I was recommended to visit this locally owned business by my friends at Moses Cadillac. I brought my mom's car here to be washed and waxed for her birthday. They did an excellent job and at a very competitive price. Later, I brought my Cadillac here to be washed and waxed as they did such an outstanding job on my mother's car. The owner is very easy to talk to and scheduling is easy and flexible. The staff did a very thorough job with great attention to detail. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Overall, I highly recommend this locally owned small business for all your auto detailing needs. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We dropped the car off, less that two hours later we received a call that the car was ready for pickup. Now, I ask, who can wash, wax and detail a car in less than two hour? No wax, no real detailing, just a wash and quick vacuuming of the interior and spray on tire shine. Lots of interior areas left uncleaned including the back seat area where a child had recently sat during a day trip and left much of the backseat in need of a good cleaning. We will be recleaning the backseat ourselves tomorrow. The charge was $140.00. The same quality work can be found at any full service carwash with the cost being around $35.00 including a tip. Needless to say, once was enough, we will not be using Executive Detailing and Carwash again. In addition, we do not recommend this business to others.

Monthly price is good . I love the set up . Each employee I’ve come in contact with are very helpful. They even provide right cloths and supply whichever solutions needed to make inside of car just shiny as outside. Plus, love the rubber mat stand . The hose have good brushes and final item I like is the suction sweeper hose .only thing I recommend is checking daily esp. Winter the actual mechanical brush that washes the car . I’ve gotten several scratches on both my cars . Ty

Customer beware!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Aug 19,2023, I purchased a membership for my new vehicle. I was nervous about it but saw that they had good reviews so I gave it a try. That day, the was was great. The detail station is a very nice bonus. On Wed. Aug 23, 2023, I was close by so in I thought why not knock the dust off. That day, when I got out to dry my vehicle, I noticed a white spot on my windshield so I stood in the door frame to dry it and buff off whatever was left on the windshield. To my surprise, It was a deep gouge in the glass . After looking closely, I noticed deep scratches in the paint and trim from the windshield going back to the sunroof and beyond. My heart sank. This was an 85k two week old vehicle that I had waited on for a long time. I immediately went inside and canceled my membership. The attendant inside, Gabby, didn't even ask why, she just canceled it. I went back outside to finish drying my vehicle an to take off the membership sticker. After thinking about it, I walked in to tell her why I was canceling. She asked where on my vehicle it was damaged and after I told her the location of the damage, she argued with me that there was no way the carwash had damaged my car without even offering to go look at it. She proceeded to say that the roller on the top had been out of order for over a month and was I sure I didn't go to another location. At this point I am frustrated and asked if she was accusing me of lying? I tell her I had been sick all weekend and my vehicle had remained parked in the garage from Sat. when I purchased the membership, until today when I had some errands to run and I felt she needed to check the brushes to make sure no one else received damage to her car. I got on here to give a bad review but saw that another lady had complained of damage and the car wash told her to call or email and they would make it right. So I did both. I called and left a detailed message and emailed a detailed message with pictures of the damage. After a couple of weeks, I received a text message saying to return to the car wash and fill out a incident report. I went back to their location on Sept. 11, 2023 and asked to fill out a report. The lady on shift this day, I believe her name was Courtney, actually walked out and looked at my vehicle and agreed that the scratches were very evident. She asked me to text her the pictures so that she could give them to her boss. Today, I finally receive a letter from Fleet Response representing the car wash saying that they have no evidence that the car wash caused the damage to my car. This is very disappointing ! I have worked hard all my life and this is the first really expensive vehicle I have ever owned. I take very good care of it and Take 5 didn't keep their word about making it right. I will make sure to tell anyone thinking of taking their car to this location to beware!!

After paying for a $25 car wash. About 6:10 I wasn’t able to vacuum my vehicle out. Plus I tipped. When the gentleman beside me asked the employees could we finish vacuum out our cars he said sorry bud. We close everything down at 7. Great customer service would have told us that when going through.

Paid for month unlimited. Cae wash I use closest to my house was closed for nearly a week out of the month. I drive for Uber so regardless rain or shine car has to be clean. The windshield never was clean even after the whole month and always brush steaks on back of car. I ended up not cancelling soon enough and paid 25.00 for the next month which looks like if I'd cancelled n re-enrolled it would have been 10.00. Also the car wash tore of my rear wiper which they say they aren't responsible for on a car past certain age even if it's factory parts. I'll use it this month since it's paid for but I'll be driving on by after that

I hate to leave a bad review but trying to save the next customer. I had a free coupon so I figured I’d try it out. Spent two minutes max vacuuming and left a white dust substance in my back seat. The quick wipe down did not clean anything, as my whole dash had dust. Then, the actual exterior wash, while the man was as sweet as ever, left my car streaky. The windows are visibly streaky and my tires look untouched. I have a somewhat new car and it was not at all filthy. I almost think it looked better before. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but if I spent money on that I’d be very upset.

I've never seen a carwash that doesn't clean windows that's the best part of the wash nor do they have tire shine it's sad cause it's a nice carwash prime location but they need some changes asap please make window clean with tire shine in that 30.00 wash

I only had stereo in my car, and these guys ordered me top notch speakers, the best amp to keep up with power for my speaker. Got me a great deck, installed it, now it sounds like I’m in a concert. After the work was done, offered me a great price on washing my car inside and out. Believe me when I say, I’m a happy costumer. Check them out, I had a great experience.

Went to these guys for some Subs and an Amp and left a very happy customer. Quality work at an actual reasonable price. The guys here are friendly as well. Made me feel like one of their boys the whole time. Go here and give these guys a look next time youre thinking of upgrading something in your car. They'll hook you up Good detailing work too.

I've always detailed my own cars, but work has gotten in the way. I had Shannon do my custom C10 and my C6 Corvette. He did a full paint correction and ceramic coating on both. Let me tell you they turned out AWESOME! He is also very personable and easy to deal with. Buddy's is the only detailer I will use from here on out. 10 out of 10, VERY highly recommended.
