not do the repairs in the shop in the late afternoon, but in my case, he made sure I was taken care of! He called me and gave me a time frame to swing by, and have it fixed! The repair specialist explained IN DETAIL how I needed to be cautious due to the location of the crack. He took his time repairing and did his very best to fix the issue. It’s almost obsolete! Just a tiny dot the sun catches at the right angle! I can’t express enough my appreciation for the rush repair when no one would make any room for me elsewhere! I live in a very small town an hour away from GB. There’s no windshield repair place so I had to go around my schedule of travels. I appreciate the customer service and quality so much and would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you again!!

Brought my car in for an exterior and interior detail after a milk spill on my front dash. The staff went above and beyond in removing all of the spill and were even able to help with a ratteling issue behind light fixtures in the car. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me in the loop the entire time with photos and videos of their progress. They were upfront with pricing and I never felt pressured to purchase any upgrades to their cleaning procedures. Signature Auto Salon offers a level of professionalism that is truly impressive. Their knowledge, passion for what they do, and genuine goodness is unwavering, and they literally made my truck look better than the day I bought it (new). They did a complete paint correction on my F350 and added a ceramic coat after my new puppy did her own detailing work to it :/ They were able to get all of the scratches out and did an amazing job on the entire truck. Got the 10 year ceramic coating done on my 2021 f150. Just wanted to say, wow! The reflection of the highway signs on the hood is incredible! Pictures don't do it justice, it's so clear that you could read the signs off the hood. Also, going through the car wash, all the dirt and bugs just wash right off with no effort. I highly recommend going through Jeff, he is a honest guy that cares about perfection

Something unspeakably HORRENDOUS took place inside my new car. Nathan was able to find time the same day to help with my emergency. Absolutely terrible $40 for a car wash and them to vacuum my car. I would have done it myself. Nothing else was even clean. Windows still had fingerprints on them and everything was filthy. Never going back again in my life

The guys at Bayside Auto did an outstanding job detailing my car. When I originally got the car it had an unbelievable amount of swirl and scratch marks. Any amount of light would show all of the imperfections in the paint. I then brought it to Bayside auto and they did a polish, ceramic coat, and engine cleaning. When I got the car back I was amazed at how good the finished product was. The paint was cleared of the swirl marks and scratches, resulting in crystal clear finish. I had my Mustang Convertible Ceramic Coated by Nick and the team June 2024. They cleaned up a lot of flaws in the paint job, that had been done by another company, before they did the Ceramic Coating. It looks better now than when it was new. Late this fall the Mustang had an argument with a Racoon, the Mustang won, but not without some damage to the side of ,bumper. I took it to them to see what they could do and they fixed where the bumper had been damaged and it looks like new. They do a great job at a reasonable price, I would go back and I do recommend them to my friends.
