I got an appointment very quickly, which is a huge plus. My exterior work was a 10/10. I had a color correction and ceramic coating done. My interior was maybe a 7/10. I know I only did the basic interior but there was still dust on the dash and headrests, but that’s an easy miss and I was more concerned with the exterior anyways so I didn’t say anything. I know he would have 100% asked me to bring it back if I would have mentioned it. That’s the kind of guy he is. He was very professional and kept me updated on when the car would be done. I will definitely be a returning customer!

We had to finish cleaning the car after the detail and car was left wet still. Left the doors open for several hours and still wet inside. Now there is a sour smell in our vehicle. They also got water on the inside of my dash display and when I called I was told leave the doors open or bring it in and they would put a fan on it. This was the next day it still wasn't dry. Now the display completely quit working on my dash and the lady won't return my calls. Would not recommend

This place is a joke and honestly is probably cutting corners and over charging. Because any business that doesn't have a website can't be trusted. And honestly probably don't even have insurance or a business license. There using free Google listing so that should show you they don't have confidence or take pride in the guilty of work they do. Super happy with the ceramic coating I received on my 2024 Grand Highlander. My husband and I bought this new off the lot and hadn’t even washed it yet, but the swirls and imperfections in the paint were unreal. I normally use a hand car wash because I have solar panels, a fan vent, and other equipment on the top of my van. I now know that, upon request, the Ultimate Shine Car Wash can use their computer program to prevent brushes from touching the top of my Chevy City Express. I was very pleased with the basic wash, especially the manual cleaning the staff did on the back door at the entrance of the building. The free vacuums and mat cleaner were an added plus, I didn't anticipate.

If I could leave a 0 I would. My vehicle is more dirty than before I went thru it. Water spots all over it. None of the brushes touched it. Waste of $28..... EDIT... I went to one of the employees and they told me why it didn't engage the rollers. They told me I could go thru again and they'd fix the issue. Thank you to the managers.

At the time I made the appointment I was given a price of $155.00 by owner for small SUV. When I arrived, the person who said he was the manager gave me a price of $175 + tax because I had a little bit of grass in the back of the car. Actually my car was relatively clean since I am the normally the only one in it. I reluctantly said O.K. When I came to pick it up and looked it over there was a chip a little larger than a dime on the front passenger side fender, which I quickly pointed out to the manager, who said he was the one who detailed it. He said that when he pressure washed the car the paint was probably loose and that it came off. I was livid. I knew that chip was there when I took the car in because I looked it over before dropping it off. Ii asked if he was going to give me any off for the chip and he said that things like that happen. I paid $12.00 for deluxe wash this morning and there was no rinse cycle! I tried again, paying another $12.00 by card and same thing, no rinse. I frantically gathered up coins and put over $2.00 in manual but could not get it to work to rinse my (new) car. I was late for a doctors appointment by this time, no answer to multiple phone calls so drove across Dunbar bridge and paid for that car wash to get to full soap off my car. Pitiful. I will demand a full refund and would never recommend this facility, these are photos of the drive through bay soap I tried to manually wash off but could not get that to work either. Follow-up: I received a call back after the incident and my post. The owner/manager apologized and sent me a check for $20.

I went the other day to vacuum my car but the machine had no suction. That can happen and it probably needed cleaned. I have always had a good experience here so I stopped back in this morning and the suction was perfect, however I wanted to clean my Matts and how no more cash so I drove into the self serve where I knew that took a card. There was no soap, so that was a disappoint but for 2.75 I really was still okay with it. I was only cleaning my Matts, the machine would not shut off though, I had to hit the stop button in hopes to get it to shut off, still nothing. Looked at my bank account it says there was a 10 dollar charge. For What ??? It literally says the charge is 2.75 $ . Now the machine is still running and I'm afraid that Everytime someone uses it I will get charged 10 dollars. I hope not. I have tried calling the number but no answer. I will continue to try and to monitor my bank account.

Went there today. The men that washed the car were very nice and helpful. Tyler came out and helped me with using the touch screen to get the car wash I wanted. After the car was washed and we were at the vacuums my walker collapsed, Tyler came to help me ip as my friend was unable to do it all herself. He went above and beyond to help.

First visit went well and they replaced my rotors and brake calipers at a good price. I was a happy customer. Thumbs up. However, second visit was a different story. Took it in for a wheel bearing replacement and had pretty valuable belongings stolen from the vehicle. I would definitely go elsewhere based on that. *EDIT: The bearings were also installed upside down and I had to pay another shop to do it correctly.

