Man, where do I even start? This is the 2nd time I've been to AutoSpa360, and I've been blown away both times. Yesterday, I dropped off my Camry, which had a cigarette smoke smell inside. But after an interior detailing? Car looked brand new inside, and the smoke odor was long gone!10/10 would recommend, prices are well worth paying.

I got all of my side/rear windows tinted and the tint was applied to perfection, nothing even remotely wrong with the technical side of job. It was completed quickly and the price was by far best around. They were professional and as helpful as possible when trying to explain different tint levels and how they would reflect on my car and the whole experience was great, highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Miraculous Detail! They detailed the inside of my car on December 6th, and let me tell you—it was a mess. As a cigar smoker, my car smelled like an ashtray, especially after my friend spilled the ashtray in the back seat. But after they were done, it looked and smelled like a brand-new car. I also had them wash the exterior since I had a date the next day and wanted my car to shine. They didn’t disappoint—it was spotless and gleaming. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and honesty. They called to let me know my in-cabin air filter was dirty and offered to replace it. They got a new filter for me and only charged me the retail price—no markup, which is unheard of these days. Their exceptional work and trustworthiness have made me a customer for life. Initially I was skeptical of hiring a “mobile” auto detailing service but Eliseo’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor changed my mind. He was very honest and wanted to ensure that he created a service package that addressed my main concerns. He was extremely thorough. Moreover, his passion for his work is evident - he spent nearly 8 hours one day polishing the vehicle and requested that he be able to come back the following day because he felt he could do better on one section of the vehicle. Just wow! I spoke with Eliseo last week, and he had the opportunity to look over my 2016 Mazda CX-5 to better determine what level of cleaning I needed. I opted for the silver package, but also wanted the clay bar to bring back the paint luster. Eliseo communicated extremely well prior to, and on the day of the scheduled cleaning. He had planned to work approximately 6 hours to complete the job, but he actually spent 7 hours, then asked if he could come back the following morning to complete the rubber mats and a couple of little spots he was not happy with. Again, the communication the next day was exemplary — we could not have asked for more. He spent another 1.5 hours the next day, as he is clearly a man who wants to do the best job possible, with great attention to detail. My Mazda looks FANTASTIC, and I recommend Eliseo to anyone who wants to have their car detailed. I am including some before and after photos here, to give you an idea of his work ethic and skill. I’m soooo happy with how my sweet old car looks!!

Update: Philip posted below on his detailing high horse opining about my unrealistic and ignorantly high standards. Sorry, but if you look at the pictures posted after the original detail, I don't think that leaving that level of dirt on a "detailed" car is acceptable, particularly the interior. And, I'll beg to differ, but if part of the package is to clay bar all body panels, my understanding is that they should be as clean as possible (including tree sap or other large contaminants) before the clay bar process can take place. Abdu never asked nor pointed it out the first time around. He could have alerted me to the fact that there is tree sap and there will be a slight charge as a result, but that communication never happened. Instead Abdu clayed over existing tree sap/contaminant and moved on. This inattention to detail from a professional Detailer is frustrating at best. I guess I am just an amateur, but I've been around enough detailed cars and professional Detailers to know which details are taken care of as a matter of pride in workmanship. And, if there is a concern about price adjustment, communicate it. Don't just leave it, move on and hope the customer doesn't notice. I'm mainly docking stars on this review based on the owner's attitude below. He tried to do the right thing, but then felt the need to get defensive. UPDATE: Phillip, the owner/operator came out an re-detailed the vehicle. He was open to feedback on the detail and willing to correct the issues identified. Having prior detailing experience myself, I was a little concerned with the inattention to some of the key details (door jambs, interior dirty spots and corners, tree sap untreated before a clay bar, etc.) . Phillip came out and made an effort to correct these errors and I appreciate it. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The detailer was a very nice guy. Personable and cheery first thing in the AM. However, I purchased the Gleam II package, which includes a clay bar of all body panels. I didn't get a chance to really check the car before the detailer left, but after running the back of my hand on the hood and roof, it was clear that contaminants still remained. Moreover, there was still some tree sap stuck to the paint. All of this should have been corrected with a proper clay bar. Did the clay bar even happen? The wax used was barely felt as well. It seemed like it was a quick wash and not a real hand wax either. Interior was mostly good, though there were a few dirt marks that were not addressed. Lastly, the detailer forgot to clean the door jambs. That's detailing 101. I tried to call the number on the Mobigleam website and it just led to a voicemail. No call back. Hopefully, this review gets someone's attention and Mobigleam has a chance to redeem the quality of their detail.

