Matt is incredible at his trade. He has a keen eye to detail and doesn’t let anything leave his shop until it’s just right. I feel confident that whenever I take my car here he will take great care of it. I had a ceramic coating and detailing in 2023 and came back in 2024 for the required annual inspection. It left the shop looking incredible and the coating is still performing great. I would recommend coming here if you value quality work.

Sorry for the long rant, but I have to say this to save other people their time and money. Total Package Detailing on Pershing street is the company. First of all, running a detailing business out of a storage unit with no signage or business logo was the first sign that this was not gonna go good. Second, when dude was vacuuming, his vacuum hose kept rubbing on the paint, along the rocker panel and bumper. When I pointed it out to him and showed him the scratches and marks, he tried to say they were already there. Then he took a buffer and said show me what you're seeing. When I showed him again, he buffed three small swipes and asked other guy if it looked good, not me. Then he said, it was better than when it came in. A detailing company....its supposed to! How about, not scratching the vehicle? Third, when they said they were finished, there was still sand and some small stones all over in the back. When I asked if he considers that clean, he pulled the vacuum over and began to explain to me how a vacuum works, showing me the bristles. I said, I understand how a vacuum works, it is supposed to suck up what you left on the carpet. Then he said, we get paid $200/hr. If you want more than an hour, then you will have to pay more. I didn't care how long it took, I wanted a job done right. I came to get it detailed. How do you offer different package rates for a car you've never seen and don't know how much time it will take to finish the job? I paid money down up front and had to pick a package based on what I thought the degree of dirtiness for my car was. Ridiculous! These photos are after I asked him to vacuum again... The windows were smeared, the handles and dash have rag marks and all smeared. I have spent more time in my driveway cleaning my car than this 'detailing' company. Very defensive and full of excuses and unprofessional customer service. This is an update after he left his response on my review... Just by your response on my review, shows your attitude. You make up excuses, will not take responsibility and only blame the customer. Which most of was bullshit lies. You should not have called me and left me multiple texts trying to explain away the bad service and poor cleaning job. To the point where I had to block you. If you are detailing a vehicle, then you should not have things fall out of the seat after moving it. You asked me to pick a package prior to even knowing you and how small and unprofessional your 'shop' was and ill equipped it was. Also, I didn't know you were going to over anzlyse the vehicle for 15 minutes. You didn't even start until after 9 and was done by 10. Less than an hour to detail a vehicle. You made it sound like you had a crew, not one employee, plus an old hobbling man. I could hear your hose rubbing on my bumper and across my car while vacuuming, that is why I said something. Work on your customer service skills. I wouldn't have paid you another dime for the 'job' you didn't do. No detailing should be $225 for less than an hour. You are completely unequipped to run a detailing company. A small shop vac on a rolling tool cart and some spray bottles, which didn't clean anything. It left smears all over my windows and doors. I ended up doing all of it by myself at home and doing a way better job. If you start charging $400 for used vehicles, as you stated, you better step up your game. The proof is in the pictures. Quinten is a very straightforward, honest guy who has a deep attention to detail (pun intended) when it comes to cleaning cars! He deep-cleaned the interior of my car and gave it a full ozone treatment after the previous owner had 2 dogs in it for the past 8 years. You'd never be able to tell! Overall: Need your family car/van cleaned and cleaned well? Archie's Elite Detailing is THE business in the Fox Valley to hire for this. I was very impressed. Give him a call - you will be glad you did! Context: We had a lingering, earthy, not very pleasant stench in the car. With two kids under 3, we assumed it was dirty shoes, a stray Nespresso pod, or something else, but we learned it was some mold under my youngest son's car seat base (unfortunately). So, we immediately started using our other vehicle for transport. My wife removed and deep cleaned everything in the car... she made the car interior look great, but the smell got only slightly better. A few days later, I used an entire can of Microban and let the car air dry. Still did not solve the problem. Out of options, I had to find a detailer who could help. I called Quinten with Archie's Elite Detailing at 4AM thinking I would get his voicemail, but he picked up and we set up an appointment like it was the middle of the day! I dropped the car off a day or two later, he completed his process (including an ozone machine for 8+ hours) and dropped the car off at my house the following day, all for a very reasonable price. I could tell Quinten is a man who strives to do high quality work and really cares for his customers. The ONLY downside, at least in my case, is the chemical smell afterward. It's stronger than I anticipated, but it should go away as time passes (and hopefully with some baking soda). Thank you Quinten for a job well done! The Fox Valley is lucky to have you.

