I happened to be driving by when I saw that they had a deal for $1 car washes. I’m not from around the area and decided to give it a go. The lady was very nice that checked me in. My son had a BLAST watching all of the colors change. The car wash for some reason left a little mud on my rims, but they were very dirty to start with. Nothing a towel they provide couldn’t handle. Their VACUUMES ARE AMAZING. So amazing if anything I would just go there just for this reason! (This mat wouldve been done better, but my younger cold decided he had to GO now). The mat pictured has a ton of crumpled up leaves on it beforehand. I would definitely go again if I make it up here again!

I am very disappointed with the customer service on in the claim department. I just had purchased the monthly pass and went through the car wash. Before going through the car wash the employees use a pressure washer to remove bugs. However, the employee was standing too close and chipped my chrome paint of my hood cover. I even saw pieces of chrome fly up on my windshield and the employee continued to spray. I then completed the wash and drove and spoke to the lead where he submitted a claim. 2 months later and I finally heard back from the claims department informing me that in order for the paint to chip, there had to have been prior chip and the power washing made it worse. I know for a fact that the hood never had chips in it and the power washer indeed took off the paint. She said since there was a prior chip they will not cover the part and nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the manager where I called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and never got a response. Very unprofessional The part for hood cover replacement would cost $150 to replace but instead I canceled my $20 monthly membership.I am someone who loves to keep my truck clean inside and out and they lost a customer would have easily spent over $150 in a year but instead canceled

I went for the purpose of self service The rinse cycles after washing off the soap I realized and the rinse and spot free rinse contained soap. Car does not look good at all.The dial does not seem to work. First time here but not first time at a self service. I prefer these types let's you get every little cranny. However not a good experience at this one. Water pressure was good on the rinse cycle when pulling the handle but it was releasing soap...very odd never had a issue with any self service car wash before.

Your car was on Scott street in fond du lac, wi. Went out of service while i was in line next to go after i already payed. It went out of service because the guy in the waah at the time had a truck to long for the car wash, dodge rams crew cab long beg. How do i get refunded my money.

Convenient and fast. It's a little pricey($10-25) for someone that works at a dealership and can give my car a basic touchless wash anytime for free. It does a good job scrubbing off the dirt, but left water spots on a cloudy, cooler day. I was warned by the sign, but a chrome trim piece was missing after my first visit. Good place if you don't mind the price. I will definitely go again on a $12 Tuesday for their BEST wash.

Local manager is unhelpful to the point that you must spell out what corporate expects her to do even though she knows full well what she should be doing. Currently dealing with corporate and waiting a call from the area manager. Bottom line - when a corporation does not issue a phone number to their physical locations, requires employees to put your personal information on their personal phones, tells you it will take 48 hours for someone to return a call, and that it will take 4 weeks for them to review photo evidence of damage, well, beware. Took my truck threw 20$ was and all my truck is still completely dirty and all it has in brush marks in the dirt. Wheels were no clean at all still dirt on window sills . Not impressed will never go back. Sucks cause i pass it everyday

This was quite literally the worst car wash I've ever had. 18$ for the cheapest option is already an outrageous charge. But at that price the very least that could be done is the car actually finishes getting rinsed! By the time I got out of the tunnel my car was still dripping suds. Speaking of which, there was no fan at the end to dry! So now, after spending 18 gd dollars I'm left with the last of having to reclean my vehicle which is covered in water and soap spots. Will not be returning ever, this place is a scam

Dylan laid down a fabulous ceramic coat on my 2024 Camaro. After I got it back, I took it on a 900 mile trip. When I got back home the car was caked with dead bugs. The coating made clean up a breeze. Spray with water, wipe down with a soapy sponge, spray again and a quick blow dry with a leaf blower and I had the deep shine on my car just like when I picked it up. The wheels clean up very easily as well. It may seem expensive, but the shine and ease of cleanup make it worth the investment.

Always helpful, staff (billy I think) has helped me with my 07 Chevy Silverado's annoying tpms sensors numerous times, where Walmart and Badger tire were unable to program them for some technical reason (not faulting them, just saying Fleet farm will get it done if you have similar issues)

They did a great job washing my trailer out, it had a fish smell and these guys used soap and some other smell-good spray and now my trailer smells great! But most importantly Austin and Dave are good dudes: my airline hose broke and these guys tried to help me as much as they could. Dave even made phone calls to try finding a solution. There's Love's 5 miles south and I was able to fix my problem there but the willingness to help is what I'm talking about

We are extremely pleased with my Deluxe Interior Detailing by AK Detailing. He made my floor mats look new after wear and tear of Wisconsin winters. I had some work done on my front suspension. The day I got my car back was a snow storm, so I didn’t drive my car for 2 days due to the weather. Over the weekend I drove about 50 miles. My front left tire started making a weird knocking sound & my steering wheel started to shake while driving. When I called the shop Monday, the guy who answered couldn’t tell me anything because he wasn’t there the previous week when the work was done, but to bring it in and they’d look at it. My husband went to drive the car there & wheel was about to fall off. When he looked at the wheel he could see the lug nuts weren’t even tightened. We had AAA come to tow it & ended up tightening the lug nuts to drive it there. He said the rim was ruined. We dropped it off and a gentlemen said they would take care of it. The next day(Tuesday) when I heard from them no explanation of why this happened, just my car should be fixed by Thursday. Thursday 3pm no word from them so I called the check the status. The receptionist said they were waiting for the part still. Still no explanation of why this happened, so I asked. She explained to me this happened because of the weather going from cold to warming & the plastic around my rim, can cause the lug nuts to loosen. After doing some research apparently they are the only place/people that are aware this happens because talking to 3 shops & a mechanic in the family with 30+ Years experience, nobody else has ever heard of the weather loosening the lug nuts, only improperly tightened lug nuts can loosen. When we went to pick up the car my husband asked if they did a 7 point check, the receptionist didn’t seem to know what that was. When I called her out about the weather, she said all those people were wrong, and it does affect them. They fixed the problem free of charge, as they should, their tech made the mistake. But no acknowledgment of their error or even an apology for the serious safety issue that was at hand! Not to mention I drive me kids daily in this vehicle! We are so lucky nothing serious happened. I appreciate them fixing the problem but the fact they could not admit to their mistake and apologize for it, and the poor costumer service from the receptionist I will never go back there again.

Chris at United Auto Trim did a fantastic job restoring the bench seat in my 1st gen Toyota Tacoma. He managed to locate 20+ year old seat fabric that was an exact match for my truck, restored the worn out foam, and added padding in the right places to make the seat more comfortable. I used to feel the tiniest bump in the road and now my truck rides like a dream - I can't believe how much better my truck looks and feels. Chris' craftsmanship and attention to detail were spot on, his prices were very reasonable and he was very professional and prompt with his communication. It's obvious these guys have years of experience in the industry and take pride in their work. I couldn't recommend United Auto Trim more highly!

Got a price from theese hacks for a new convertible top.. father tells me 2,000 over the phone, i had it done in Milwaukee for 900.00.. thanks for having me look elsewhere yoi saved me alot of money... update on these hacks.. laid my seat down to vacum found out they they never pulled off the seat cover and replaced it all.new like they said they did, not a surprise again spend your money else where.. i will be posting pick to show shitty work.. noticed all the miss matched colors and they sewed new fabrick to old...proof is in the pictures

Mitch did an incredible job on my wife’s vehicle (interior and exterior detail). It is cleaner than the day we bought it and it was quite the disaster from the dogs and children. He was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive from the minute we made the appointment until we picked up the vehicle.
