Great value detailing option. Just bought a used car which was very dirty inside and out. I didn't want to spend days of time time trying to get all of the stains and smells out myself. I was surprised when the quotes I got from various detail shops went up to $1000! Really, though, that level of service didn't make sense for my well-used car; I just wanted it to be clean. The ultimate detail package from Jilly's fit my needs perfectly. It wasn't a flawless job by any means, but I didn't expect that at this price point. They substantially improved the appearance and condition of nearly every surface of my vehicle, leaving it looking and smelling fresh. Scheduling with them was easy, and staff were ready and expecting me at both drop off in the morning and pick up that evening. I could never have achieved this level of car cleanliness by myself, and the price is quite reasonable for the amount of work that they did.

We confirmed the appointment for the next day and Steve took my $50 deposit over the phone (the deposit was applied towards the total owed). My car looked beautiful and was done in about two hours. Highly recommend! Spilled a 24 ounce iced latte all over the drivers seat, carpet, and me. Big mess. Called at 9 am took vehicle in shortly after. They steam cleaned, dried and had my vehicle back by Noon. Spotless and so clean, very happy customer.

Found K&D via Google, convenient to my work, & was able to get an appointment with short notice for their Diamond detailing package: complete exterior wash & interior deep clean. I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! I went to K&d's auto detailing for a basic wash and it had been a while since my last wash. I wish I took before pictures! They did an amazing job, my car looks like it did when I purchased it a year ago. They are extremely professional, the facilities are clean and welcoming and they also adhere to strict covid19 guidelines. I will absolutely be back and plan to book a detailing service for my mother.

Nathan did an absolutely fantastic job! He said he would get out 80 to 90% of the scratches and it was greater then 90% he got out. His attention to detail was also fantastic. He also recommended the soap rags and cleaner to use on the ceramic coat. The coating makes cleaning the truck super easy. I will probably be bringing another car to him soon.

If you’re looking for a ceramic coating Nathan’s Auto Care is the place to go. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the entire process and pointed out the issues I didn’t notice when I purchased my new vehicle. I had the level 3 ceramic coating done. Took my car in to get auto start put in they had the car from 8 am until 630 pm couldn’t figure out the problem took it back a couple days later to get the work finished told me it would be less than an hour there was a snow storm so I told the manager if it’s going to take longer than that please call me so he did told him to just keep the car overnight and I would pick it up the following the. Next days comes haven’t heard anything by 1pm from them so I called he said yeah really can’t figure out what’s going on so I told him I just want a refund I don’t understand why this is such an ordeal my car is a Corolla nothing fancy about it. The manager attempted to give me back 100 less than I paid saying it was a sale price I had the receipt to prove I paid more than apparently everyone else proceeded to give me back 85 I told him to check the receipt again you owe me over 100. Took it to Best Buy within 45 minutes we had the auto start installed and working. They damaged multiple spot on my car wiring wasn’t put back correctly I had to pay another shop 99 bucks to figure that out prior to getting the auto start installed. Company is a total joke. There was no sense of urgency or communication on what was going on. Not to mention the damage done to my vehicle that nobody seemed to bat an eye at. Do yourself a favor is listen to the 1 star reviews like I did not. Save yourself the headache and go to an actual professional

I came into Ziebart with the intent of ceramic tinting my two front windows on my 19 Silverado. I thought the whole process went very smooth and I was very pleased with the professionalism. I have gotten a previous vehicle under-coated here in the past and I was pleased at that time as well. Keep it up!

Got a full interiors detailing done today. For a good price, Montreal and his daughter did a good job on shampooing the car seats. I would give it a 5 star, but when I drove my car after getting it cleaned, there were some soapy spots that felt sticky when touching the car seats. Maybe it just needed an air dry or be wash again without soaps.

Staff are very friendly and helpful but i noticed once my car is dry, my entire car is covered with long white streaks, appears like it was splashed with gallons and gallons of milk. I have to gi somewhere and get another was just to get rid of it

I purchased an exterior wash and interior detailing. The exterior was pretty good, I had to ask them to wash some bird poop off that didn’t come off in the automatic wash. The detailing was horrible. Windows and mirrors are smudged, they didn’t take the floor mats out to vacuum, they went over the seats, but not very well, the hubcaps except for 1 were gross. They also left grease marks in the back seat. I asked them to fix a few things but then I just felt like a total Karen standing there asking them to redo stuff. Do not recommend at all.