Superb work! I recently used a mobile detailing service for convenience and I regret it to this day (see my reviews -- one of the WORST financial decisions in my 55 years of being). Ken mentioned to me, after doing my van detail, that the water they pulled from their extraction equipment after doing my van's carpet and seats was absolutely black (what Ken didn't know was that my van's carpet and seats had just recently been "cleaned" by a "professional" mobile cleaning service). Exactly what I wanted! The car was in storage for 6 years and collected a lot of dust, dirt, and needed help. There are a lot of hard track miles on the car which collected tire rubber, scrapes, and road grime. They were able to remove and clean way more than I was expecting and brought back it’s amazing shine.

Excellent Work! My car is back to "Fresh off the lot" condition. One caveat- took a bit longer than expected. Called prior to my appointment and got a 4-5 hour guesstimate. When I dropped off my car at the selected appointment time (9:30), Charles explained he's typically a one-man operation and does the best he can. 3 PM that day I called to check the status, and was quoted "A Few more hours." Called again at 6:00, quoted another hour or so for finishing touches. Drove off the lot at 7:30. (10 Hours later). That said, Charles also offered to pick me up, saving me an Uber trip. Kudos for the good work/customer service.

Just went through this car wash and did the 36.00 internal and external cleaning high end package and inside car had many missed area and the pictures show how they left the back and top of back seats just horrible and charging extra for truck or suv. I will never go back. I see the owner responded. I certainly hope this doesn’t meet the owners expectations either. Front seats looked the same. I already cleaned it myself and looks like new again.

Knowing the long standing car wash businesses are likely feeling the effect of all the new ones, I made an effort to go back to my local car wash! What a regrettable experience!! The person that took my order was crabby and then I'm guessing by mistake, lowered one of my passenger side window just enough to get half my interior all wet! Then the drying crew tried to hide it, and then after the shift supervisor tried looking for a seal problem, then tried to minimize the problem while soaking towels with the water coming out of the door and seats. Next day the owner!!! Said there is nothing else they can do about it, it will eventually dry!

If you want to feel like you have a new car again, please give these guys a visit! A friend of a friend had an accident in my mom’s car, so the interior had to be professionally cleaned. The interior turned out immaculate and the exterior was so shiny, where she almost didn’t recognize her car because it looked so good! When she bought the car there seemed to be a coating on the windshield, and after the cleaning the windshield was amazingly clearer. The owners were also extremely nice. We highly recommend their services!

i bought a 2015 F250 long bed crew cab in Oklahoma. a one owner very clean 100% rust Free Truck. I had Ziebart of Appleton Wisconsin do a complete rust proof service. Now that I have it home I took my Scope wired camera and looked inside the rockers and the doors. I also carefully inspected the frame and suspension for rust preventative coatings. The Job is Excellent! I am extremely pleased and certain this clean rust Free truck with stay that way for many years!!! The pictures are difficult to detect but there is very good coverage inside. the picture with just white paint is a non coated area for comparison.

Fantastic car wash! The first time I went, I intended to just get a single wash, but the memberships were 1/2 off for the first month. So, I signed up. I've had the Clean Monkey membership for 2 months now, and I'm completely satisfied with the quality and value of their washes. The numerous and roomy vacuum stations, the free interior detailing towelette and air freshener on every visit, and the towel exchange program make for a 5 star experience. The lights in the tunnel are fun too, particularly at night.

Easy and affordable. Signed up online for a package. Drove over there and was able to just pull right in car was clean as a whistle after. The vacuum stations are great. Even have a little air compressor blow gun to get Dustin crud out of some of the hard reach spots in your car.

I contacted them much earlier in the year and couldn't find a time with my busy bow season to get in. He gave me a quote and I contacted him as soon as I could right where we left off. Winter storms prevented me from getting there and I was allowed to reschedule hassle free. Once the car was there I was walked through what they'd be doing, sent pictures as he went on what was being done, asked questions to get the car done right (previous work), and the inside of the car was cleaned extremely well. When I picked up the car it looked better than the day I bought it in every way.

These guys know what they're doing when it comes to anything relating to car detailing. I've been bringing them my Audi S7 to wash for a while; I would go there every one to two weeks. My paint wasn't in bad shape, but it was far from perfect. I decided I wanted to install paint protection film in order to keep my paint as close to perfect as possible. It was Dynamic Auto Detail's job to clean and correct the paint, and then Auto Trim Design would install the film. The Dynamic Auto Detail crew was able to get my paint looking better than it has ever been. Their paint correction took out nearly every scratch, and they were very careful and knowledgeable enough to avoid burning through the clear coat. Once the PPF was installed by Auto Trim Design, I also had Dynamic Auto Detail apply a ceramic coating, which makes the paint even glossier, and also make washing my car very easy. I can easily recommend Dynamic Auto Detail; they are the people I trust most when it comes to taking care of my car. Note: the pictures attached to this review were of the front end of my car, which is where the paint protection film was installed. The rest of the car looks just as clean.

