Great vacuums and the air hose came in handy. Double hoses so you can park in any spot and vacuum without waiting. The car wash has lots of roller cloths for an amazing clean. They sprayed the car for the bugs prior to being washed. Amazing experience wished I had one closer to where I live.

I took my car in for interior detailing. Just purchased it and it appeared the previous owner smoked in it. When I picked up my car after the detail, it looked like a brand new car. I just came back after going up north on dirt roads. Silvia and another person were the ones that did the work. I got a wax and wash and clean up. They did an amazing job. Perfect. If you want your car done right.. come here. It it worth the cost unless you want to do it yourself.

Chris, after pulling the truck right in to take a look, immediately addressed several install missteps made by me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had my truck rustproofed and 9 years later both my cab corners are rusting thru. They told me the 10 year wrranty was from the date of manufature. I was not told that when I had this done.The name on the business changed since then but still the same people. They told me they will not ohner the warranty because it was Zebart at the time and they do not have records from that time. I talked with the person behind the counter and the manager stayed in the other room and told her what to say and did not come out to talk to me about this. Again, they will not owner the warranty and would not recommend this business to any one.

I've been going to this car wash facility for many years. It's been my go to because it's clean. The vacuums last longer. The self service wash stalls are level and you don't have to worry about them being frozen and icy during winter. Plus when you use your debit card you don't have to worry about being charged once stopped. You get a nice and clean wash. This is and always be my favorite self service car wash. Yes you can go though the automatic wash which is good as well. My preference is self service though. The self service time with wash and vacuum is a bit longer than others.

I have been coming here since this location opened, I have VIP memberships on both of our vehicles, I have had a great experience here most of the time , but on more than occasion, I have had one of their staff when you first pull in mean mug me and motion me in like he was aggravated or irritated… he even took his spray gun and shot it at my passenger side window? Not sure why he has issues but if it continues I will definitely be canceling my memberships and going back to where I was previously, no need to be working at a job that is going to make you that unhappy Mr. Red haired guy

Stopped in for the first time today. Attendant was friendly. Purchased the VIP wash. Very disappointed with the results. My car wasn’t overly dirty- just dusty. Lower portion of both sides of the car still had residue on them.

Don't buy the vouchers. My employer bought a bunch of vouchers that clearly and ONLY talked about the deluxe wash on them. When used, it registers as only $7 which doesn't even get you a basic wash. When I told one of the employees, they tried to gaslight me into saying it said $7 on the voucher (it doesn't say that anywhere, only deluxe wash - I looked because this happened last summer too. See pictures). When I told them it didn't say that, they then said it was told to my company when they bought them. That I don't know. Either way I had to cover the difference. If vouchers are worth only $7 then it should clearly say that, not deluxe wash. Extremely shady business practice, when we paid for those vouchers up front for a certain number of washes. It would be a different story if we were getting billed monthly for the number of washes used.

Paid for the automatic wash. Only washed the sides, not my hood, roof, or top of the trunk. Car came out with dust still on it. The phone number doesn’t work and the website doesn’t let me send a message under the “contact us” tab. All I’m looking for is a simple refund.

Had my truck washed yesterday morning. None of the interior is cleaned (windows, dashboard), also found out this morning that one of them put it into 4wd without putting it back and it caused problems with my steering and differential. First time this has EVER happen. Very disappointed with this place it always used to be so great.

Purchased the ultimate car wash with tire dressing. The floor and seats were not vacuumed. Looks like they cleaned my windows with a dirty diaper. Wheels were not touched or wiped down. They hardly wiped the exterior and big patches of dirt missed all around the truck. Came home and had to redo the whole truck. $30 to make my truck look worse. Absolutely will never go back again and advise you to stay away.

The women working there convinced me to buy the $30 a month elite car wash package. After going through the wash, I noticed that there is still mud on my car. It’s really frustrating that the “elite” wash doesn’t work. Makes me wonder about the regular wash….

Had Mr tints do my 1989 Glastron tints he did a phenomenal job. He uses very high quality tint and has fair prices, He also is very good at communicating with his customers on the status of your vehicle and is very accommodating to you schedule. I recently had two vehicles detailed by Chris, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both cars received full interior and exterior treatments, including a polish. Chris’s attention to detail is unmatched—he restored areas that a previous detailer in Janesville had missed, and he made sure every surface, even under the hood and in the less accessible parts of the trunk, was spotless.