I’d been an unlimited member for years with an option they offered for a family membership. $30 month for 10 washes. This year, without any notice, my rate went from $30 a month to $49 a month and now up to $69 a month for a basic wash with 10 visits. Their top of the line Unlimited offer on line includes EVERYTHING for the same price. While I am getting a basic wash. The worst thing is I tried calling, emailing, with no response. Until I placed a bad review. I had called and cancelled on line and was supposed to get a response but it took 2 times to get it, and then I got a song and dance about how prices have gone up. So why not for unlimited top tier membership??? I have to say I will miss an employee Alvaro who was always marvelous, courteous and friendly. I have found newer providers that offer more for less.

VBS Auto Spa did an amazing job detail cleaning the inside and outside of my 2018 Honda Civic. The car looked brand new when the owner, Andrew Sears, and his crew were finished. VBS applied a window treatment that can stand up to any rainstorm. The service was fast, friendly and went way beyond my expectations. Had them tint my windows. I have previously relied on BlackOut for past vehicles and was always satisfied. When I made my appointment one was available in the next couple days. When I dropped my car off I was a bit worried because it was the hottest day of the summer in the afternoon. I figured whoever was doing the job might be uncomfortable. They finished in a timely manner. And I was told not to judge it or roll down windows for 3 weeks. I followed this to a tee. After 3 weeks I looked it over and noticed a few tiny bubbles on one of the windows (most people probably wouldn't be as anal as me-it was a good job (I've seen bad) I was in the neighborhood and pulled in) They were super. They immediately asked if I wanted to make an appointment or if they should take care of it now. I was surprised and asked how long would it take. 45 minutes- I went to the McDonald's across the street ate and my car was done. I didn't roll the window down for 3 weeks and it is flawless. I never thought I would use anyone other than BlackOut but I am extremely happy with West Allis Ziebart and their staff. A+ all around ps the guarantee makes it to me a no brainer

Im a disable veteran and this place just stole my money. The old guy didn’t know how to install my tonneau cover on the my truck. Messed up seals , butcher the whole thing. I confront him about it. His response I never done one of these before. Well you could have told me you had no experience I would have done it elsewhere. The thing leaks , gets water when is not supposed to. Left the whole thing misaligned. Terrible job. Top it off it was a 30 minute install , I google it and YouTube it. He took hour and half and charge me for it. Only took off 10$ after I told him what a shifty job he done. I had to really confront him about it. He got very nasty and aggressive. I was charged almost another $200 for installing plus the $1,300 for the tonneau cover. Asswhole , very rude , bad business , shouldn’t do a job if you don’t know it. Instead of just stealing my money. I get to sit on a bad cover and can’t really keep much on the back without getting wet. I live out of my truck and just so frustrating the money wasted.

As a woman it is hard to find a good mechanic or somebody to help you with something you need help with without getting taken advantage of and that’s exactly how I felt when I got my car fixed at Elite B detailing and they were the kindest people I feel like at a fair price and the work was remarkable compared to the other quotes I got I am so glad that I ended up picking Elite B I saved it not only a lot of money but a lot of time and having to fix it again when it does break because elite knows what they’re doing and I don’t have to go back to get it fixed! They say the Shadys people are mechanics especially when a woman is involved in and no right rhyme rhythm did I feel any of that I felt welcome I felt I was told exactly what was going to be done and they did it so quickly I was so pleased so please only if we could have more mechanics that are as nice And true to their customers and they don’t try to go with you they make you pay for what you get fixed and it’s normally a pretty fair price I don’t go to anybody for car work anymore but ELite

Took one of the family cars in for interior detailing. What I liked: I couldn't believe how clean they got the inside of this sixteen year old vehicle. It looked really good. What I didn't like: I'm deducting two stars because, they don't accept personal checks and I was hit with a 3.9% surcharge for using a credit card. If this policy was posted anywhere, I never saw it. And it was not pointed out when I handed over my card. So, this extra charge added just over ten dollars to the $265 tab. Since I rarely carry around a walletfull of dead presidents, this was my only payment option. In general, I don't do business with places that charge extra for this "convenience". Sorry.

Smooth experience. Unfortunately paint did come off, but that is the risk you take to pull a deep dent. They had to drill and plug which wasnt ideal, but the dent was completely gone. If this is the worst case scenario, I am absolutely satisfied. Good job, very friendly team.

I didn’t plan on stopping at this place but my tire was going flat and they were the first place I could turn into off the freeway. These guys were so quick to come offer me help and take a look at my tire. They found that it had a screw in it. They changed my tire for me so quickly and for very cheap. Very impressed by the customer service I received. This was yesterday at about 5:30pm.