My 2012 FIAT 500 Lounge “Gia” was made absolutely spanking clean by BATE’S AUTO DETAIL today. The first brand new car I’ve ever owned, I’ve kept her clean by joining a good car wash club, HAPPY’S but I still had some “”mossy spots” like in the hinge of the hatchback that were impossible to clean. My Prius was very dirty inside after I bought it. It was really not pleasant to sit in it. Stains on seats, roof. A huge amount of food crumbs, in the most inconvenient places and a lot of sticky places. I tried to clean it myself, but it didn't work, so I'll turn to the professionals. Brian was an open and sociable person with whom you could easily discuss what exactly you wanted from them and discuss the result. After many hours of work, the guys gave me a car that looked and smelled almost like new. Now I enjoy driving myself and am not ashamed to take passengers. I had a problem with really cloudy windows on the outside and Brian offered to fix it for a certain amount of money. But I refused because I had very little money. And he suggested that I take a photo of their window cleaner so I could buy it and do it myself. And also demonstrated that this cleaner actually works. It was quite nice. I had been looking for auto detailing services for a while here in Vancouver, and saw a reference to “Couve’s Customs” in a private Facebook group. I had them do a full interior/exterior detail of my 2020 BMW X3 recently, and could not be happier with the results. Their attention to detail is truly next level stuff from my experience with other detailers. The car isn’t just spotlessly clean, it is literally refreshed to be as close to “as new” as it can possibly be. They conditioned and refreshed all the leather, the floormats and carpet in the cargo area, as well as all of the door seals and door jams, and more. I also had them perform dent repair on a pretty deep door ding, and it looks great. I’m a very happy new customer of Couve’s Customs, and will definitely be back!

This is my second time using G and G auto detailing. I needed to get a car cleaned regardless of weather. It wasn’t raining but was very cold. Miguel did an amazing job. Excel came highly recommended, but I have no idea why. When I went to pick up my car I was there for at least 30 extra minutes having them go back and fix multiple missed areas. I went in specifically to get the interior and exterior detailed emphasizing on the exterior scratches. I was shown the car in the shade so it was hard to see that they didn’t even address any of the scratches. I called them and was able to convince them to let me bring it back to address these scratches, but to be honest, that was a hard sell for them. After a second round, the scratches seemed a bit better, that is until the first rain. After that the scratches were all revealed again, there were buff marks below all the doors and wax build up on the black trim around the wheel wells. It looks terrible because it’s all white and foggy instead of black and shiny. All in all, I wouldn’t waste my $400+ tax on Excel if you value your money and vehicle. *Edit to address response from Excel* Yes, this was completed in July. I have not washed my car since this time. I have kept it quite clean. So your snarky statement, "you’ve likely washed it on your own you’ve probably once again damaged your black paint and we are now at blame months later", is completely untrue and way off base. This statement actually reveals your true colors in my opinion. I felt the need to post this review in September because each time I looked at the condition of my car, I was/am very disappointed, and I felt others should know Excel doesn't always give 5 star details that last. I would imagine most people give their reviews right after they pick up their vehicles, which admittedly present really well upon completion. It's what is discovered later that reveals the real quality of the detail. I included a few pics. It's funny that Excel stated publicly things they claim to have said to me as I dropped off my car that were not actually said. I supposed they felt the need to fabricate the story in their favor since they received their first 3 star. I stand behind my 3 star review. The color correction they speak of was temporary. It didn't last after a few rains, and we have had very few since July.

I have had multiple cars tinted by Mike and his team with no issues. But my latest experience here was a front end PPF Job on my new-to-me truck that resulted in damaging my headlights and paint with razor cuts and knife marks down to the base primer. I brought the truck back to him for a redo (waited about a week until he was back from vacation, which is no problem) and he agreed to partially redo a few panels. I got it back the second time and the panels redone were much better, he tried buffing out the headlights that have been scratched but it ended up burning through the clear UV coating. I looked harder and harder after 2nd pickup and I still couldn’t let go of the fact my paint and headlights were still damaged and could be seen. So I reached out again and argued my way for a refund (I was not refunded the tax I paid?). I even offered to go through his insurance to just get the headlights replaced and paint repaired but he did not want to go that route. It is worth mentioning, the headlights cost 1k+ each and a paint job to repair the paint would cost thousands. I did get my refund (excluding the tax?). But I now have damaged paint on my whole entire front end, scratched headlights, and a PPF on my truck that will need to be redone. Was told never to bring any of my vehicles back, I am the worst customer he has ever had, I have too high of expectations and whatever tint or vinyl I have on my truck and other vehicles are now non-warrantyable (even though I had no issues with the window tint). I didn’t feel I had high expectations, I came for paint protection film to PROTECT my truck. Not to get my truck DAMAGED. The refund doesn’t nearly cover the cost of the damage done. I will include original PPF job pictures in this review. Very disappointed and upset with the outcome of this job, considering they are best of Clark County, and I have sent multiple of my own vehicles, friends vehicles, and families vehicles here for a wide variety of work.