Google asked me to write a review since I had visited this location a few weeks ago. I see the concept and I think it's nice to have so close to the house, which is the only reason I'm leaving 2 stars. I went late at night after the kids were in bed so I could vacuum out carseats, I put about 3-4$ into the vacuum and it never turned on. There was no one I could talk to and get my money back, so I left. To say I was disappointed is an understatement as the outlet in our garage had stopped working so I couldn't do it at home. I would just suggest to get your vacuums operational so people can actually use your services, I would love to come back but unfortunately I will not until I know everything will actually work after I put in my money.

If you would like proof of my purchases with this company for the last 2 years since I moved here from out of state, plus any other documentation to make an informed decision on this incident please send me a message and I will help you the best I can. *** continue to my review*** I used to enjoy this wash, been here so many times, so much that I figured I'd go ahead and sign up for the monthly unlimited package. That is until the day I had an issue and was told to basicly go away. I called with an issue I had with a wash and was told to bring in my truck to show them what had happened. I show up to only be greeted rudely and told that I am a liar and that they were not responsible for what had happened before they even looked at my vehicle or understood what happened. To top it off they had already cancelled my account before I even showed up. What had happened was their touch car wash side had left scratches all over my truck that morning. The sides, hood, mirrors, tailgate, roof, and new chrome trim I had just placed on my vehicle that weekend. When I tried to show them that the new chrome had even been scratched, I was told they don't cover after market damage anyway, and to leave without understanding that the scratched chrome proved consistancy. They refused to do an incident report or give any insurance info. So I just contacted my insurance and I am going to let them handle it. (My insurance stated they will go after damages on my behalf due to photo proof and receipts of new equipment installation) A police report has also been filed per my insurance company's request, and was instructed this was not a new occurance for this business. So if you love your paint job beware! Also read the other low star reviews of issues with scratched vehicles. Thank you.

Kyle did an excellent job of bringing a 8 year old car back to original exterior finish. I had multiple rock chips on hood showing a white dot on black surface. With use of original paint, was able to make all imperfections go away. Also handled several scratches in paint and swirls from car washes. Adding a ceramic coating on top made the car look better than my wives new car. His prices were reasonable and he went beyond my requests and expectations.

Very much worth the $20 for unlimited washes per month for the winter months. Purchased less than a week ago and have gotten 6-7 car washes so far. No line, ever. Much more efficient than Kwik Trip. I also really like that it is touch free throughout the whole wash--it was my main deciding factor. Ethan helped me purchase my membership and answered all of my questions. He also uses the pressure washer at the start and goes above and beyond to make sure your car is excellent! Thank you Ethan!

Very disappointed in this place. Been coming here for over 20+ years. Our recent visit was awful. A couple times per year I upgrade to the Extreme package. After being brought back to the vehicle, I noticed the floors mats were soaking wet yet, they are rubber, and were full of water. They did not do the tire shine (I always watch my vehicle through the process). The younger gal was great and did the tires immediately. The vehicle is still "dirty" looking inside, and the bigger issue, we just had window tint installed about 6 months ago. I got in to the vehicle and noticed how the drivers side window is all scratched and "chipped" looking in random areas and some 'swirled' spots. I took several photos after the cashier lady dismissed my concerns. Claimed the tint is just "coming off". I explained that this was NOT what the vehicle window looked like when it was brought here! It is VERY noticeable. The other windows are fine. Just where this one employee was on that side only. It is sickening how this looks, and the lady was rude as heck about it. Definitely will need this window re-done. We definitely will be bringing to the attention of someone higher in the chain. Do better!! And don't use rags from someone else's vehicle!!! P.S. Telling people that you only use microfiber cloth on the vehicles, so there is no way they caused the damage, is 100% WRONG. Do some research on using these cloths on the exterior and windows. And any surface for that matter. They can absolutely cause damage!

Hard working family operated business. I came to drop my car off at about 9pm and Tia was still up working. She did a great job detailing my car. They had a family emergency and there was a slight mixup with keys but they did everything they could to get me my spare key. Even offered to drive my spare key to me. These are the type of people you want to take care of your vehicle, could not recommend them enough.

Good people doin good work. They’re more than happy to explain to you what they’re doing and giving you recommendations on what you should prioritize if in a bind. Had them replace cvs for me, and got setup for more work, real cool dudes. quoted time was on point, & lifetime part warranty? Reasonably priced labor, & free 100 point inspection on top of it? I’m sold. More than satisfied and will be returning. Thanks again guys.