Had to get my Yukon cleaned up after traveling thru several snow squalls in Western Maryland. Came out pretty good, but the wheel shine is not so well. Brought it back, and Jacob ran me through again. A young man with bright red hair explained he prime the wheel shine device and came out much better. Vacuum and drying area well maintained and clean. But some customers are rather rude by keeping their car doors open and not allowing other customers in the lane.

It was a overall wonderful experience. They answered the phone and told me the prices up front. The prices were fair and affordable. It was easy to get to from the street, and there was plenty of parking. The waiting room was air conditioned and well maintained. Tiffany and the team at Allstarr took care of my car and did a proper diagnostic fixing a small issue with a loose terminal. I brought my car here after another shop told me I had a seized engine. Modern, cost-effective car wash. It does a good job and the workers are friendly and fast. We used to go to another car wash that would rip off the rear wiper on my wife's new Volvo SUV ($260!). NOT here! There's free vacuums, and blue spray and fresh towels to detail your interior and clean your windows. You get free air fresheners, too. I buy the monthly pass for top of the line washes, unlimited times per month.... $40.00 and I go through 15-16 times per month! It's located just at the Cross Lanes exit across from Cracker Barrel. Sheets is located nearby also, so get your gas and a soda here after the car wash. If you're traveling up Rt 64 and want to get the road film off of your car, stop in. It's fast and thorough. It's Charlie the Cat approved!

Out of the four car washing stations the two outside car ports currently have 3in of water sitting in the bottom because the drains aren’t working. The middle port (only one not underwater) just took my quarters, and the fourth detached from the others took my friends money, the time started, and nothing happened. This is crazy sonsidering how many people rely on this car wash to keep their vehicles clean. Does anyone know who owns this?

Im glad i called Link automotive just because its part of my zelda gamer tag and even my email! . They went above and beyond to get my van running smoothly for my journey when i was feeling uneasy about driving even an hour in it . They even got me a cab to and from with their taxi service. The driver was nice and the cars were very clean. I have driven 2,678 miles since; up and down the new river gorge and have not had one problem at all. Its still running great! Ive also gotten coupons for future service and texts just checking in! I'd choose Link again in a heartbeat for all my repairs and maintenance and use my AAA to tow it 100 miles to them if i had to ! Its hard to trust mechanics especially when you are traveling but they are trustworthy and kind and their work stands for itself !

Before I can say anything else, the people of Link Automotive (specifically John, Jeff, and Jim) are absolutely top-notch in this guy’s book. I took my 2012 Toyota Camry SE in to them yesterday morning out of my concern that I had begun feeling a slight shuddering sensation when I was driving through Kanawha City a few days prior. My worst fear was that my torque converter was defective, as this is a known issue with my generation of Camry (specifically model years 2012 through 2014). Luckily, this dire fear was allayed when I called Jeff yesterday and he told me that the shuddering sensation was actually due to my front brake rotors being warped and NOT to the aforementioned torque converter, as everything checked out perfectly fine with that part. When I called again this morning to ask if my car was ready for pickup, I had the honor of speaking with John, the technician whom actually did the work. Right off the bat, John was friendly, honest, and super-competent. What’s more, he answered all of my questions as honestly and thoroughly as possible, especially when I asked him about the efficacy of having my transmission fluid and filter replaced beyond the 100,000 mile mark, as I am the second owner of this car and I was uncertain as to whether the original owner had ever kept up such maintenance services at all. While I declined to have this vital service done today, I will certainly have it done very shortly, most likely next month, and I’m hoping John will be the one to perform it. So, having said all of that, here are my top reasons for switching to Link Automotive as my new go-to guys for all things auto-related: •Top-notch staff; you will find no greater professionalism than with the likes of John and Jeff (and I hear Westly’s no slouch either) •Fair pricing; Link’s prices are much, much better than what I would’ve paid at one of the local Toyota dealerships, and they even beat my old independent shop’s prices as well •Quick turnaround time; from key to key, I was able to drop off and pick up my car pretty quickly. Although I could’ve picked it up by close of business yesterday, they were okay with me picking it up early this morning instead. Very nice… •Online appointment scheduling; while it was sometimes nice to go to my old shop as a walk-in, it wasn’t always ideal, as I’d commonly have to get there when they opened at 8:00 am and there was no guarantee that my old shop would be able to get any work done that day. With Link, this is a non-issue, as you can actually book your appointment online just as you would with any dealership service department in the area. It gets no more set-it-and-forget-it than that… -Free ride/shuttle service; thanks to Link, I only had to pay for one Uber ride back to the shop, as Jim (a.k.a. Grumpy…LOL) was nice enough to drive me back to my apartment after I dropped off my car. Door-to-door service indeed… The long and short of it? I am happy and honored to be a new customer of Link Automotive, and I hope to be as much for many more years to come. Thanks again, guys! 😎🚘
