I was recommended to visit this locally owned business by my friends at Moses Cadillac. I brought my mom's car here to be washed and waxed for her birthday. They did an excellent job and at a very competitive price. Later, I brought my Cadillac here to be washed and waxed as they did such an outstanding job on my mother's car. The owner is very easy to talk to and scheduling is easy and flexible. The staff did a very thorough job with great attention to detail. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I don’t know about the other car washes in this company and locations that I know this one in Huntington West Virginia is amazing! They have gone out of their way anytime. I’ve had any issues to help me resolve any situation. And the people there that I have had interactions with have been some of the friendliest people that I have met in any company. Not to mention the car wash itself is very good.

We dropped the car off, less that two hours later we received a call that the car was ready for pickup. Now, I ask, who can wash, wax and detail a car in less than two hour? No wax, no real detailing, just a wash and quick vacuuming of the interior and spray on tire shine. Lots of interior areas left uncleaned including the back seat area where a child had recently sat during a day trip and left much of the backseat in need of a good cleaning. We will be recleaning the backseat ourselves tomorrow. The charge was $140.00. The same quality work can be found at any full service carwash with the cost being around $35.00 including a tip. Needless to say, once was enough, we will not be using Executive Detailing and Carwash again. In addition, we do not recommend this business to others.

Vacuums are pure trash. I tried 4 different ones & none sucked up anything. When you’re spending $25 you expect to be able to vacuum too. One & done for me. I’ll stick to University Wash.

After paying for a $25 car wash. About 6:10 I wasn’t able to vacuum my vehicle out. Plus I tipped. When the gentleman beside me asked the employees could we finish vacuum out our cars he said sorry bud. We close everything down at 7. Great customer service would have told us that when going through.

I hate to leave a bad review but trying to save the next customer. I had a free coupon so I figured I’d try it out. Spent two minutes max vacuuming and left a white dust substance in my back seat. The quick wipe down did not clean anything, as my whole dash had dust. Then, the actual exterior wash, while the man was as sweet as ever, left my car streaky. The windows are visibly streaky and my tires look untouched. I have a somewhat new car and it was not at all filthy. I almost think it looked better before. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but if I spent money on that I’d be very upset.

This has been easily the worst experience I have had with a body shop. I got rear ended on December the 9th brought my truck in for an estimate to start January was told that it was going to be about a month before they could get the parts and start the repairs received many calls that it was pushed back ended up bringing my truck in on March 21. Received a call on April the 3rd stating that my truck would be done April the 10th. I then received a call on April the 5th stating that a singular backup sensor was on back order and that they had no clue when it would come in and that it seemed like I was gonna be in my rental for a while. After that I called back and inquired why this sensor was not ordered back in January when I brought the vehicle in for inspection and they admitted that they were unaware that it was needing a sensor (something that is very apparent when looking at the vehicle see attached picture) and that it was their mistake. Since then I have not received any calls on the status and have since had to reach out to them to even know what was going on. There has been no attempt to make anything right and have instead had to fight to get any information at all. Overall a very bad experience that still has not been resolved.

The wash attendants are always so helpful at this location. I needed my tag numbers switched and they made sure I was first priority to keep me rolling. Everytime I visit Amber is there to make sure she comes out to greet me and see if I need any air fresheners or any other assistance instead of just waiting for me to pull up. I just purchased my brand new Hyundai Tucson. I wanted to have my windows tinted. I contacted Shannon with Buddy’s Auto detailing, he matched my front two windows and windshield strip up perfectly with the factory tint on the rear. Paid $200 for an interior detail and car was returned still in poor shape. Bought a car 2 months ago and finally got a chance to deal with it. I knew it would be a job. Whoever had it before me destroyed it. I was originally quoted $300 for a seat out total restoration. $300 is insanely high for an interior detail but the car needed an extreme cleaning. The seats didn’t need to come out luckily. While the seats are cleaner than they were they’re still very stained. The carpet was cleaned. The doors and dash were wiped down with what is likely armor all. The speaker areas have what I’m assuming soda spilled down them and those weren’t cleaned. I was told the seats wouldn’t come cleaner and he couldn’t do the speaker covers. He also stated the headliner cannot be cleaned but it can be wiped. Headliner wasn’t wiped or cleaned in the slightest. Not only were those left in poor shape but none of the vents, crevices, cubbies or plastics around the windows were touched. I did reach out to the shop and was offered to bring it back. There’s no point in taking it back when I was told he got it as clean as he could get it. Yes they could clean the vents, cubbies and crevices but I also need the rest cleaned as well and if I’m going to pay another shop to do me seats, speaker overs and headliner, I may as well have them clean it all. I’m just going to cut my loss of $200 since I’m not able to get even part of my money back and take my car to Pemberton AutoSpa in Chesapeake. Now I’m paying an additional $140 for a second full detail in order to have it finished as they state that they can clean the areas that I was told couldn’t be done or done better as well as the areas that weren’t touched. Sucks because I just wanted to support a local new small business. Sadly, I didn’t even get an apology for my dissatisfaction after contacting them. He then blocked me on the Grims Guys Garage Facebook page after I posted my review. Edit to reply- You’re right, it could’ve been handled differently. You could have given a partial refund as you yourself told me that you couldn’t get the seats cleaner, couldn’t clean the speaker covers and refused to touch the headliner. I am now paying another location to clean it right. I’m paying more money so I may as well let them do it right the first time. Also, why would I waste my time with a business owner that wouldn’t even apologize for the way my car was returned to me? I didn’t destroy anything.

09 Tahoe: They did such an excellent job on an extremely dirty vehicle!! I had not given it a good cleaning. In or out, all fall and winter...it was not cluttered. Just dirty!! (I did not provide pics as picked up after dark and drove home, then slipped my mind.) Also, really helpful with my Weathertech cargo liner to fit properly, cutting out the areas to accommodate the 3rd row seats, which I just had learned how to remove. Casey and Samantha are a beautiful young couple running this, and very helpful while not trying to push extras you don't need! I will continue to take my suv to them in the future.

Don’t waste your money! Not well maintained or managed. The wash operated for a few seconds and stopped after hitting my car. Depart wash light came on. I exited and called the problem phone number and was given an office number to request my $10 refund.