I had really bad hard water spots for about a year and didn't think to get them removed until it was getting hard to see. I scheduled an appointment and was told it would take about 4 hours to finish. When I picked up my car I couldn't believe how great my car looked, it looked like I just got a new car and I recieved so many compliments on it. We also scheduled my partners car that same day for a later date. My car was double checked a week later to make sure they fine detailed any little spots but I had let him know my apartment complex got hard water spots all over it again (didnt know apartment was the source of them at first and was fixed) and he was able to redo my car on short notice as he didn't realize it was that bad. After the second time my car looks freaking amazing and I'm so glad they are friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend and can't wait until we bring in our other car. *One picture is when I woke up to water all over it from sprinklers and then the other is after they got all the hard water spots off*

After going back and forth on it for a while, I finally bit the bullet and brought my car in for an interior detailing here a few weeks ago. I don't have the fanciest car out there, but I take pride in and good care of my car. I wanted to wait until I found a place that I trusted would feel the same way. This is that place. Damian did a great job. Looked and felt like a new car when I went to pick it up and it still has that same look and feel weeks later. I love how it turned out and I felt the cost was fair. If I ever want to have the interior done again or get the exterior detailed, I wouldn't bring it anywhere else but here.

He stole my car by going on an unauthorized excursion, and not doing the job he was hired to do. It upsets me to my core that I literally paid this man to lie in my face, bully me, disrespect me, misuse my vehicle, run out my gas, put 100 miles on my car, and think he got away with it. He figured I wouldn't know what an interior detailing job looks like. This is a warning take away what you will from it!! He Picked my car up at 6:45 am and dropped it off at 1:45pm, it was only supposed to be a couple of hours. The dealership did a so, so job there was visible dirt because the interior is cream colored in my eyes it needed a deep cleaning because the dealership didn't do it. So I hired this crook! He was supposed to condition my leather seats, and detail the interior. He didn't even vaccuum, spot clean the stains, anything. He claimed he waxed my car (something I didn't ask for) but he didn't, it came back with the same detail job the dealership had done before my purchase which was two days prior. He only managed to spray something to make it smell good. He didn't know that I had GPS on my car, I have every single location he had been complete with the addresses, mph and gas used. I have thirty screenshots that show my car being in constant motion with the exception of two hours and those two hours were not consecutive. He dropped my car off with an attitude, he started raising his voice and yelling at me talking about his 5 star reviews pretending that he wiped things down, I asked him questions and showed him the dirt he never touched. When I asked him about the mileage and my GPS notifications for he said he had to take his kids to school and buy supplies. I told him If he would have said that was what he needed to do when he picked up my car, I would have let him know if I agreed with that or not, but he didn't give me the opportunity to do so. He said "well what was I supposed to do?" I have irrefutable receipts of our whole interaction.

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Affordable Auto Detailing for an interior detail on my Toyota Tundra, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results. The owner, Victor, came out with his son and together they went above and beyond to make my truck look like it came fresh off the factory floor. From the moment I made my appointment all the way to the completion of my truck these guys were professional and attentive. Victor took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure that they understood exactly what I wanted to be done. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they addressed every nook and cranny of my truck's interior. They meticulously cleaned and conditioned the seats, carpets, and dashboard, leaving them looking and feeling fresh. They also took care of any stains or odors, leaving my truck smelling brand new. Today I had Affordable Auto Detailing come to my house and detail the exterior of my wife's truck. They did an absolutely amazing job, and I'm very particular when it comes to my vehicles. Victor was very professional and polite. His communication was excellent as well. I bought this truck brand new almost 3 years ago, and I can honestly say that the wheels have never been so shiny! I will never use anyone else, and he will be the only company that I refer for auto detailing!
