About 5 weeks ago, I used Pro Clean to do a ceramic coating on a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 that I had purchased. They did such an excellent job that I had them to do a ceramic coating on my 2019 Mercedes CLA 250. When I picked up the CLA 250, everything looks great except for a few small spots that were missed. I spoke with Joel, one of the managers. Joel assured me that he would personally get it taken care of, as well as detail the inside of my car just for my inconvenience. I told him that it was not necessary, but he insisted on it. True to his word, when I picked up the CLA 250, 3 days later, it looked Amazing! The spots were gone and the paint job looked as if the car was brand-new. Joel and Pro Cleans professionalism and dedication, goes far above and beyond anything I could have expected. Their attention to detail and willingness to make it right, is a testament to their commitment to Customer Service and Satisfaction. I live in the Tri-Cities, but drove the extra hour, because their work and commitment is second-to-none! I highly recommend that anyone looking for a ceramic coating, wax, clean or detail job for their vehicle. My husband David Young and I got ahold of Eric to see if he would be interested in polishing a 21 Ft. Thunderjet we are preparing to sell due to an injury. He didnt have this in his list of services, but didn’t hesitate to try. We dropped the boat off with confidence that it would be done well. These guys are great! I always like to support a Family owned business when possible. Adrian was great to get it scheduled with, and he communicated clearly what they would do and the total cost up front. The car I took in for a family member was a disaster and smelled like an ashtray from cigarette smoke. I wasn't sure they could get it out. To my surprise, Hector got the cigarette smell out. Smells great and looks great. I'm very impressed with the operation and the service of this business. I will be referring anyone I know that needs a Detail to Adrian and Hector at California Auto Shine.

Best touch free carwash I've patronized. The price is fair and the wash cleaned the underside of my car. Automatic drier moves over the car as oppossed to most others where you have to drive out slowly to get dried. Manual washes also accept credit cards which let you wash until you press the stop button on the keypayd.

Don't take your car here if you like the paint on your car I just stopped by today didn't realize the 2 guys up front were gonna gonna scratch the hell outta my car with the dirty a** brush. Don't recommend to anyone with a nice car. Place is best for mud trucks and farm cars

Car wash does a great job and usually the kids dying the vehicles do to. Unfortunately my last trip in they leaned up against my truck in 2 spots while shining the rims. A week later and I still have the spots on my hood and truck bed from the rag being used. Luckily today is wash day again

The soft-touch automatic does a good job as far as cleaning the car goes. Almost always greeted when pulling in. They give you wipes for inside your car and a towel to dry afterward which is much appreciated! It would be nice to give 2 drying towels for larger vehicles and free vacuuming. Only complaint is one of the guys there waited until the last minute to pre-wash the front and back (not because he was busy) and then gave a half effort on both the front and back.
